Shabby and cold. Not even close to worth the price.

While the plug in stove and cooktop looked new and shiny, the cooktop took an eternity to get somewhat hot and the oven only worked if the cooktop wasn’t operating. Not ideal when self catering on a cold rainy evening.

The air conditioner/heater worked but had no chance of compensating fir the cold coming from every window and the floor. Had to sleep with the electric blanket turned on.

Not a lot the fish and chip van around the corner is the only positive

Everything overpriced rude staff Paint peeling off the walls looked nothing like the picture Towels had blood stains was awful

Bookings.com need to know that I keep getting notifications about this booking from Strahan Backpacker advising me about check in and to call a certain phone number. When I eventually got onto them they had no idea what I was talking about and said they have no affiliation with this establishment. When I eventually just turned up to the establishment, the now new owners were very nice and helpful. You need to somehow correct this.

We only stayed there because of location for Maria Island

staff very helpful trying to get air conditioner to work. Were prepared to move us to another room if necessary

There were cups etc for tea and coffee but no teaspoons

Wrong check in time sent in message.

Locaton and price

Check in is from 2pm to 5pm according to messages they send, so we rushed over when we got off the ferry from Maria Island but then found it it's open till 7pm.

We stayed in the downstairs room of the house that is located on the property. This was different than our accommodation in other caravan parks, but the room was clean, albeit a bit small, the bed was comfy, the bathroom with shower very good and the location excellent. There was a small fridge and kettle for making coffee and tea, a sofa and two chairs. We managed just fine and had a wonderful time on Maria Island. There is a lovely wetland very close by and a great little coffee/wine place across the road called Wheel Good Coffee.

Clean,comfortable and walking distance to Marina for Maria Island cruises, Spring Bay Hotel for excellent meals & lovely river walks.Appreciated the book exchange and the air-conditioning for the hot day we arrived.

No complaints. Would stay here again.

A great place to stay to be able to explore the local area and for visiting Maria Island

Our main reason for booking in Triabunna was because of the closeness of Triabunna Cabin & Caravan Park to our planned excursion to Maria Island. The check-in point (Spirit of Maria Cafe at 21 Vicary Street) was within an easy walking distance. After checking-in for our day trip around Maria Island with East Coast Cruises: a short walk to where the boat was docked.

We were entirely happy with our accommodation.

Location- spot on!

Triabunna cabin and caravan park is in a great location in the historic little town of Trianbunna. We stayed in a cabin that had everything we needed. We were hoping to get over to Maria Island but it wasnt to be for us with plans elsewhere to get to.

The cabin was a bit small for a family of four who've each got 4 weeks worth of luggage but for the price we paid, we saved money staying there compared to a longer stay in Hobart and the cabin was clean and had everything we needed.

Superb

Cabin no. 6 in caravan park. Our cabin was excellent. Very spacious. Lovely large recently renovated toilet bathroom seperate full kitchen near new. Seperate bedroom with touch sensitive table lights. Modern furniture. Good value for money.

The wifi signal was very poor in this cabin, so as to be as good as useless. Perhaps a wifi access point closer to the cabins would help. With poor mobile data in the area, good wifi access would be very helpful.

Enjoyed our stay. The room had character. Managers were very friendly and helpful.

Clean room with old-world atmosphere. Nice managers, very helpful. Many extra facilities.

Enjoyed our stay. Township is not exciting. Charming property. Nice managers . Reasonable price.

Friendly and helpful managers. Building and bedroom had old-world charm. Little extras were provided like videos free of charge.

Township had little to offer but that's not the fault of this property.

Stay in the Loft Studio!

We had The Loft Studio which is part of the main house. Downstairs is a small lounge area with a tiny section for basic 'cooking' - microwave, kettle, toaster. And toilet. You go up the spiral staircase and you'd love the huge big loft with its pinewood walls, its huge bed, and windows looking out to the gardens below......a lovely experience. The whole place is clean and comfortable.
