Location and Cleanliness. Breakfast is very good. Thanks to Ms.Heena for arranging tour guide and transportation. Close to Tajmahal and view for rooftop to Tajmahal is really good scenery during sunrise and sunset

The bed was great. The dining room staff was very good. The cleaning staff was very good. The desk and concierge service was also good.
The bath is very hard to get in and out. As far as the food, I thought it would have been more special, but it was very average. The upstairs spa was dark and not very appealing. My room had a huge hump in the floor. I paid extra for a view of the Taj and I could see it in the distance, but right in front of the hotel on the street level was a view of empty lots with all sorts of trash and stray dogs.

The rooftop pool has a wonderful view, is clean and well supervised, even if it's not big.
Our rooms was average and clean
Slow the reception procedure even if we had a regular and clear booking, low service (one towel for triple occupancy, extra bed not received till after dinner despite our repeated requests) and absurd answers to our complains at the desk. We asked to speak with the manager but the guy at the desk said that he was the manager!!
Breakfast absolutely modest, with a low service, low quality of food and beverages.

Nothing
Worst hotel ever. No security at all and incompetent staff.
We were guests at Radisson Agra on Thursday 21st night.
We were sleeping and suddenly at 11.20pm some staff randomly knocked on doors at our floor. The power was out so I came out with my phone light and it took them 2min to tell me there is a fire as they run down the stairs.
We were panicking and got down, there was a smoke that was incredibly toxic …
We were out in front of the hotel, no one told us what was going out and we stayed like that for 2 hours, eaten by the moskitoes outside of the hotel.
We further realized the fire started at 10.50pm, there was no fire alarm, no smoke alarm, this is incredibly dangerous, if the fire was not controlled we would have clearly died trapped in the flames.
They don’t even bother setting an alarm or evacuating all floors when they knew there was a fire.
Firefighters were call late and came 1 hour after the fire started.
We couldn’t go to sleep until 3am in the morning, the amount of fear and stress we endured is not what we thought we would have by paying a pricy room at the Radisson Hôtel, supposedly a high quality standard hotel.
The staff was clearly incompetent and useless for managing such a situation in terms of security and information to the guest.
And now they ignore our messages and refuse to reimburse us, which would be the least they can do after this nightmarish night.
Furthermore they will try to sell you a guide for Taj Mahal as soon as you arrive to the reception (3 times the regular price) - as hawkers would do.
They make you pay access to the rooftop for the view! Half of the menu drinks of the allegedly premium bar are unavailable, and the available one are pricey and disgusting (cocktails made of industrial pre mix juice blended with water)

Comfortable overall, the breakfast and dinner package was good value for money. The hotel location is also great for visiting local sites.
The travel desk very clearly provides cabs for hire at a price point that is more expensive compared to what's available via other providers. Defeats the point of availing their services.
Breakfast was mismanaged, the space isn't enough for the number of guests staying at the hotel. They were prioritizing large groups for tables, which means smaller families are left waiting. The quality of breakfast and dinner could be improved too.
We also requested a quiet room but got one opposite the elevators which is always loud because people go in and out. The room furnishings could use some maintenance.

Extremely poor experience.

The staff was impeccable with their help, right from the FO Dhananjay, FnB Sikha and Ghannendra, HK Pushpendra and Harsh were quick with service. The service at the rooftop restaurant was bit slow although the food tasted quite good. Location is very near with Taj Mahal so it was quite convenient.
Breakfast was congested as the tables are less, when the hotel is running full house it was quite a hochpoch. Rooms could be bigger or if the occ is triple, an upgrade could have been suggested but no one did.

Some of the food felt a little like it has been prepared from frozen rather than fresh

I'm very satisfy with my choice of Radisson Agra. It is a nice hotel with roof restaurant and pool, with view over Taj Mahal. A quite unique experience.
Special attention to Mr. Anil, from the reception. I had an issue and he helped my out. During my stay, he was always friendly and helpful. Also mrs. Neeha of Travel agency, she helped me with the excustiosn and also about a problem, which was solved in 20 minutes.
Also special award for the restaurant and the waiters / waitresses. I won't mention names, as I will forget some and I don't want this. They were all very friendly, helpful. I had good contacts with them. When I left, they had even a little present for me. That was a nice moment in my holidays.
Also a thank you for all the cooks and to mr. Sanju Kumar, executive chief, for his interesting talks about the Indian food!
My advice, take a room with view over the Taj Mahal, it is an unique view!
I think that this hotel is the best location for visiting the Taj.
A bit strange, but foreigners receive Nescafe and the locals get the (better) Indian coffee.
We all want to eat and drink the local food. So Indian coffee for everybody!
(I asked for and I received the Indian coffee, but it should be standard.)

Breakfast was good room was great view was amazing from our rooms swimming pool great
We find that after a few days the staff where less senior they did continue to smile and great but they also didn't check there disconnected there pay on to own bill but we ended up checking to make sure we got our discount and the charges where unclear and when we disseminate is it was with unkindness and if we handed of check we would have paid the price they had put on the receipt and also how many other ppl had gone through this and we felt that they where very unhelpful when we needed things like train etc and they where trying to rip us off we felt very unhappy as paying customers

Pleasant stay ,exactly what you expect from a Radisson , located close to the Taj mahal , we booked a room with Taj view , imo worth the extra bucks, rooftop isa bonus , taj view, outdoor dinner from 7pm (smoking allowed ) good chef , we could order food which wasn't on the menu ( palak paneer in our case).
A few sheltered " glass cabins " with A/c if you are caught by a rain shower during dinner , pool a relief in hot season , though just 5 sunchairs and no shade/umbrellas
breakfast top if you are into the indian style ( masala chai, masala dosa , uttapam) Western style average.
Some minor issues with the key cards , on average 5 tries to get the room door open, one time both had to be reprogrammed
staff very attentive
especially Anil bellboy
if you need anything, e.g. (not overpriced) cigarettes , hassle free transport ( Agra - Jaipur with fatehpur sikri stopover in our case) or any local info he is the man .

Good location, polite staff, excellent terrace with swimming pool and Taj Mahal view.

The location
Staff at the travel desk right at the front pressurising to book Tour guide for Taj Mahal so that they can receive commission. The travel desk woman speaks in Hindi when discussing prices which is really unprofessional in front of customers and tries to maximise her commission.

The Staff were so helpful and friendly to me, a solo traveller. Had a great view of Taj
I liked everything about the hotel and the chefs and meals were terrific. However it would be really nice to have a choice of meals off a menu as well as Smorgasbord option
