A lovely oasis of calm and quiet in the busy, noisy Medina. The staff were excellent, with service and organising a very knowledgeable guide for us, plus a taxi and cart for our luggage. The breakfasts were good value and tasty.
It was all good.

Stunning property with gorgeous decor and pool. A real oasis of calm from the medina
Nothing. All good

It had a lovely terrace overlooking Fes.
The courtyard with the swimming pool was lovely. The birds were flying around, chirping away
Riad is in maze of alleyways. We arrived in the middle of the night and it was really overwhelming

Great friendly service, clean, beautiful common areas.
The room had a smell of humidity. The mattress was quite rigid and uncomfortable.

Best staff, excellent breakfast, very clean and confortable, in the middle of old Medina.

Riad Sabah was just amazing, pictures do not show properly how pretty it is inside. The position is just perfect, right by Bab Boujloud gate so at the beginning of the medina. Breakfast was great, really clean facilities and staff was super welcoming and warm, in particular Akram was always so available and warm with us, we felt at home. Highly recommended. P.s. don't forget to check out the view from the top terrace!
Nothing - everything was perfect.

I love the place, its like a small palace in the Medina, near the main entry and the parking, about 10 minutes walking. Very clean, they speak english perfect, and with an atmosphere very elegant. Its amazing to arrive so tired after 3 hours walking through the Medina, with the hit, and to swim in their pool in the middle of the patio like in the Alhambra, you feel as a Princess!!!!

Really great staff who helped us with a lot of things to get to and from the riad. Also helped us with a trip to Chef and restaurant recommendations. Great breakfast and they packed us a nice breakfast when we left early for the train. Would definitely go back.
The shower didn't have hot water one morning, but they fixed it right away which was great.

The staff was amazing, always helping with all our needs. Giving good recommendations on how to travel around Morocco. The Riad is beautiful, and clean, well located, in the center of the Medina.
The wifi connexion was unstable.

Wonderful staff, beautiful property, best dinner (veg tagging) of our trip. Very helpful ahead of my stay arranging for a tour and driver. Very responsive.
We had a a beautiful 3BR apartment with a small living room. There was a fireplace in our room and someone tried to light it with kerosene, which caused fumes and in the end the fire went out as soon as the kerosene burned. Wish there was a heating source in the living area as we had no way of using it without the fire.

The stay was fantastic, from the welcoming reception to departure, the staff did their best to make us feel at home. They were very helpful and friendly. The staff gave us advice on where to go and how to get there, even including a map of the madinas!!
The food was brilliant. We tried food from a local restaurant on our first night but wasn't impressed so decided to have dinner at the Riad the next night - what a pleasant surprise. Dinner was as the Riad for the rest of our stay. The chef exceeded our expectations and gave us a true taste of Moroccan food. Highly recommended.
If you love a scenic view with a sunset or sunrise, then we advise you to try out the roof terrace which provides a 360 degree view of "Old Fes" and beyond. Absolutely breath-taking. You have to see to belief.
We have nothing negative to say about our stay here. It was absolutely wonderful. Sometimes the little quirks are what gives a place it's magic, "perfection" is over rated

Staff was friendly and helpful. The Riad itself beautiful and with a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast amazing.
Not a bad thing per se, but more of a warning: We arrived in the middle of the night, and walking through the medina was a bit overwhelming for one of our kids. It is truly a labyrinth, and they leave trash directly on the streets so it feels very spooky for a European. It did not cause us any real trouble though, and the staff a Riad Sabah welcomed us with the late arrival very nicely.

The riad is beautiful, the interior, the rooms. Super clean, tidy. Excellent. The pool is large, beautiful. There are orange trees by the pool. Breakfast is excellent. Special praise to the employees who are really kind and make you feel like you're at home. They prepared breakfast for us to go at 4 AM so that we are not hungry at the airport.

I went there on a solo trip: perfect place managed by smiling people (espcially mohammed, a very good man).
Everything was beyond my expectations: I totally recommend this great relaxing shelter from the medina mess !
Breakfast: perfect, along the pool
Pool: you can use it at any time, very refreshing
The "solitaire room" for one person was really good, but sometimes there just wasn't air (very tiny windows, no air circulation).
The position: once you learn how to get there is perfect, but the first time is a real nightmare.
There's no way you will get there by yourself the first time: Do NOT trust google maps and pay their own guide from the Blue Door: you'll avoid a mental struggle :)

It is a wonderful Riad in a historic building in a center of Fes Medina, renovated in the most sensitive way to reflect every element of art that was creatively preserved and used for the decoration or use by hotel guests. The service is impeccable! I want to give an exceptional recognition to Osama - one of the shift managers. He was extremely helpful, especially when it came to dealing with Royal Morocco airline in recovery of my lost luggage. Even though airline customer service representatives spoke English, Osama's ability to communicate with them in Arabic was much more efficient. When I needed to get the replacement for medication that was in the lost luggage, he walked with me to the pharmacy first thing in the morning and later helped me to collect it while I was taking a tour of the city.
Also I want to thank Mohammed for his excellent service at breakfast times and anytime when Osama was not available.
It was nothing to dislike about this Riad.

This place is AMAZING and exceeded all of our expectations. The riad is beautiful and clean and the staff—especially Ousamma—were fantastic. They were attentive, friendly and helpful. Ousamma was engaging, reserved and just a nice guy with us and all of the other guests. We spent a lot of time chatting with him at night and we now consider him a personal friend.
This riad was our first and set the bar high. We travelled throughout Morocco for two weeks and no other riad came close to Riad Sabah.
Nothing could have been better—the place was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Riah Sabah. It exceeded our expectations, with very comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms and fantastic air conditioning! The courtyard is beautifully decorated, with a well maintained pool that was great to cool off in during the day. The location was very good, right in the medina. The staff were fantastic, in particular Oussama and Miriam, and made us extremely comfortable, organising taxis, giving tourist advice and organising our massages. They are an asset to the Riad!
Nothing. We wish we could've stayed longer! It was one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco!

It felt like home. A quite paradise inside the hectic Medina, good service, highly friendly staff and beautiful architecture. Totally recommended!

The Riad is quiet
The birds are chirping during the day hence the little fountain makes the place peaceful
The staff is attentive and reactive : very nice people
The location is good, less than 5 min of Bab Bou Jeloud. Just don’t answer to people you don’t know on your way to the Riad.
Nevertheless, I’m recommending this place because it is truly magical
Imagine yourself in a garden 🪴 but in the médina : paradise

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean, tidied up every day, and each one has their own Wi-Fi network. The breakfast was wonderful and very fulfilling - orange juice, coffee, fruits, bread, cake, pastries, eggs and yogurt. The pool was also great, as well as the views at the rooftop. Would stay here again!
