Angasi was a welcome end to a big travel day. We arrived late in the dark but locating the key was simple. The apartment is superbly appointed with well chosen decorative touches, very good local information, extensive cooking equipment, cutlery and glassware, a comfortable bed, and a refreshing hot shower. The location is excellent with only a short stroll to the Jetty and to Geographe Cafe for coffee and breakfast. The National Park Information Centre is a short drive and accessing the beautiful walks of Freycinet National Park was easy.

Comfortable apartment in a great location. Close to the centre and places to eat.
Seemed fairly expensive for the size of the room but it's Coles bay so the expense was probably warranted. A small welcome pack would have been nice rather than just a small long life milk in the fridge.

The view of The Hazards
Water pressure was that good. Hot water seemed cooler than it should be

The facilities were good and just enough. The bathroom was quite modern. Location was right across from the main cafe in the area. Amazing views to the mountains across the lake.
The owners lived right upstairs so you could hear them moving around. The property managers were hard to communicate with as they didn’t respond to our queries. There were so many other self-contained houses that prices are competitive but also not the cheapest.

Spotlessly clean and uncluttered, modern facilities and met our needs well, good location. Very comfortable bed.
TV was a bit intermittent at times and just dropped out.

Location was great with easy access to cafes. The host was very obliging when we asked for a fan, he delivered
No air conditioning. We also thought we were renting the entire house but only had a small part of the property.
9.0 / 10.0
Location and good advice/recommendations from the owner.
8.0 / 10.0
Cleanliness of places aswell as owners catered for all needs.
The only thing I could speak of was that it was a bit noisy from owners walking around upstairs in their apartment.

Location is spot on - you can see the Hazards out the window and walk down to the local shops in mere minutes. Easy access to Freycinet National Park. Unit itself is set up well with good facilities and simple layout.
A few minor mishaps - we weren't sent the lock box code in our confirmation email so had to chase that down, as well as the second bedroom wasn't unlocked. The owners were away but Phil, the in-town contact, was wonderful helping out on both counts. Unfortunately due to some pretty crazy rain the carpet in the second bedroom was wet so we didn't end up using it and on our second morning the water had started to flood the kitchen area, so we checked out early to give the owners more time to get someone in to address the leak. Streaming services are listed as available but reception in the area does not make them possible, so don't expect them and you'll do fine. Definitely don't let this seemingly longer list turn you off staying here - with better weather I'm positive this would be very lovely.

Fantastic position near restaurant and tour boat. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

Extremely clean, owners above very considerate with noise, views great
Not very clear on booking.com that it is actually a granny flat underneath a house. Even with very considerate owners above, foot steps, etc can be heard. Need to request second bedroom as it is locked.

Location was great
Beautiful view of the mountains
Short walk to pier and restaurants
Short walk to the wineglass bay cruise pier
Facilities were clean
Self contained - has cultery and plates
Can hear the owners upstairs at night moving around and talking at times
Slow internet (poor internet in that area anyways)
Not enough privacy
Ceiling height in bedroom is low

Great location, easy walking distance to the Wineglass Bay cruise jetty and a cafe where we had great pizza and breakfast. Lovely views of The Hazards.

Ideal location close to main part of town. Property was very clean and well presented.
Was lovely to meet the host on our arrival who offered local knowledge and advice
the property was advertised as 2 bedroom however this didn't seem to be the case? We were 2 adults (bestfriends) who would have preferred separate beds which is what we thought we had booked

Very convenient location, spacious enough for two people, very clean and comfortable 😁
No advance knowledge that the “unit” was situated underneath the owners actual house.

It is clean and tidy and facilities are sufficient. Heating good. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view out the front window. Reasonably priced although I wouldn't pay any more considering the set up with owners upstairs.
Footsteps heard from the people living above are surprisingly loud and when it rained there was a very loud dripping noise coming from the outside verandah which was very irritating. The TV turned off intermittently whilst watching. Also if you are two people requiring 2 rooms make sure you let them know as one of the rooms was locked when we arrived and we had to get staff to come and open it for us. This was supposed to be an additional charge which is not outlined clearly when booking, however we weren't charged extra.

Great location. Near best restaurant in town. Helpful owner who provided great suggestions for trails and where to see the sunrise.

Excellent location being close proximity of the local store and cafes.
A beautifully renovated space, it was stunning!
The room temperature was a couple degrees cooler than we would normally have. There was a small panel heater in the room but it was directly underneath the TV so we were not comfortable using it as it would overheat the TV.
It wasn’t freezing and it is the middle of winter so overall it wasn’t too bad.
Would have loved access to a washing machine if we were staying longer.

The location is amazing - we arrived in the dark and were greeted with an amazing view in the morning
Everything we needed was there
The bed could probably do with an upgrade or a pillow topper and access to more pillows. (Not the decorative large ones)
Another recommendation would be to have a floor fan as the air doesn’t circulate
My allergies flared up while I was there, leading me to believe that dogs have been in the room. This is listed as pet free accomodation so may need to be listed that pets are on the property.

Good location to town, close to the main national park only a 5-10 minute drive. Beautiful view as well, the little bar outside the door sets up a perfect place to look directly at the Hazards.
The bed was a bit harder than expected, a bit more expensive in comparison to what the property actually was but I don’t know if that is just an area thing.

Owners lived above us, could hear them walking around, flushing water down the pipes outside the bedroom and rainwater pump turning on and off outside the bedroom. No privacy couldn't put up roller blinds they could see straight in when going to their car. View from bedroom windows was a messy backyard full of junk. Used Chux wipe left for us to use. Beds were very hard, and so were the pillows.
