Beautiful hotel with scenic views
It’s a little bit out of the way with not much around in walking distance

Thank you Jamie and team for making our time by the pool the best! It was beautiful and relaxing with great service and care by the team. We can't wait to come back.

Amazing view, big rooms. Great food!!
The rooms were a little dirty, the pool temperature was too hot!

Loved everything! The breakfast that was included was amazing and had lots of options! The property was immaculate, staff went above and beyond, food was amazing, drinks were flavorful and refreshing. The spa was a hidden gem and walks on the beach were picturesque! Bonus was it was humpback whale season and we could see many from anywhere on the property!

Amazing hotel from outstanding staff. Concierges, Pool staff, restaurant servers all top notch, friendly and professional. The three restaurants on site serve up wonderful dishes and cocktails and the views from the room (especially of the famous arches) are fabulous. All rooms face the beautiful sea. It's really perfect!

Nice hotel, large rooms.
Not very clean, no coffee machine in room.

The hotel is very nice and the service was great. The staff were friendly and helpful during our entire stay.
They need more suites for families so we do not have to purchase two rooms. For a family of 5, two rooms was pricey.

Truly an amazing property with best staff from check in with Marco Vazquez to concierge Bree who was super helpful in planning an amazing sailing/snorkeling cruise, to the pool area with Jaime, the pool concierge and waiters Lenny, Aldo and Leo. It is the place to stay in Cabo=-views from room are the best around and the food was great--try the sushi bar in the lounge for amazing sushi and sashimi. Can't wait to come back to The Cape!

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. The service, the food, the pool, the beds, everything!
5.0 / 5.0
The service was impeccable. The food is fantastic. The pool is excellent. The room is very comfortable and clean. Normally I don't like staying at resorts during the day, but at The Cape I didn't want to leave.
It's expensive, especially for a place that isn't inclusive. It's a littler further out of town, so be prepared to spend money on taxi's and transport.

I LOVE this hotel! I have been back multiple times and each time my stay is outstanding. Love the location! The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The pool and access to the beach is gorgeous. The massage I got at the spa was one of the best I’ve ever had!
I would like to have some more simple dinner options. The lunch options are perfect, but the dinner options are formal and after a day in the sun we sometimes want a lighter meal.

It was excellent. The Ledge restaurant at the hotel had great selections.
The Glass Box store on site had poor customer service.

Beautiful property.
too many special events which closed off areas of the property. It happened several days in a row. In addition, somewhat limited food selection at restaurants With limited vegetarian options.

nothing, it was superb!

I could not receive any service as a solo female. There was a large very rough crowd at the pool every day screaming & harassing me. The Cape did nothing to make them be quiet. The food is awful. I think this place lost all of its service & classy clientele when Hyatt bought it out. Save your $ and go elsewhere!
The loud obnoxious house music blaring every day by the pool so you can’t read by the pool. The food was inedible. The prices are more expensive that SF or NYC for awful sexist service!
