About this house rental
The Peach House is an extensively and beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom 2-bath home on Bozeman's north side, close to a 2-block city park, and a short walk to downtown Main Street (5 blocks away) as is also nearby the Fairgrounds where the summer and winter Farmer's Markets are held. Now with 400 Meg internet service and 220 volt electric vehicle charging port!
Peach House is owned and managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, a small homegrown Bozeman company with over 20 years of experience. For more reviews and information, including a self-guided 3D walkthrough, search the name of the house plus the words Bozeman Cottage.
The house measures 1200 square feet, and in addition to that is a large breezeway with a 2-person hot tub and space to park bicycles, and a large, private patio deck area with flowers, raised garden beds, fire pit and gas bbq grill. It has off-street parking under a covered roof in the driveway (just to the left of the photos above), and more parking along the side street. The front yard has huge shade trees in addition to the full size trees along the street. All that shade keeps the house cool in summer along with the help of a window AC unit in the king bedroom and a solar attic fan.
The primary/king bedroom has a barn wood king size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. Both have new top of the line Simmons mattress sets. The 2nd bathroom is a utility bathroom in the downstairs laundry room with a shower.
With hardwood floors throughout the main floor, and tile in the kitchen, extensive remodeling has made the house extremely attractive, as the pictures show. Pluses include nice furniture, fancy and functional kitchen, and extra large double-head slate shower. Of course it has high speed wireless internet from Spectrum (400 Meg) and a smart flat-screen tv with full cable service plud streaming and a home theater system.
Note: this house is on a busier street that will produce traffic noise during busy times.. The bedrooms and patio are on the back of the house and the house is well-insulated so it's not a problem for most people while inside but I like to make people aware of this.
As with all Bozeman Cottage vacation rentals, the Peach House is fully equipped with a drip style coffee maker, coffee grinder, a starter pack of fresh, local coffee, linens, pots/pans, cooking utensils, spices, dry goods (flour, sugar, etc), EO brand non-toxic body products, and comes with organic coffee & grinder. We also provide extensive local info on everything from where to buy real Montana meat & locally grown vegetables to great hiking trails, rafting links to restaurant coupons. We believe in local economies and know the best places!
The Peach House is a licensed and permitted tourist home facility through the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, License # 601296. City of Bozeman Short Term Rental Permit #STR20-00188.

Our stay was great. Home was outfitted with everything one could need. Recommendations towards where to dine and what to do was also great. Can be hard to find if you’re coming down Peach from the west for the first time. Address sign is on N Grand Ave. neighborhood was quiet. Peach St can be busy but it’s location to Main Street and the historic district is good.

The Peach House has everything you need to drop into Bozeman and relax. Just enough space for a family of four, and super easy walk into down and quick access to Rouse and out to Bridger. Definitely recommend!

Overall stay was phenomenal! I had to make a last minute booking and communication with Paul was awesome. The house manual came in handy for recommendations, how to use the hot tub, and for check out procedures. Would highly recommend this location and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This home was perfect for our needs. It is walkable to downtown and other local restaurants. The beds were especially comfortable with luxurious linens. Additionally the hot tub was a great perk!
The home was well stocked! We especially loved the spacious shower and skin/hair products!
Paul, the host, was available and pleasant.
I would recommend this cottage as a fantastic and quiet Bozeman downtown rental.

The house was nice, and had everything we needed. It was also great being a short walk from downtown and other essential places, notably Genuine Ice Cream.

My son and I came to visit my other son who lives in Bozeman. We all three stayed at The Peach House, and it was the perfect place for us. I have zero complaints and I can't imagine a better home to "borrow" during a trip to beautiful Bozeman.

We had an excellent time in Bozeman and the Peach House fit our needs. The downstairs twin bed was comfortable. We made most meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen.
The fact that Peach Street is a busy street was not in the property description when we rented, so we were disappointed about the traffic noise, especially with windows opened on nice days. The bedrooms are quieter as they are in the back and lower level. Some of the pictures need updating to reflect current conditions. Excellent communication from the owner/operator. On the whole, a great stay.

From beginning to end, the best VRBO rental I have had in the past five (5) years. The best rental and best rental owner ever. Great home, great location, great bed, shower, kitchen, living room, etc. There is nothing even remotely negative about this VRBO. Will rent it every year I am in Montana fly fishing. This is the best rental and best owner ever. Period. Drop the mic!!

Renting the property was easy. The location of the house was in easy walking distance of town as well as the bus pickup to Bridger bowl and to the Elm theater where we welcomed in the new year.

We loved the location of this home. A very short walk into all Bozeman has to offer. Also, near a park for kids and dogs.

Cute , comfortable house. Great location. I love older homes with wood floors and this did not disappoint. Nice beds, amazing bathroom, extra commode and laundry in the basement along with an extra bed. Really better than I expected. You can walk to the best bakery, Wild Crumb, walk to downtown shopping on Main St, short drive to amazing hiking. Paradise Falls is an easy paved hike once you drive on stable gravel road.
Lots of towels and EO products means no need to pack shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Blowdryer. 2 camp chairs and an ice chest. Washer/dryer. I'm only disappointed we couldn't stay longer to use the BBQ and cook. Safeway is convenient. All in all, you can't go wrong.
Also - Plonk bar on Main is a funky wonderful bar if you get tired of all the breweries.
The Museum of the Rockies was fun and if you've got kids the dinosaurs are spectacular. Can't wait to go back and stay at The Peach House.

We loved our stay at the Peach House! It was well furnished and well supplied and the bathroom is memorable! Great shower! Paul is an excellent host and very responsive - thank you, Paul. Street is somewhat busy but noise did not bother us. We would gladly stay here again!

My whole family had a great stay at the Peach house - me, my husband, our three year old and our 8 month old. The hosts were kind enough to provide a pack n’ play and a high chair, cutting down on what we needed to bring with us. The location was great - walkable to Main Street and several great playgrounds, which was crucial when my husband took the car to go fishing. The hot tub and large front yard were also fun for the kids. I appreciated the number of recommendations Paul provided and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. We fell in love with Bozeman and would love to come back!

Central, dog friendly Bozeman house
This property is only a few minutes walk to downtown Bozeman in a nice neighborhood. The house is clean, comfortable and dog friendly, which is why we chose this particular place. Paul was great to work with, quick to respond. Recommend this house for four people and a dog. Living room is not massive so this would not sit a huge family but a group of four works really well!

Better than expected
The Peach House reviews were what sold us on the property, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s in a great location, was very clean and comfortable and has everything we needed and more! We will definitely stay here again!

I'll be back...
This house was a joy to stay in. The attention to detail and high quality furnishings made us think that the owners might use this place themselves for part of the year. We will definitely want to come back and stay.

This house was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and comfortable. We slept really well in the king bed; the big tile shower is beautiful; and the location is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown.
