Tidy little apartment close to the centre and bus station. Perfect base to explore Tenerife.

Communication from the management company was excellent and locating and entering the apartment was very easy as instructions were sent by whatsapp. The location is excellent especially with the bus station literally a two minute walk away and it is just 15 minutes to walk to the town centre. Wi fi was excellent and the little kitchen was fine for cooking simple things. The terrace was nice in the evening to enjoy a glass of wine even though the view is not spectacular. It was great too have a washing machine since I travel light.

The bed was seriously uncomfortable and there was a renovation happening a couple of doors away so there was lots of dust and noise. The pool was nice but lacking in shade and furniture. It should be noted that this is not a holiday complex but a residential block where local people are living so be prepared for children screaming, dogs barking etc as most people staying here are not on holiday.

Recommended!

Great location! Comfortable beds, clean toilet, small kitchen with everything you need, balcony where you can smoke, large television. A swimming pool in the facility that you can use whenever you want, but in the afternoon it is in the shade, so you cannot sunbathe or dry off if you bathe later.

There were no drying pegs. No one speaks English, so it is difficult to communicate with the people at the reception, but this is nothing new for the Canaries.

Nothing. We Change hotel. Everything was dirty and all the complex of Houses remind to the Classic bad motel you see in the movie.

Super close to bus station

The apartment is facing right in front of the central bus station of puerto de la Cruz . So it is very easy to travel to other part of Tenerife. The apartment is very good size for one person

The balcony is directly facing the bus station and busy street. So it is very noisy as long as you open the balcony door. Outside of the apartment and the pool looks a bit dated too.

Good value for money!

The self check in is very easy and the appartement was clean. It is a 10minute walk to town and there is a lot of free parking nearby.

The pressure of the shower is very low and the walls very thin, you can hear the other person snorring in the appartement next door.

Awesome sea view but no wifi

- perfect location : 5 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to the bus station, 3 minutes to the supermarket, 10 minutes to the city center. - good kitchen with microwave, fridge, ... - awesome see view - washing machine - balcony

- no wifi for 4 days out of 5 - could heard the neighbors ' TV(who live here) until 3 on the morning every night

Decent but could use some renovation

Many towels given, easy parking, cheap price and decent beds

No shampoo, no handsoap, no dishsoap, found pieces of food on the floor from previous guests, the shower and most utensils need a serious renovation/cleaning, the people living there are creeps

Good

The location is really great, you can see the bus station through the window. There's a supermarket across the street. The beach is just 5 mins walk away. The old town/city center is also pretty close. The apartment is fully equipped for your longer stay. The Internet connection is pretty stable. Overall, if it weren't for the negative aspects mentioned below, the stay would have been very nice and comfortable.

This apartment has the most terrible neighbors there could ever be!!! The neighbors next door and below are shouting all day long - either at their home (the walls are thin, you can hear everything) or right outside your door, where they have a table and some chairs. They are talking loud or shouting all day long, from morning to late evening, so if you come here for some rest, forget about it. Neighbors are also partying despite the COVID-19 restrictions. Children are running and shouting outside the door too. Another thing that I did not like was that during the first days of our stay, there were cockroaches in the bathroom - both in the shower and in the washing machine! In the times of COVID-19 when cleanliness is so important, I was surprised not to find any soap to wash our hands or cleaning liquids in the apartment, so we had to buy everything ourselves.

Wonderful stay!

Clean, comfortable, very friendly personel.

I love this apartment, have spent there entire month and it was amazing. The support of personel is wonderful. I will come back there for sure. Totally worth recommending!!!

Very nice place

Easy check in and check out, comfortable beds, bottle of water and sparkling wine as a welcome gift, well equipped kitchen, balcony, window in the bathroom. Clean and nice apartment - perfect for a short stay in the city (for one person or a couple). Good location.

Water pressure in the shower is low.
