The room has window on the bed and bath room and in the morning there has nice sunlight from there and that's I really like about this hotel.
Also I am very sensible about smell but this place , I don't smell anything, feel hygenic.
The other thing I like about this lodge is I can hear the flow of the river so I don't need any music on. You can feel nature very much. I think the owner think about constructure very well. I wish if this is my house.
I really like about this lodge but I need little more privacy with the window of bathroom.

The sole staff member was very good in running the lodge. The rooms facilities were above average. WiFi was very good as was the breakfast served in a dining area.. Dinner involved driving less than 10mins to ther town centre. Location is good being on the only route to the extensive terracing and fortress.
The room was cold and the radiatior worked well but its coverage was limited.

Really peaceful spot. The balconies are lovely, the air is so clean with the scent of pine, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Betty is a wonderful host.

Location is nice if you like to explore the nature. At the same time it is situated on some distance from Pisac, so you would need a taxi a walk to get there. Breakfast was typical for local places - simple but nice.
Balcony door was so crooked, that there was a huge hole to outside. We had a heater, but it still was quite cold inside.

Twice, they promise us we would have breakfast at 6:30am and nobody showed up on time. We had to leave with no breakfast...

The property manager is wonderful. she is welcoming, works all hours and will do anything to accommodate your requests!
We had a few issues with heat, warm water and a leaky toilet. otherwise, property was as expected.

we really enjoyed the beautiful view on the forest and the mountain. the room was really cute and the bed are really comfy! The woman who’s working there’s gentle and nice.
The only thing was the cold… there’s not enough thing for heating the large place. It was the same at all the places I did in Pérou so i wasn’t surprised about this.

This place is perfect - has all the basic needs, no bells and whistles, but it's nice, clean, and comfortable, and you can't really beat falling asleep to the sound of the river out the back. Highly recommend!

Great environment with a stream behind the property. incredible views. Very relaxing.
Parking was non-existent, narrow driveway made it inconvenient to enter and leave.

I loved the spacious room, the private balcony with a view of the woods, the huge queen size bed. It was very cozy and romantic. The area is quiet and beautiful for walks.
There was only ice-cold water, and they had a problem with electricity. I booked this room with a bathtub for me and my partner but we couldn't even use it (and we also couldn't take a normal shower). The breakfast was very disappointing, more basic than in even the simplest hostels: tea/coffee with 2 pieces of bread and egg, avocado, cheese. I expected more from this beautiful place.

No water for shower or toilet. Heater did not work for room. Lights flickered.

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable! The view was epic. There is a nice trail to enjoy just behind the hotel and it was incredibly peaceful. It would have probably been better if I had not been alone.
The hotel is tucked away and hard to find and my taxi driver and I wandered around for a good 10 minutes trying to find someone. I was not expecting to have to pay in cash, and I understood from the pictures and booking site that there was food available at their restaurant. This was only for breakfast. It is a good way from town, but I managed to walk down and have a delicious lunch and buy snacks for dinner and get back up. The walls were so thin I could hear the person upstairs peeing, the entire conversation at the fire pit that evening, and one couple enjoying themselves. The bathroom wasn't clean enough for me to enjoy a hot bath, and I was freezing much of the night in the room.

The stuff wasn’t professional and the room wasn’t clean before our arrival, there wasn’t toilet paper and the toilet stopped working. The towels were dirty and we needed to look for and nudge the stuff over every thing, like they didn’t want to help.

Karina is wonderful, kind and so fun! She took care of our every need, including helping us set up our travel plans to different areas in Peru.
The breakfast was yummy and there’s a waterfall behind the property that was a beautiful highlight during our stay. You an walk along the water to get to town. It’s gorgeous! We will absolutely stay there again when we’re in Pisac.

Karina was wonderful, she pampered us regarding our dietary needs. She also helped us find some delivery food on our late arrival. Willing to help in any way.
Room was very cold and heater too small for such a big room. But besides that, I loved it.

Place was amazing - so pretty and in a wonderful setting. The staff (especially Karina) was amazing!

Beatiful view and comfortable rooms.
Untrained staff, intermitent hot water, mediocre hygiene and terrible food.

The location is great but the property itself not well maintained. It has no yard or any facility around except contractions.
The doors were not opening closing well there was no water for a day then the shower pressure was barely there so was impossible to shower and relax because it’s so cold and no proper heating.
The place is clean tho and rooms have enough space and balcony but again it has to be maintained way better for the price.
They have a “restaurant” but the food is not good at all.
The staff didn’t charge me upon check-in or during a check out which I thought supposed to be this way since they have my cc on file and can do it anytime.
The manager message me on whatsapp a day later asking to pay but they don’t accept any cc charges or transfers. So they sent a driver to Uriubamba to get cash from me. But then upon arrival they changed the final price 3 times based on the different “dinner” chargers.
Anyway it wasn’t the most pleasant experience and I wouldn’t recommend that place unless they improve the service and organization
