Good location to stay over for a Maria Island trip.

Only complaint would be about the shower! So hard to get the right temperature, either too hot or too cold! Quite dangerous especially for kids or older folk.

We stayed at cabin no. 6 for 1 night as we did the Maria Island day trip, it was good for a 1 night stay, the bed was good and not hard, bathroom was clean! Was enough hot water for a quick shower for each of us (2). Campers were right outside the cabin but wasnt too bad when we slept as the bedroom part was on the other side so didn't hear them too much! Close walk to the Maria island cruise departure!

We stayed in the loft, which I booked because I missed out on booking the cottage. The upstairs area was spacious and the beds were comfy. Travelling with suitcases meant it was not possible to take our bags upstairs due to the narrow circular staircase, but I was aware of this before booking. It just meant that it was a bit cramped, but it wasn’t a bit deal for 2nights. Just note, it would be ok if you just had a duffel bag each.
We arrived around 4pm and were taking the first ferry to Maria Island for the day and we stayed overnight on our return as we didn’t want to drive after dark up to Coles Bay. It was very well located for us for this purpose.
We had a very pleasant stay. There was a microwave but it didn’t appear to have been cleaned after the previous users. Apart from that everything was clean, there was a kettle and a mini fridge. But there is only 1 sink and that is in the bathroom so any washing of cups, plates etc has to be done here. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Triabunna is a small little town famous for the Maria Island ferry terminal. We stayed before spending the day at Maria Island and served as a quaint little overnight stay. There are quite a few bays for campervans, caravans and tents as well as some private cabins. We stayed in the loft apartment which appears to be a conversion of the main houses front rooms. Walking in there is a couch and tv, small bar fridge and kettle and bathroom whilst a spiral staircase takes you up to bedroom with a double and single. Room upstairs is quite spacious and good headroom as well as quite light due to 2 large windows. Nearby across from wharf are Fish Van and Pub.

Clean, nice staff. However, litter on the other side of cabin that is a little bit of an eyesore. Internet wasn't very good.

We stayed in a King supreme suite which was very clean and spacious. We had a kitchen that had everything you needed for cooking. The suite also had an air-conditioner/heater which was easy to work. The bed was comfortable.
The only thing was that the wi-fi was very slow so we couldn't actually use it.

Excellent cabin refit. Spacious and very well appointed. Close to waterfront.

Surprised upgrade for our room! We got a big kitchen, a super big bathroom and a cozy bedroom. This made our trip more fantastic especially when you drove a long long way here and had a hiking tour at Maria Island on the next day. Very close to gas station, supermarket and ferry terminal. They also have laundry. The best cabin that I’ve ever stayed, really worth the price, highly recommend!

This is a good and clean accommodation. Friendly owners.

Caravan park is not big as I expected, actually quite small of the overall park but still clean and well maintained. However, the laundry and dryer machine are not clean enough. If improve it will be better. Walking distance to Maria island ferry jety.

The cabin is 3 minutes drive to the ferry. A perfect location for going to Maria Island. The cabin is clean and spacious. A bit dated but we are fine with it. We love the night sky as it feels great watching the stars.

This was a very old caravan with an annexe. The annexe was acceptable but the caravan was not. The blinds were broken- had to put up a sheet in the bathroom for privacy. Not worth the money.

A gorgeous room, definitely not a bare, sterile motel room.

Good location, convenient with kitchen facilities, clean and friendly staff. Decor a little dated but a minor issue. Old shower head gave pretty low pressure but otherwise good amenities

We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived and were personally shown the facilities and amenities. This accommodation is in part of an old colonial house. There is a lounge downstairs with a fireplace and a bathroom, together with a small kitchenette with microwave, jug, toaster etc. Up the spiral staircase, there is a generous sized loft bedroom with a king sized bed, sofa, chairs and dressing table.
We made use use of the outside garden in the afternoon for drinks and it was just a shame that we visited at the wrong time of the year to see the wisteria blooming.
This is comfortable, affordable accommodation and a great place to stay before going out to Maria Island. The owners were very helpful and very informative regarding our stay and things of interest to do in the area.

From this place we did expect more. We did not expect a converted old caravan with an enclosed annex. As such the kitchen was very small and there absolutely no room to move in the bedroom. We did expect a cabin, but not a converted old caravan. It was clean and tidy, everything worked well, it’s just that when I booked it, it did not show a converted caravan otherwise I would have booked the more modern cabin.

Expedia some how messed up this booking with the caravan park and it somehow didn't go through to them. The park was booked out that night but the owners let us stay in their own fancy caravan. It was fairly new and beautifully looked after. Such lovely people to accommodate us.
