Cool condo in a newer building in Bozeman. Nice bar and restaurant in the building and easy to get down town from the location.

This apartment made us feel right at home with all of the plants and beautiful views. It was in a great location with two restaurants on the first floor and a cute coffee shop. It was a mile walk to town which was perfect to get some steps in! Would definitely recommend and do plan to stay again!

Vacasa review
I’ll start with the good. Nice location, above bourbon and ponderosa social which were very fun and convenient and it’s a newer build.
That said, we opened the door and initially thought we were in the wrong place, it felt like your grandpas apartment, the front of the fridge was full of personal letters and photos, the space was overfull of old furniture and plants. I love plants but this was to the point of having to turn sideways in some parts of the living room to fit between overgrown trees. Plants, faux plants and pumpkins were in every surface, making some areas unusable.
The thermostat wasn’t functional, when we got in, it was very chilly but after being there for a day it was so hot it was difficult to sleep, close to 80 degrees, but no messing with the thermostat did anything- not even trying to operate the fan worked. There was only one openable window in the unit but it was covered by a non functional blind, so getting cooler air in was a challenge.
This unit backs up to another building that keeps their lights and lit sign on 24 hours a day, so good blinds are really important. The blinds wouldn’t go up to let air in during the day and at night there was a good 2” gap on either side letting a lot of light in. I will say I’m a pretty light sensitive sleeper.
The shower at max temp was lukewarm, so coming home after skiing it was not a good option to warm up in.
I hate to say it but this was just not a relaxing place to stay, I never slept well

We arrived on a red eye flight and were only given codes labeled ‘elevator code’ and ‘apartment code’ the business building that this unit is in locks when the businesses close.
This same thing happened to me back in august (we had booked 2 stays right away-Aug/Oct) I got trapped outside from my early morning walk . I contacted the rental Vacasa management 24 hour line they were as helpful as they could be, but, never resolved the issue and I called to check about it this time around worried I’d be trapped outside again at midnight, they still didn’t know about a building code. I was able to figure it out bc I knew someone who knew someone who knew the building manager locally, so was able to get inside
Then we were so exhausted, crawled into bed, which was super lumpy/slanted mattress, with like a giant dip in one side of the bed. I’m the morning we realized there were whiteish crusty liquid stains all over the comforter- so I guess they never washed it. I reported it, they were semi responsive-but by that time I had already taken matters into my own hands again, bc I knew a think comforter like that would take awhile to clean, I washed it myself.
The apartment is lovely, but the communication, the cleaning, and now the safety (getting trapped outside unable to access after hours) is to be questioned, and nothing was ever offered in amends to all of the hassle besides a thank you for your patience while we work on this.

Great location, clean and easy to access. The only drawback was the later check in 4pm and early check out at 10am. You also can’t get later check out by request, which I did try.

All the good things…apt. Was aesthetically pleasing, clean, private, safe, with a great location.

Our stay was really nice. The place is comfortable, clean and very homelike. Lots of plants and comfy places to hang out. There are good restaurants and even a small bowling alley and pool hall in one of them. The only thing that was very concerning, is that in the early morning I got up early, went for a walk, and then was completely locked out of the building!!! The codes for the elevator and getting in to the actual apartment/condo were accurate, but I was NEVER given a code to get IN TO the main building!!! I was completely trapped outside. My husband was inside sleeping, but not answering his phone. I stood outside for almost a half hour, before someone who worked in the building came by and was able to provide a code to let me in. When I communicated this to the Vacasa rental people, they received the information from me, but..... we have also rented this place again in October and we don't arrive at night until after midnight and I"m sooo afraid we aren't going to be able to get in late at night and be stuck outside. They told me to check back with them 24 hours before our check in to be sure to get the codes, but it feels to me, like THEY should loop back in with me and be sure to let us know that they have a code for that. So that was weird and is a bit of anxiety about our next trip. We may or may not keep our reservation because of it.

Looking for a nice place close to downtown Bozeman? This is your place. Very nice property, would book this again. Thanks!

This property is located above a bar that plays loud thumping music where the hours are 9:30 to close which was after midnight. My friend and I were unable to sleep both nights until the bar closed. We were there for work so it was terrible to have two poor nights of sleep. I asked to be moved to another location and was told they only could do it if we paid for an additional night which we did not need. I asked for a refund or a discount but was denied both. I am very disappointed in my stay here.

I rented this VRBO for three nights from May 2-5, 2023. The apartment was dirty, including a dirty shower curtain, sheets, and urine stains on the mattress. When I arrived on May 2, I received a text message from Vacasa asking me to rate the cleanliness of the apartment. I was in a hurry to meet people for dinner, so I took a quick look around, including pulling the covers down on the bed. I saw what appeared to be a waffle style boot print on the sheets. I quickly sent a rating of 2 out of 5 on cleanliness. Vacasa offered to send someone to clean it, but I was headed out so I decided I would just wash the sheets myself when I returned. When I got back from dinner, I took the sheets off the bed to find a urine stained mattress. I texted the Vacasa person, informing of the urine stains, and notified the Vacasa person that I would leave in the morning. Having stayed for only one of the three nights I rented the place, I asked for a refund for the two other nights and of the cleaning fee. The Vacasa person responded that they would not refund any of the nights, but might refund the cleaning fee. To date nothing has been refunded. I slept on the couch (thankfully I brought a sleeping bag) and left the next morning. After departing I notified the Vacasa person I had left and indicated their mattress needed to be replaced. The Vacasa person responded, “I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We hope your experience was awesome and we can’t wait to see you again soon.” Avoid this place, it’s dirty and the rental company is unprofessional.

Loved the location and the restaurants in the building! The condo lay out is nice, but it was noticeably dusty causing the air to smell stale. There was a very visible later of dust on all of the plants and the air vent above the main door. There was a bunch of mud stuck to the shower curtain as well, like someone tried to wash a dog or thier muddy feet off in the shower
Ultimately would stay again! Hopefully a bit more clean and less plants.

We were here for two nights and had such a sweet wonderful time! It was so close to downtown so we were able to quickly go to grab coffee, shop, and go to dinner. We cooked dinner one night which was so easy with the beautiful kitchen and provided cooking basics. Everything was so nice and cozy, it was perfect to come home to after being out and about/hiking/swimming all day.

Nice place and a good location but the cleaning fees are over the top. Also, lacks some basic household items.
