Loved the spacious room. Good price. Good location. Decent facilities.
The AC wasn’t strong enough so it did get a bit warm and slightly uncomfortable at night.

Spacious room, the city view from the balcony
Limited choice for breakfast. Don't like the coffee, prefer the coffee normally served at other hotels; but I loved the tea.

Great location. Very close to Jonker walk by car.
Huge bathtub for the price.
Bed and sleeping area is clean but cleanliness for other parts of the room can be improved.
Room can be bigger for the price.

Nothing
4.0 / 5.0
The location is good with ease of access to most tourist locations.
The breakfast choice was limited given the room price being on a higher range. There’s no room service available after 3pm however, Grab has a lot of options for delivery. The check in took much longer during peak period, explains the lack of staff.

Convenience
The hot water sometimes didn’t work in our room.

The hotel is perfectly set in a strategic location with a very beautiful view of the city. We were very impress by the services we got from the staffs of the hotel. Truly praise deserving.
Everything was highly comendable nothing to dislike.

Clean well-designed room, spacious toilet & nice bathtub with view. Parking was really convenient as well.
The pillow is abit hard, neck hurt a bit the next day

The scenery from the bath tub
The tedious parking system (need to validate your parking ticket every time you want to go out)
3.5 / 5.0
1) The poolside room is very convenient for a family with young children like us. However the temperature is very cold inspite of the hot weather.
2) The balcony is equipped with 2 wooden sunbed and a set of dining table overseeing the pool.
3) The location is within walking distance to the Malacca city
4) Service staff is very helpful and friendly
1) The TV was pixelated for all channel the whole time we were there. The distance to bed is so close too. We had to swicth it off during our entire stay.
2) Big room with a tiny toilet
3) The toilet for one of our room stinks badly
4) The room floor is cemented and can be quite sticky.
5) The common pool is on the same floor as the poolside room. Can be very noisy when people walk by.

This hotel was near to Malacca river cruise station and walking along with river was beautiful. However river water is not that clean and smells a lot.
Breakfast was very pathetic. This Hotel does not serve diner and that was quite surprise to us.
Staffs were quite adamant not to allow early check-in and we waited around two and half hour before we were allocated room exactly at 3pm.
3.5 / 5.0
1)The room was clean and the room was spacious..
2) others request such a city view, extra blanket and iron facility was fulfilled.
3) The best thing is there was a sofa bed that can change to bed.
4)The parking area is free and easy going.
5) The staff is friendly.Check in take some time but not wait too long time.Check out process is very quickly.
1) The toilet area is too small
2) No amenities for plate ,spoon or fork (kitchen cabinet is quite empty )
3) The toilet cannot flush (very disappointed) ☹️
4) The breakfast menu is so limited,no many choices given,
