The family was very polite and available for questions. Came to me when I got lost on the next block.
No water in the morning that I woke up. Was not able to shower or flush toilets. Made me and my friend dinner, but waited until the morning to state that it was not included in the initial price for the room

Friendly family that runs the house. It had a large common room and terrace to chill in. The room and bathrooms were both clean. The meal that was cooked for us was filling and flavorful. They let us park our car in the driveway.

I came back! This is my second stay here! Nice hosts, like my grandparents:)
Very nice house and facilities. Great memories here!
It's cold. I understand the central heating costs a lot. A cheap fire thing in the garden or balcony outdoor would be sufficient. But the winter sun on the terrace balcony was fantastic all day.

Yura was very nice and offered the parking space in the compound. The room was spacious and cozy. The breakfast was very good, and I was full all day! It was very convenient to have breakfast there, and also it was convenient for where I visited in Yeghegnadzor.
There was cigarette smoke, so that is something to keep in mind for people with allergies.

Felt like home. The owners are very nice and sincere. The house is big with spacious rooms. Kitchen has everything to prepare your meal from the breakfast to late dinner. The neighborhood is quiet with typical village houses.
Fresh winegrapes to taste in the garden during the season.
There is a grocery with a wide assortiment, next to the place,
A bit far from the centre if you don't like walking.

The owner was welcoming and relaxed. The place was comfy, we were sorry we stayed for one night only. We had a living room and kitchen at our disposal, the bathroom was great.

The hosts are very nice to me, like grandmama and papa. I feel like at home at my grandparents' place! The house is big, spacious, comfortable, clean, very quiet. The terrace and lounge are spacious and equipped in granny's lovely way! All very clean, neat, and tidy. Ample provisions. Well equipped granny's kitchen. Laundry is free. It's like a good hotel room in a nice homestay.
There's a small supermarket next door. 1km from bus station to Jermuk(2pm once daily only), Vayk(hourly). 2km from bus to Goris (11am once daily, passing only) and Yerevan.
The host can drive you to very nice places at a fee. If you want to walk, hitchhike alone, it's okay - they offer very nicely:) It's an great great relaxing, carefree place overall!
It's indeed very hot at night for sleep. A fan is provided. No air-conditioning.

A very simple twin room as you would expect from the price, with clean and well-equipped shared bathroom and kitchen, as well as a large living-room with a dining table . The family house's upper floor is dedicated to the guests and the owners live downstairs. Yura is a friendly elderly man who speaks Russian but no English. Location is 10 minutes from the town centre but next to a shop, and convenient if you want to hike in the direction of Spitakavor monastery for example
Like most armenian males, the owner smokes downstairs so the smell is noticeable in the common areas (but not in the rooms). It wasn't a problem for me.

It's a big house, with a nice dinning room, nice cozy bedrooms and great hosts. Offered breakfast was nice, with coffee or tea, local jams, bread, cheese and eggs. The hosts are super kind and helpful.
The only thing we didn't liked was that the room was not warm enough, but there were enough blankets so we slept well.

Super friendly hosts!! Great home-cooked meals and home-made wine. Lots of things to see, old monastery in dramatic mountain setting, cave with archaeological findings and bats, ARPA protected landscape with wildlife. Check ARPAFUND: https://arpafund.am/. Host Yura has a Lada Niva and can shuttle guests to the sights and start of trekking trails.

This was our second stay here. The hosts are extremely hospitable and welcoming. We totally enjoyed the homey ambiance of the house with the traditional furniture and rugs. Breakfast was complete and always ready on the table when we woke up. It was our our home away from home! Very highly recommended.
The fact that we did not stay longer.

The owners were very nice, the house was clean and quiet. Yura, the husband, can take you around by car for a very reasonable price. His wife is a great cook and the breakfast was amazing! Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay at Spandaryan House so much! I wish I had more time and stay for a bit longer. I’d definitely love to come back some day:) The owners Yura and Ashkhin are so lovely, so welcoming! The room was very comfortable and warm. Hot shower. The kitchen is at your disposal. You can always make tea and coffee:) The breakfast was really good and included in the price. Amena inchi hamar shat shnorhakalutyun Ashkhin yev Yura:)
