Home away from home. And that’s the best possible compliment from a homebody!

Thoughtful amenities and little things provided like a full suite kitchen, and even laundry facilities! It truly felt like a home away from home and yet right next to my favourite Jonker Street.

I didn’t know what to do with all that space!!! I felt like I was criminally underusing the luxurious space. I just ended up sitting in the hall reading late into the night while the kids were asleep. The one thing I can’t really do at home. 🤣

A luxuriously comfortable stay on Melaka River.

The folk who manage the property are fantastic. Very prompt service and clear instructions on how to get there. We were warmly welcomed and felt very supported throughout our stay. The apartment was clean and well equipped with appliances, crockery, utensils, amenities, etc, for a very comfortable stay. The location is super - within walking distance to main attractions, yet quiet enough, and the apartment offers a superb view of the river. For folk who like to swim or soak in the jacuzzi, there is a small pool and jacuzzi that overlook the river too.

The place were well kept and clean. Walking to jonker was less than 5mins, food were easily available. The washing machine and dryer were a bonus assistant for daily washing.

Best experience

Everything from booking to checking in to checking out was fantastic. The house is really cosy, beautiful and well equipped. The gate opens up directly to the pool. Scenery is beautiful. We arrived late due to traffic but the host was very understanding and even provided us with a light refreshment. Best experience ever. Thanks Daniel and team.

Great and quiet place for exploring Malacca and relaxing!

The apartment is in a great location for exploring Malacca by foot. The layout and the size of the apartment was perfect for a family of four, but would also suit two couples with its two bathrooms, one of them being an ensuite. Access to the pool is right in front of the apartment and there are many options for going out for dining within 5-10 min walk. Everyone in the family loved the apartment and its location. Host was also great to communicate with and organise everything from the moment we placed our booking. We definitely would stay here again should we ever come back to Malacca. As for beds, we loved them! They were very comfortable and on the firmer side, which is our preference.

Listing anything we didn't like would be nitpicking on an almost 100% perfect stay. The only minor two things that come to mind are: - a second key for the apartment would have been great at times, since we often split up into two parties of two in our family (might or might not have been available, we didn't ask and were able to arrange ourselves without it) - the air conditioners in the two bedrooms could have been a bit stronger more modern, but overall not an issue, since there is also another big air conditioner for the whole apartment and ceiling fans in all rooms

Superb

Perfect location right in the historic city centre but still private. It’s just a few minutes walking to all the main sights and a variety of good restaurants and bars. The apartment honours its name as it is part of a luxury apartment complex with large infinity pool and a jacuzzi right in front of the terrace that overlooks the river and the city centre. It has a calm atmosphere and really has a good feeling to it. The apartment is large, very clean, nicely decorated and with comfy beds and furniture. The hosts arrange easy check in and are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here!

Stove and oven do not work so you can only use the microwave and rice cooker.

Beat place for families to relax.

Apartment is clean and great for families. Feels like home with amenities within short distance. Nice view from the swimming pool and balcony. The host were great answering queries when booking is done. They check in if everything is good.

The resident is close to all main Malacca City places of interests.

During peak holiday period, the next Casa Del Rio Hotel River Grill unable to provide food delivery. However, there is one asam pedas restaurant next door to the place.

EVERYTHING! EVERYTHING! EVERYTHING! the location, the facilities— EXTRAORDINARY! the house is so cozy, all our needs is provided well and the host is super friendly, they suprised us with birthday cake for my son! we are so touch! the whole process; from A to Z are very very smooth and we are more than satisfied. there is no complaint about anything. internet connection interrupted? nahhh~ just close your eyes, and enjoy the moment while you are in this house! WE WILL DEFINITELY REPEAT OUR NEXT TRIP HERE!

swimming pool is easily accessible, great privacy, good security, comfortable apartment, strategic location - right across from the malacca river cruise, walking distance to jonker walk, plenty of eateries, grabfood/ foodpanda delivery,netflix or google play options for entertainment, Digi mobile broadband have good coverage and consistent speed.

Wifi speed sometimes intermittent. It's sufficient to watch netflix, google play movies. However you can get a good mobile broadband coverage so you can setup your own hotspot

Very nice and cosy!

The place is very nice and cosy! You get a nice view of the river and also the pool which is directly behind the place. Had a chance to swim and the pool temperature was just nice and warm. The location is perfect as it is walking distance to most of the attractions in Melaka. Definitely good value for money!

We had 5 adults in the room, the wifi was a tad a bit too slow when everyone was using it, but it was still doable.
