Loved the food but would have enjoyed our stay better had the room been nicer.

Food was outstanding with an excellent spread for both breakfast and dinner. Wonderful F&B staff. Handy location with proximity to the Taj Mahal.

The cleanliness of our room - dirty carpet, dirty bathroom sink, shower gel not re-filled, bathroom seemed very small for a ‘premium’ room. Disappointing.

Great location, friendly staff and a quality experience.

Staff embodiment of hospitality. Close to Taj mahal

Excellent staff members. Especially, Sourabh at reception and Ashish in the dining area. Sourabh from the onset set a great tone for my stay. Ashish genuinely cared about the guests in the dining area. I hope these two gentlemen are appreciated. If I were the manager I would give them a raise for their diligence, hardwork, and just treating people as people and not a number. Great service.

Very disappointing

Spacious

Had a junior suite, which had no windows in the bedroom. Asked for a breakfast to be packaged for our departure at 5:30AM and it wasn’t ready - didn’t get it until 6AM which delayed our whole day. Charged for water in the buffet evening meal. Conned us into buying an upgrade which had 2 free alcoholic drinks, only to then tell us in the evening they weren’t serving alcohol.

Horrible experience

Staff was not at all welcoming,had to call staff 4 times for receiving my own luggage, Lebanese food lacked basic seasoning and every dip tasted the same,seepage smell in the room,no welcome drinks, everytime I asked staff for anything they took minimum 30 mins to get back and that too without a surity of it getting resolved,.staff services not at par with other similar hotels in which we stayed after this horrible experience,and that made us realise how bad the services were.Never coming again.

Hotel grande y con las garantías de una gran cadena. Camas cómodas y grandes. Siempre daban 4 botellas de agua al dia. Muy buen desayuno, con muchas opciones.

Los precios de la cena eran altos . Está lejos de casi todo, aunque el hecho de que no esté en el centro de la ciudad es mejor porque el centro es puro ruido.

Exceptional hospitality

Nice modern hotel with exceptional hospitality. Special call out to the restaurant staff especially the manager who took extremely good care of us. We were traveling with two senior citizens and two infants. Loved every aspect of it.

Overall the stay was very good

The location of the property is perfect very near to the Taj Mahal The interiors of the property was outstanding aesthetically Just loved the hospitality of the staff especially in the dining hall....kudos to Miss Shruti who was always there to help us and guide us with her charming smiling face.

The food could have been better......there could have been a LIVE counter for aaloo parantha too

Good experience - dirty pool

nice hotel and good food. The staff is really helpful.

The pool was dirty so we were not able to see the bottom of the pool - even from our room that was on the 1st floor - (big pool and little one for the kids). In 5 stars hotel this should not be the case that the pool is so poorly maintained. When we were smoking outside, ashtrays were not cleaned and glasses were not removed for hours after we left. When we would come back in couple of hours, it would still be there.

loved the hotel especially the attitude at the Reception area... We were looked after so well especially at the check out time... Charming young man who had a pre packed breakfast to go for us, especially as we were going early morning

Fantastic stay, best staff & service I’ve seen

Fantastic stay. The staff are amazing and bring the service to another level with constant care and attention. Right from booking where Sourabh Mohile helped. Mr Paramjeet at checkin time was so helpful and went out of his way arranging for my mother’s wheelchair etc. The buffet breakfast is worth it and the team working there, right from the chefs (Mr Binoy) to Kaif and Swapnil amongst others, all were attentive and friendly and ready to help. Kaif was especially helpful and quick to make us feel welcome. Housekeeping’s Mr Lotan and his team looking after guests v well. Any request was promptly answered. Bravo 👏🏼 to the whole team.

Stunning hotel, but it’s the staff that makes this property worth the stay, they really do go that extra mile for you. T

Courtyard Marriotts entrance, reception, dinning area and poolside are absolutely stunning. However the rooms do need to be refreshed and carpets removed to allow fresh air to flow through the property. The staff are exceptionally nice and extremely caring, due to my asthma being triggered at the property the General Manager Sorab took it personally to ensure I was looked after and upgraded me and my sister to an executive suite. Paramjeet, Sanjay the house keepers and the chef made our stay specially beautiful, I cannot express how grateful I am for the kindness and care they provided. I will definitely stay at the property whenever I visit Agra. Thank you all for making our stay so special.

Not being asked during checking if I require a smoking or non-smoking room. Im a non-smoker and asthmatic the smell from the room trigger off my asthma.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable stay

Excellent breakfast buffet - the best we've had in travelling India. It was a very comfortable stay and appreciated the small touches - e.g. extra water the 2nd day when housekeeping realised we'd used all the water provided previous, rose petals on bed. Good facilities - exercise centre, pool/table tennis in kids room.

The room didn't appear fully made up on our first night - missing face towels and comb in bathroom. Make sure you check your Booking.com discount is applied - it hadn't been added when we went to check-out so needed to ask for it to be added. Limited reception support - only two people on which leads to queuing around check in and check out times.

Wonderful stay

The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Even though it is close to the huddle and bustle it feels very peaceful! The security was thorough and we were allowed to bring guests in for breakfast from another hotel at a very reasonable rate!

Great stay !

Staff were always helpful, polite and approached us to ensure we were satisfied throughout the stay. Beautiful Interiors and comfortable room. Gym area was well equipped and modern. Amazing buffet spread and lots to select from. We also went to the Indian restaurant which was equally delicious. Highly recommend staying here!

Rooms could have been cleaner. My boyfriend was able to see the collection of dust at the top of the bed top.
