Gute für einen kurzen Besuch.

Zentrale Lage, nahe am Hafen. Personal bei Ankunft sehr gut.

Ganze nacht extremer Lärm, im Aussenbereich hats nach Fäkalien gerochen

Staff is very kind, always with a smile trying to help and offering an amazing service.

Service from the staff, room clean and really comfortable, amazing inside pool, good breakfast

Maybe more generic options in the menu, like pasta, burgers, schnitzel. Rather than that, nothing else to say.

Super hotel with great diving center if you like hustle&bustle

Great diving center is located at the hotel. Super nice personal and great spa and restaurant.

There is a noisy construction and Jungle bar next to the hotel. The manager offered other room, what was better. If you like relax, don’t stay at the main street. Otherwise the hotel is super.

Fabulous!

Such a fabulous boutique resort, wonderful pools, amazing restaurant, great staff, and the best dive centre on the island on site. Two minutes walk from the ferry jetty. All absolutely perfect.

It was centrally located right by the pier and restaurants, beautifully decorated, stunning views, and very modern. The staff were friendly and lots of amenities and services were available. We used the hotel spa for amazing massages and rented bikes from reception. The reception were available on WhatsApp if needed, which was very convenient. We ended up returning to the hotel restaurant for dinner multiple evenings as the food was delicious. The TV in the bedroom also had Netflix, a nice touch!

Close to the harbour. Really nice staff all the way through. Diving shop on sight.

Really loud music coming from the bars around. Use your earplugs ... In the bar/restaurant they charge you a little extra without telling you.

great location, staff was really nice. general atmosphere was great - really good Indian restaurant. definitely would love to come back!

Area a bit noisy at night - but not something I didn’t know before. Booked through them a boat+shuttle back to Ubud - paid way more to have a safe travel back. but when I got out of the boat all shuttles didn’t have my name on the list. it was a really bad experience for a solo woman traveler arriving in the evening to an unknown place. Did talk to the manager after and he was very nice, offered to refund me for the extra taxi I took back to Ubud & a free meal at their Ubud restaurant. I do recommend going there - I had a lovely time with no complains about the hotel, just maybe book your travels back from a different place.

Sleepless nights in great view.

Sea view.

Basically you live like inside Disco. Noise is so loud you cant sleep from 9pm to 2am. This because next door is biggest night club ”Jungle”.

Great location Good food amd staff are so friendly

Loud music from next door disco. Though we were lucky to be there during Ramadan so it ended at midnight Nice touch in rooms , we were provided with ear plugs for night 🌙

Definitely would return

The staff were very attentive and rooms were very modern. Loved the decor of the hotel and food and drinks were amazing. Close distance to the port so there was no need for a horse and cart thankfully.

Noise levels were high but to be expected being bang in the centre of everything

Everything.!! We absolutely loved it here, the room, the staff, the location, everything was amazing, our 4 night stay turned into an 11 night stay 😄 Would 100% recommend ...

A little hiccup at the beginning that wasn't our fault, but we got over it ...

Great food and helpful staff. Price affordable and perfect location. Not far from ferry station. Two pools, one at sea front and one private at back next to spa. Wish I could stay more but maybe next year.

swimming pool accessible from the room, everything was clean, breakfast was delicious and the staff there was super friendly

its a little to noisy because of the clubs in neighborhoods, but its not a hotel fault

great location, great staff, great value for money

amazing location, Gili T is sensational!! hotel had everything we needed and was super close to all the bars and restaurants, staff were fantastic and very friendly and accommodating.

lots of cats however they didn’t bother us and the lack of water pressure in the shower.
