Beautiful stay

The lady and the guy toya they give us a good treatment,we didn't struggle during cold frond and loadsheding,extra heater and warm water was provided during loadsheding.we will definitely come back keep up the good work

Nothing about the place

The gentleman who helped me was friendly and helpful, but the lady has no customer service experience, the towel was old and ihad Fibre coming from it after using it, ther was no hot for the whole weekend

Worst stay

Roof over my head otherwise the still was only a flat sheet on the bed which moved into the bed over the night

On arrival, I was confronted about the comments I made on Booking.com for a previous trip, as if that was not enough, a rude lady shouted at me in the morning saying why did I come back, they were supposed to give me my money back and chase me away. There is no back up for electricity, so I couldn't prepare for the test.

The staff members are Lovely, helpful and made sure we were safe

Shower - the water was cold for the duration of our stay. Even during hours where there was no loadshedding.

Disappointing

The staff was very friendly and professional. Engages with their customers.

Power was off as well as water most of the time. I wanted a double standard room, but the beds were so hard and the rooms smelled horrible, thus I was forced to pay a lot more for a more decent room that was actually livable.

My Stay at G&G Guesthouse

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The TV did not work. It took me a whole day to get an iron. There wasn't any hot water. I checked in as 2 guests but only received 1 hard towel - after requesting it.

Keep up the good standard.

Quite place and non of distractions. Security tied. Friendly staff. There are backups, when there's no electricity and hot water available all the times.

I was not comfortable, because of rats in my room. I was afraid of my belongings ( assets). One of my peaches was eaten by rats, then I took the matter to the staff members. Finally, they tried their level best to make sure that they don't come back again. I make a plea to the landlord that, thorough maintenance should be done on the fire places , it was a hiding place for those rats.
