This hotel is so lovely! The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and the courtyard is really beautiful. Also very close to the town square.
Nothing I would love to stay here again.

It is the location that is the best part as far as this property is concerned. The property is really centrally located in the historic bloc that itself belongs to architectural heritage of Valladolid, a real Mexican gem with its colonial architecture, lively streets, good choice of restaurants and many other amenities. Also, not to forget, Valladolid is probably the best base to explore the Mayan heritage sites in entire Mexico. Also, it is necessary to emphasize that when you enter in the interior side of the property, a very good detail is curated greenery that represent great bonus. Parking is located nearby and is shared by local Burger King restaurant. The parking place, although nobody takes responsibility to anything that could happen to the car is very safe and it is closed and protected by huge wooden doors overnight. You can sleep with a peace of mind as far as this detail is concerned.
The main problem was the rooms that was so dark that an artificial light was needed days and nights and also placed next to the reception where everybody passed by. Very inconvenient. Later we have seen several rooms with good natural light, but they were already occupied. The bathroom was a very sad situation and here we have also encountered a fixed shower head that does not allow you to normally shower your body. All in all, the furniture was old, warn out and in need not for renovation, but for replacement. Breakfast was extremely limited and not of buffet type. Dinners were also very limited and the portions were small. I understand that some visitors are conquered and misled by its location and the look of the inner courtyard, but in reality, the quality is poor at least for the price paid. In reality, the overall quality would be satisfactory for a hostel only. I am sorry, but I cannot recommend this property.

Liebevoll angerichtet. Wasser kann ganztägig kostenfrei genommen werden.

Love the property, landscaping, breakfast, but most of all the service is outstanding and personal.
A/C noisy when sleeping

breakfast was exquisitely prepared and delicious in a beautiful courtyard oasis. Staff were wonderful and most spoke English; Erica was terrific - she recommended the restaurant Conato 1910, which had a hip and eclectic vibe with delicious food
Our room was on the ground floor and a bit musty, however it was blessedly cool and beautifully decorated
0.5 / 5.0
Other than the little patio on the ground floor, the hotel has no particular charm.
Air conditioning virtually not working, yet making so much noise that it was virtually impossible to sleep.
When we asked for another room, the staff didn’t seem to care.
We changed to a decent hotel in the middle of the night

Everything is fantastic about this casa right from the staff to the rooms, gardens and breakfast. This was my favourite place to stay. It's decorated in authentic style but keeps modern comforts. A three course breakfast was served in the garden. All staff were friendly and helpful. It is right in town but is very safe close to shops and a lovely market.

Wonderful little hotel with a great location and a tremendous staff and owner. With only seven rooms it had a small and comfortable feel. The style of the building and interior of our room stood out The breakfast that was included in the room rate was the best I've ever had for an included meal. When we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and explain the city and places to visit. A small family owned place like this is a real gem to find.

This is a vibrant and charming hotel in lovely Valladolid. We stayed just one night for the purpose of visiting Chichen Itza and found the town and hotel to be excellent. The service was excellent and the traditional Mexican breakfast was extremely tasty. Highly recommend.

The property was just off the main square not far from the bus station. The staff were very helpful and made several useful suggestions of what we could do with our time in Valladolid. The breakfast was good with a special helping of banana bread

Right in the centre of the old town. An historical building with lots of character and very friendly and helpful staff
A little difficult to find - it has a small door that opens on to the street

Super-sweet service, excellent fresh breakfast in the garden, lush greenery, airy public spaces.
Poor room lighting, smell from bathroom floor drains, no screen on bathroom window, lame bar.

Wonderful boutique hotel less than a block away from the main town square in Valladolid. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. The breakfast each day was amazing and the staff were all very friendly. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

The staff is extremely accommodating, and the courtyard is spectacular. I would not have imagined that a quiet, cool, beautiful garden of such beauty could exist so close to the city center without even a hint of the roadway outside. The breakfast was excellent and the everything about our stay was delightful.
nothing.

This small hotel was delightful in every way and very affordable. We found the style and room decor charming and the tropical oasis vibe of the common areas was lovely. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with all our needs and very patient with our lack of Spanish skills. There was free parking for our car next door and the hotel is located right in the town center. The 3-course breakfast was delicious, included in the room cost and probably the best we had on our trip.
Everything was excellent!

What a wonderful, cute little family run hotel! Ideally located near the centre. Above all, what fantastic staff. I am vegan, the kitchen staff went out of their way to provide me with a vegan breakfast, something different everyday for a week! The portions were a little small but the extra effort made in providing me with vegan food outweighs this. Our room was nice and my girlfriend and I had a good night's sleep every night as our bed was extremely comfortable.
As we stayed six nights we could have done with a wardrobe, strangely our room didn't have one. The coat and hat stand came in very handy!
