Modern and clean in a great location.

Comfy beds, clean room, friendly service from all staff.

The WiFi would lose connection often which made organising activities a little difficult but this was the only thing that was not a 10 out of 10.

Comfortable, Tidy, close to the concert we were attending

It was comfortable, staff were great, we’re happy to help when we needed things.

The room smelt like someone had cooked fish when we returned to it at night, unsure why and it disappeared eventually with windows open

Parking on-site was good. Room was clean and well appointed. Close to many restaurants and other amenities Beds are very comfortable.

Bathroom is very small, you have to take turns to use it. I didn't like that the owner took payment before we arrived ( we arrived early) took away our option to pay in cash. Couldn't be bothered going through the trouble. Internet is disgraceful for a 1st world country.

Comfortable and good value for money. Next and tidy.

It is conveniently located closer to central Christchurch. Close to shops and food shops.

The carpark was a little small. Maybe use allocated parking?

Basic motel on Blenheim Road.

The motel had everything we needed.

There would appear to be more units than car parks. We didn’t miss out but someone else did. The wifi was not good in the bedroom. Unit not serviced due to staff shortage we were told.

Good for what we needed, did the trick - make sure you don't mind road noise - accommodating hosts

The hosts were accommodating for an early check in which was much appreciated! The room was clean and simple which was enough for what we wanted for a one night stay for a concert to which we walked (3km) each way to Wolfbrook arena

The road noise was really loud in the top room closest to the road. A few sirens going past to ensure I didn't get too much sleep - partner didn't have too much issue sleeping through it - not great if you are a light sleeper.

Very happy with this place. Surprisingly quiet for the busy Blenheim Rd. Very clean and modern apartment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great value for money, clean and tidy.

The rooms were well thought out and the accomodation seemed not very old (modern bathroom). Everything was very clean and warm. The staff was very welcoming. The room was surprisingly quiet even though we were right at a very busy street and the wifi worked great. We couldn't hear any of our neighbours even though the motel was booked out.

A reading light on the bedside table would be nice rather than only a ceiling light in the bedroom. The kitchen was missing some plates and cutlery but in the end it wasn't important to us since we used the bowls and if I had mentioned it to the staff I'm sure we would have received more immediately.

Good place to stay in Christchurch

The living room for us to gather and chat. Enough sitting with sofa and dining table and chairs.

Bathroom, water all over after a shower. No screen on windows, insects could fly into the room.

101 Starts Motel is child friendly, clean and a great accommodation.

The motel is clean, child friendly, it provided television & b wifi and basic needs for a family room.

We were asked to do laundry on a later time because they will use it to wash the linens of those who checked out, we have no worries about it, they politely asked however for better customer service it would be great to do it not on the laundry hours for guest as most guest may have limited time. And also, it will be nice to have a lock on toilets to have a little privacy. Aside from what mentioned, it was a wonderful stay.
