Lovely cottage set in a very quiet location surrounded by countryside ,well equipped kitchen that was handy ,and well equipped and planned
Bumpy drive way but not a real issue as its not along driveway, and didn’t affect our overall good stay

very quiet location, not far from restaurants and shops but too far to walk - I can image in the height of summer if there were a lot of children the location would not be suitable for us. the two log cabins nearer the woods looks pleasant.
the accomodation was absolutely perfect for us - two double bedrooms far enough apart to give privacy but a small cosy cottage - kitchen was very well kitted out with more than adequeate utensils - the welcome drink and chocolates were a lovely surprise
there were a few little bits around the cottage that were a little tired, the doors in particular - but this did not spoil our stay at all

We arrived after dark but the next morning after an amazing sleep in a bed you just don’t want to get out of
we opened the curtains and were blown away by the setting . If you like unspoilt nature moss laden trees dripping in lychee growing from rocks that look like only a giant with an artistic eye could have placed them so well then this is a slice of heaven
And that’s just the car park.
The property was a cosy converted stable and loft with everything we could have wanted
Wi-Fi. Hot hot shower. On demand TV. And did I mention the amazing slay bed

Quaint cottage in lovely location, you need transport. Good facilities in kitchen if you wanted to rustle up a meal. Comfy bed, good shower. One up, one down with seating and breakfast area. A little small but only 2 of us so ok for a short stay. Beautiful area, very quiet with fab views. Essentials provided like tea, coffee and washing up liquid and a few luxuries; chocolates and Prosecco.
Bedroom on the small side, but comfy bed. Musty smell, but it’s old! Really lovely area but you need transport.

Our cottage Ysgubor was ideal for our needs, a perfect base for a family break away with my daughter, daughter-in-law and my grandsons. The cottage was cosy and comfortable, full of character and pretty much had all that we needed. We felt there was enough room for 3 adults and a 5 & a 6 year old!
The lounge area of the open plan living, dining and kitchen area accommodated us in comfort.
The beds were incredibly comfortable and we slept well after our days out introducing the boys to their Welsh heritage.
The shower is wonderful, excellent water pressure and easy to regulate the temperature - no problems washing away the sand between toes and seasalt hair from a beach day!
As well as the bathroom downstairs it was very helpful to have the cloakroom facilities upstairs.
The location is quite idyllic and so tranquil, you literally felt the stress and hectic focus of general life slip right away.
The best compliment I can give is that the boys talked about going home each day after our intrepid adventures, and didn't want to leave.
Thank you for your excellent communication from booking to going home, the delightful welcome pack and for providing a home that lifted and healed our spirits.
Nothing to not like in our opinion, but just some general feedback:
There are no laundry facilities in the cottage as quite simply there isn't enough room. Easier access to this facility on site would perhaps be helpful; although assistance was offered when we asked about using a washing machine.
No major issues but:
There were only a couple of teaspoons in an otherwise well stocked kitchen & we did need to rearrange some of the kitchen cupboards to store our supplies for our stay.

We enjoyed the location being so quiet yet the cottage was not so far from anywhere in Snowdonia.
We LOVED the hot shower too!

Cottage was very cosy with log burner, as well as, central heating. Located in a very peaceful rural location elevated above nearby valley with Betws-y-Coed a good 30 min walk into valley below. Host very helpful and provided a welcome gift of Prosecco, chocolates and Welsh cakes which was a very nice touch. Second year in a row that we have stayed at one of these cottages and would highly recommend to anyone who wishes to have a very pleasant base to explore surrounding countryside.

Superb and peaceful location with private parking. A nice welcome gift of Welsh cakes, chocolate and fizz. Jane, the owner, went above and beyond before our arrival as we weren’t sure if we were going to be able to make it due to storm Larisa. Jane checked the local roads, cleared the snow on the lane and in the car park and helped us find a safe route. Very helpful and kind.

Lovely setting. Clean, cosy and comfy. Very friendly helpful owners.
The only thing (a tiny thing)... the water pressure in the shower was very low.
