Liebevolles Apartment mit außergewöhnlichem Gastgeber

Der Gastgeber ist unglaublich hilfsbereit und nett. Er hat uns vom Bus abgeholt und war für alle Fragen offen. In der Unterkunft wurde ein kleiner Sonnenschirm und Klappstühle für den Strand (öffentlicher Strand in 10m Fußweg) bereitgestellt. Ein Liegetuch war auch für jeden vorhanden. Wasserflaschen, Kaffee für die Bialetti und Milch wurden auch gratis bereitgestellt. Die klimatisierten Zimmer sind groß genug und modern eingerichtet. Kulinarische Überraschungen gab es auch immer wieder.

Für uns gab es hier nichts auszusetzen. Wenn, dann die Terrasse direkt zur Straße. Die Promenade ist etwas stark befahren. Die Terrasse ist mit Pflanzen getrennt und wird von einem anderen Apartment mitbenutzt. Wobei wir mit den Nachbarn immer gut aufgekommen sind. Durch die Trenntür ist das Apartment etwas hellhörig.

Everything about the apartment is just perfect. The bed, the view, the location (at the end of the boulevard, so not too busy but everything within walking distance. But mostly Marcello - he is the kindest and best available host I have ever met. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Marcello

The location, the size and layout of the accommodation, the facilities, the host Marcello, everything was great. I have never experienced such a great host like Marcello. He is always there for you and is super friendly. Highly recommended!

Would stay again if back in Giardini

Comfortable bed, great shower, good AC, exceptionally well equipped with amazing welcome pack Lovely veranda with beach just across the road. At the quieter end of town but easy walk to lots of restaurants

Superb host

We had a great time with ZI DIMA APARTMENTS and Marcello :) He was such a great host, available at all times and very helpful. The apartment was perfect for the two of us, a nice kitchen and bathroom. The place was very clean and neat upon arrival, and was also cleaned once during our stay. Marcello had also arranged some snacks and a bottle of wine for us, he helped us with public transport and restaurant recommandations. Marcello alone would be a great reason as to why you should choose ZI DIMA APARTMENTS. Grazie Marcello, from M and C :D

Relaxing seaside apartment was great for visiting Taormina!

The location is fantastic, steps from the beach, several close restaurants, and a short drive up to Taormina. The host, Marcello, is wonderful, from the time we booked and coordinated our arrival, throughout our stay, and during check out, Marcello was extremely helpful and thoughtful. He booked our parking nearby, and helped guide us there! And he had some snacks and wine ready for us on arrival should we have been too tired to venture out right away. Marcello checked on us each day to ensure our stay was great. This is the best property we’ve stayed in via Booking.com!

Perfect stay :)

This accommodation was just amazing!! Marcello was so kind and helpful and a great landlord. He made our trip unforgettable. Beautiful flat with little welcome gifts and a perfect view right at the beach. One of the best accommodations I’ve ever visited. Very clean and wonderful locations. Would always love to come back :)

Exceptionally clean & great host !

Spotlessly clean, lots of space, very modern and new and just a hop over the street to the beach, free parking right in front of the appartment (depending on when you arrive its easy to find a space or not) - Marcello helps with parking if you inform him beforehand (he reserved a parking for us right infront of the place). Generally hell help you with any questions you have.

The walls and ceilings are very thin, if the neighbours talk loudly you can hear them & if they start vacuming on top you can hear that as well - for light sleapers it might not be ideal. But since the bedroom is in the back you dint hear the street at all :)

Amazing stay in Giardino Naxos

The property is new equipped with all the things you need, the location is amazing right by the beach and all the restaurants It's spotless clean even the remotes from the ac, TV are being sanitized. Marcello the owner is amazing, he took care of the parking, helping us with the luggage and gave some treats, a bottle of nice wine, water and sweets. Would definitely come back.

We should have booked more nights :)

Comfortable appartment 20 meters to beach!

Fantastic location - the first and the last thing you hear every day is sea... The apartment is on the first line from the beach - just cross the street and with marvellous view on the sea. The apartment is very fresh and well equipped. Very comfortable bed, good pillows. The bedroom is far from the street and it is very quiet. Kitchen - everything you need including dishwasher, tablets, fresh towels and dish soap. Wellcome bottle of sicilian wine, sicilian cookies, milk and lavazza coffee. What else... :-)

Super nice apartment and terrace!

We loved the apartment and the terrace right at the seafront. It was very clean and spacious. Marcello was very communicative and gave us some good recommendations to eat and so on. Thus, we would go there again!

Modern apartment on the beach

Great location just across the street you have the beach. You can easily go for a quick swim and go back to your place and enjoy the sun and view from the balcony. The host is very friendly and helpful. There are a couple of nice bars and restaurants nearby. The place was very clean and modern.

The bedroom does not get daylight from the window.

Exceptional

Great place to stay in Giardini Naxos, the beach is in front of the apartment, bus stop 30 meters away, restaurants all over around, we felt safe there. You can take a bus to go to Taormina or try other organized trips to Etna, Palermo, Syracuse. The apartment was new and had everything you need, including food and drink for Mediterranean breakfast as well as a bottle of wine, which was really really nice :) Marcello is a very kind and helpful person, stays in contact with guests and quietly makes sure all is ok. Generally, I loved Sicilia, people, views, food, and the atmosphere there is great. Thank you Marcello for everything!
