Well equipped and comfortable accommodation within a short drive of Betws-y-coed. Very welcoming host and the freshly baked rock cakes were delicious.
It was a shame that you couldn’t see the beautiful views from inside the property.

location of the property is excellent, beautiful and tranquil
we arrived way after sunset and it was a little bit difficult for us to find it, but the owner was very helpful guided us via phone
The cottage has a very good vibe and well equipped kitchen
we liked absolutely everything

The location is spectacular. A little off the beaten track of Snowdonia but handy hitting distance for the whole area. We felt like we had the area to ourselves it was very peaceful with excellent views of the mountains. Host was excellent and made us feel very welcome and the place of comfy and clean.
I couldn’t really fault anything about it

Views of the mountains and very peaceful. Very well equipped, the host seemed to think of everything. Coffee tea milk, cake supplied, which was excellent. Furniture comfortable, the accommodation was lovely and warm.
Showers could be better, but in such a remote location, it is understandable that the water pressure would be low.

The location was on a working farm and the views were beautiful. The property is very private and has everything and more that you would require on a trip away from home. We had sheep around us most of the time which was lovely to see. This is a home from home!
For myself and my family, you exceeded expectations and I don’t feel anything could have been improved other than the fact that we weren’t able to watch any TV apps due to a WiFi issue but that is resolvable.

good quality property designed with good taste, everything we needed was there, the bed linens were made of soft cotton, the view and the location are perfect, the hosts are warm, intelligent people, they welcomed us with the best homemade scones we ever tried!
there’s no wifi but as we had 4G was ok

Had a weeks stay with parents .lovely quiet location ..fantastic views.
Cottage very clean and was actually bigger inside than expected..big ensuite bedroom too and a twin room .had everything we needed for cooking. Big TV . Nice and cosy.
On arrival there were fresh flowers and freshly made scones..tea ,coffee, sugar and milk, and all cleaning materials there ..plus towels were in with the price.
There was a washer, tumble drier and freezer in the little building just outside side door.
The garden is enclosed so was great for our dog.
The owner was very friendly. She came to check everything was OK.if there are any problems then do tell her..she will sort straight away .
Value for money and would definitely return
The WiFi was hit and miss

Unbelievable location. Views from the garden are stunning. Great local wildlife - hare in the garden, pied flycatcher, redstart, and red kite around the farm and along the footpath up to even more breathtaking views.
