If you are traveling as a group or family this is the perfect stay

The property is in a perfect location straight across the street from the beach where there is beautiful snorkeling with coral and sea turtles. We loved the private pool and the staff. We also organised a private snorkel trip through the property which was a great way to explore the Gili islands

We loved absolutely everything about the property. The only thing I could recommend as an improvement would be to have some extra blankets available as there were only sheets on the bed.

Tolle Unterkunft auf einer tollen Insel - perfekt zum Entspannen für Familien

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern 3 Nächte dort und es war einfach perfekt für uns! Mit Kindern ist die Lage einfach super! Direkt am Strand, mit eigenem Pool, der auch kinderfreundlich meistens im Schatten liegt. Direkt am Hausriff hat man die Möglichkeit beim Schnorcheln Schildkröten zu sehen. Auch wir hatten Glück. Und ein großes Lob gilt Yanti, die sich super um uns gekümmert hat (Transport vom Hafen und wieder zurück). Das Frühstück wurde jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet. Die angebotenen Massagen waren super, und auch die Kinder (2, 4 und 7 Jahre) haben es genossen. Wir hätten unseren Aufenthalt sehr gerne verlängert. Leider war es schon ausgebucht.

Einfach alles, die Lage (bester Kaffe direkt nebenan) das Haus , mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet und vorallem unsere liebe Yanti, die uns jeden Wunsch erfüllte.

Perfect place to stay on Gilli Air

Fabulous location! We loved the location of this villa with so many great places to eat close by.

My son wasn’t keen on sleeping downstairs alone(he’s 10) but the staff were so helpful at setting up another bed upstairs so he could sleep with his sisters.

Epic location!

The house, the private pool and the garden is beautiful, and it has an epic location, right on the best snorkeling-spot on the island (so beautiful reefs, we saw turtles, so many fishes and coral reef in all colors!). Yanti and the rest of the staff are helpful and nice.

Impossible to write a review without mentioning the fact that it was way, way to hot to have a good nights sleep. Seems like the a/c in the sleepingrooms are not working properly, the rooms had around 27 degrees at night, a bit to hot for us northern people😉

Magical spot

I left a piece of my heart at Serenity. This is a magical place, on one of the most beautiful spots on the island. Quiet and peaceful, with an incredible sunrise view and a quick walk to watch the sunset in the evening. The snorkeling right out front is incredible, and i had a beautiful experience swimming with the turtle that lives there. The villa itself has everything you could possibly want with beautiful en suite bathrooms, and the rooms have wonderful views. The pool is perfect and we all moved between the beach and pool all day. What a special place. Yanti and her team were so welcoming and kind and made wonderful breakfasts every morning. Fellos organized a boat and cars for our onward travel. I definitely want to come back and stay again. I wish we could have stayed another few weeks. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful, luxurious villa with stunning views and snorkelling right outside the front door

The Villa is beautiful and luxurious and very romantic. It's located right on the beach with amazing snorkelling right outside the front door. Yanti, Fellos, and Marcia were so helpful and really made our stay very memorable. The villa offers massages, which I highly recommend, and private speed boat trips for snorkelling with turtles, which was the ultimate experience for us. We hope to return someday.

Very good

friendly staff, amazing outlook, private villa perfect for family, I didnt see any better villa than serenity. garden and pool and several places to put your feet up and relax, great location, cafe next door is good. gili air offers good balance of things to do and chill out time, people on the island are so friendly. no noisy mopeds on the island

being pestered a little too much by vendors wanting to sell things. the island needs more tourists to fill up all the restaurants and bars and to bring money in to keep their businesses sustainable and to attract investment to repair some of the storm damaged pathways. they try to keep plastics and rubbish down but I feel more could be done to keep the island looking as beautiful as it naturally is.

Perfect family spot with great swimming pool and Yanti takes perfectly care of all guests.

Serenity Villa is a perfect family stay. Yanti is a perfect host and took care of us during out stay. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the balcony view.

I can’t think about something. You would here some music from the nearby restaurants, but for us this was just an extra positive vibe.

This property is absolutely amazing!! I mean it’s right on the ocean, and the views are wonderful. I have to say though, the best part of our stay was our staff! Yanti was there for all our needs. She made us incredible breakfast each morning, and is literally the BEST massage therapist I’ve ever had. I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful our time was in Gilgi because of Yanti. She arranged and amazing day of snorkeling for us on a private boat for very little cost. I’ve traveled all over the world, and this was one of the most memorable experiences of my life.

It was a really nice house, with a good location. It is perfect with the pool in the front yard. The restaurant beside the Villa can deliver food to the house. The host Yanti is so kind and gives the most helpful service ever. Just ask and she will help you. Yanti also has spa treatments at the Villa and she is a very good masseuse. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

the property is just beautiful, spacious 2 double bedrooms upstairs with a fantastic sea view. The villa is super well located, on the quiet side of the island (sunrise beach) and it is perfect for snorkeling. Yanti, our host, prepared us every morning an amazing breakfast, kept the villa super clean and to top it off, she gives the best massages.

This is an exceptional property, beautifully decorate & maintained, a real oasis right on the beachfront with incredible sunrise views. I honestly think we stayed in the best place on Gili Air - it was magical. Yanti looked after us well and the massage I had was amazing. I also highly recommend the boat trip with Fellos - he knows the sea so well and swimming with turtles was the highlight of entire trip. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

The beachfront location, with amazing sunrises was fabulous. Yanti looked after us very well. The upstairs bedrooms were great.

The upstairs bedrooms are beautiful. However the third bedroom is downstairs, dark and squishy. It was difficult to work out in the family who got the gorgeous bedrooms and who got the awful one.

Excellent family villa on the island.

We were met at the harbour by Yanti. She was able to help us get the horse carriage to get to the villa. It was all done smoothly. Yanti took care of us during the week. She made a lovely breakfast every day and provided us with anything we needed (including bikes).

The island is quiet right now due to COVID. There are only 2 restaurants open on the island and its a 10 min bike ride away to get to them. We liked the quiet and felt safe, but options for food are limited. The only other concern is that people stop by often asking to rent a room or would even come right into the home. I think a gate at the entrance would be good or a "no rooms available" sign for when the entire villa is rented.

A little paradise in Gili Air

Location is amazing and the view also. The house is really nice with a lot of charm. Breakfast is good.

It will benefit of a lunch and diner solution in Villa as it is quite challenging to find ingredients to cook by itself. Swimming pool should be maintained a bit better because the heat is making the water clouded fast.
