Prettige plek buiten het centrum. Comfortabel, goede keuken en zitplekken.
Het was een beetje luidruchtig voor mij. De buurt is rustig maar binnen hoor je alles, deuren, geloop, gepraat.

Kitchen, the room is clean and beautiful view!!

A very friendly vibe - like a share house. Lovely people. Great kitchen. And electric blankets!

Really sweet spot with great vibes in good location
I prefer not to share a bathroom but it wasn't bad at all.

It’s a charming place that is more like a big house with shared kitchen and hang out areas. It’s very homey and excellent for longer stays while in the Sacred Valley área. Steven, the caretaker, is so kind and helpful. My room was very cozy.
The bottom floor can be noisy because there is not much insulation between the ceiling. The shower could have better hot water.

La Chakana is home, cozy, comfy, warm (uh electric blankets!!! ). Great atmosphere and amazing people. Steve is a great host, accommodative and always ready to help. The views are stunning. Definitely coming back
Loved it all

The bed is warm 🥰😍

Great comfortable beds with an electric blanket if you get cold. The kitchen looked well equipped but we never used it.
Steven was very nice :)
It's a good and bad thing that the location is away from the city center. It is quiet with a nice view but a little bit of a walk and can take a little while to get a moto taxi.
4.7
Steven was a great host and everything was as expected with the accommodation.

This place was perfect to stay at. It attracts great and friendly travelers and I had some really deep conversations here!
The room was adorable.
Stephen was so friendly and accommodating.
Not much else to say..just stay here:)

Best place we stayed so far in Peru! super cosy and homy. The bed is very comfy, the small lights in the room bring even more comfyness. I liked the beautiful fresh flowers in the rooms and the rest of the house. The kitchen is clean and big and perfectly equipped. The manager, Steven, is a beautiful soul and very helpful. He also organized a bonfire to gather all the people in the house and we had great food together!
If you book a room with balcony it will be on the road. Especially in the morning rush hour it was quite loud. But you will always have the cosy backyard to enjoy more stillness!

good community, outdoor fire place, nice kitchen, bed heater
groundfloor room a little bit dark, but not bad.

Very chill place to stay. Steven is an excellent host and was very quick to respond to any of my needs. The place is quite small but there are a couple of spots to relax and enjoy the stunning views around you. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything that you could need to cook. There are shops just across the street to buy any fruit/veg etc.
Nada.

The property was in a very beautiful location and was super comfortable. The beds were very warm and the room really clean with lots of space, there was also a kitchen with all the pots and pans and everything. Across the street was a nice little store with delicious empanadas and also a lavandería which was very helpful. the staff was also very kind and allowed me stay to use all the facilities after I checked out until I was ready to head out.
The only thing I would complain about was that my room was on the first floor and it was kind of noisy in the morning.

Perfect!!
Awesome kitchen
Nice place for a great view
Sometimes not a lot of hot water

Lovely lodge with a stunning view. It also has a kitchen with everything you need for cooking. we had the room on the upper level with the balcony which was just stunning! Steven who runs the place is the nicest guy ever! he is so helpful and caring and also speaks English very well.
The bathrooms could be cleaner. But it was acceptable for a shared bathroom in a lodge.
4.7
I loved that this place is tucked away just outside the busy city center, but close enough to walk or take a cheap Tuk tuk to or from town as needed. Steven who runs the place is an absolute gem, so sweet and very friendly too. Great kitchen space with everything you need to cook, and beautiful Mountain Views from the deck and many of the rooms.
The bathrooms do have a faint smell and aren’t the most welcoming, but otherwise beautiful little casita and very nice space overall.

We liked everything, very good kitchen (equipment), nice room, nice people in hostel;)

This was the best hostel we stayed so far in Peru,
It is so comfy and calm, you have so many options to relax (in the garden and balcony with an amazing few up to the mountains and inka ruins, also the cleanest and best equipped kitchen we had, the rooms and their beds are comfy, they have heating-blankets wich is really nice, steven (the guy who runs this hostel is so helpful and friendly and always reachable if you need something, also a great place to make new friends there, we stayed there 2 times and would always come again, (like all other people do wich stayed there )
Nothing everything perfect :)

A really relaxed and ambient place to stay in a beautiful and peaceful location. Stephen was really friendly and helpful. If you want somewhere nice to stay away from the crowd this is the place.
Shared bathroom, it wasn’t too bad but could do with a bit more of a clean near the mirror and shelving area. Just a minor detail.
