Romantic!

The staff is Wonderful, the grounds and location and view are great! Cozy lobby/dining room!

IF you have bad knees, the steps are difficult, but doable. The bamboo floors are nice but are a problem if you have any balance problems. If it was mosquito season, it might be a little uncomfortable. Mosquito net over the bed but the rest of the bungalow is vulnerable because of big gaps in the doors. We didn’t have a mosquito problem when we were there.

Astonishing place

Absolutely wonderful, felt like paradise. The family who runs the hotel are warm and friendly people. They also serve amazing food and drinks for reasonable price so you don't need to go to the town.

Nothing, it was perfect. Just a note that the chalets don't have much furniture inside, a bed, a small tea table and a hanger and that't it. So if you are a comfy hotel type of a person, better opt for a hotel room.

Amazing !!

We had a wonderful time at Eco Palms House ! The location was perfect with a stunning view of the rice fields. The staff is truly devoted to making our experience the best as possible ! (I even had a cake on my 30th birthday made by the cook). Nam (the hotel manager) is always friendly, warm and caring. The rooms are very comfortable with Vietnamese traditional decoration. We had the best sleep ! Thanks again so much for this amazing stay !

Best place I have ever stayed! Accomodation, location and staff are incredible.

Honestly this is the best place I have ever stayed! It was so beautiful and the views and little lodge cabin was incredible. The staff are so friendly and are so helpful and ready to answer any questions you might have. I think it’s extra sweet they come up and help you put down your mosquito net at night! Thanks for such a lovely stay, can’t wait to come back again. :)

However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by the staff, particularly Nap. Nap went above and beyond to ensure that every moment of my stay was perfect. From arranging my visit to Fansipan through the picturesque landscapes to recommending authentic local restaurants, Nap’s attention to detail and genuine care made me feel like a cherished guest. If you’re seeking a retreat that harmoniously blends nature, comfort, and cultural authenticity, I wholeheartedly recommend this eco-lodge in Sapa. Exceptional

We were warmly greeted by Mr. Nam who made sure at all times to keep us comfortable, cozy updated. Such a kind soul, booked us tours and made our little one smile often. The location is simply fantastic. Our room had a wonderful view to the green scenery, rice crops, and the villages surrounding. Our chalet was spacious and the bed very very comfy. About 20 min drive from sapa town, just perfectly away from all the chaotic noise from the city. The hotel arranged our a driver all times we needed to get to the city. The restaurant food was a bit pricey but super delicious! 👌 We had a perfect stay at Eco Palms and highly recommend this. I would absolutely return there when coming to Sapa!

Nam and team were always trying to make things perfect for all guests. They worked so hard to give everyone the best holiday experience. Nothing was too much trouble. So kind and thoughtful. The views were stunning It was so peaceful The balcony was wonderful The food was divine The spa was so good The pool was so refreshing The happy hour was good too.

Great Location with mountain view and rice paddy field. A very warm and hospitable homely experience at Eco Palms House. Owners Mr Ivan and Mrs Monica are such a lovely couple and treat all their staff and guests like family members. I can now understand and truly appreciate why they deserve such fabulous ratings.

The experience was way beyond expectation. The best hosts we have ever had

The location was so quiet, such a wonderful break from the busy city life. Hosts were extremely hospitable right from arrival to departure, even went the extra mile of ensuring we had enough food and drink for our rides to the next destination. Yummy foods, room is cozy and Clean, I like essentials oil in the night time (Staff come to our room to do turn down service). All Staff according to what we would need as far as they could. Way beyond our expectations. Will be back for sure!

Best place in Vietnam

We could not fault our stay at this property. From the moment we arrived where we were provided a lovely welcome drink tea, hot face towel, Jam at check in, to the trekking Tour, the wonderful room, the delicious abundant breakfast and the incredible hospitality - this accommodation has it all. do yourself a favour and stay here when in Sapa.

Spending only one night at Eco Palms House NOT enough to enjoy our holiday The location is awesome. The service is outstanding and the rooms are also very nice and Cozy. Food was really good with organic vegetable in their garden. Moreover they are offering trekking trips, all worth to expense in here.

We were on our honeymoon with special arrangement decoration in our room, romantic dinner is highlight of our memory at Eco Palms House It was a brilliant place to stay, the location of the Lodge is amazing, beautiful views. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The bungalow was very comfortable, warm and clean.

Incredible views and amazing staff

Amazing hotel!! the rooms are beautiful overlooking the valley, with an amazing terrace and bathtub. The staff are really wonderful and make you feel really taken care of. We ate all our meals there and loved all the food and it was so nice to sit by the fireplace. The team also helped us booking a trekking trip with a local woman that we would highly recommend. Overall a brilliant experience!

the balcony of the room has amazing view. Room and bathroom well kept and clean. Bed is comfy and warm with the heaters. Had both lunch and dinner at the restaurant and loved the food. Do not need to go into Sapa town for local food. A must try!

Will be Back

This place has been nothing but amazing: the room, location, view, the kind staff, the food (!). It is all built sustainably w bamboo and clay and the bungalows are set in a wonderful garden within the rice terraces of Sapa. Even when at times Sapa can be cold, the hotel staff will make u feel cozy. We also did some trekking tour provided by the stay and loved our guide, Su, the tour through the local culture and nature and the many things we learnt! Did I mention the view! The amazingly yummy food!! Special thanks to the hosts Ivan and his wife, Nam and Sue and everybody else who we met here.

Hotel staff very helpful, We booked our transport by Limousine to and return it’s comfortable, Local Experience trekking with Local Guide was excellent. We loved the view from our bungalow suite that overlooked rice fields and the epic mountain scenery of Sa Pa, room decoration very Cozy. Dinner service offered a variety of choices on the menu and we loved everything we had the 2 nights we were there. Everyone so kind and knowledgeable. The quality of everything was outstanding.

Room a bit cold outside (Due to the room made from Nature material) but in room provided Electric mattress, heater, both are more than warm enough for sleeping.

We stayed in a Bungalow for 02 nights, three days. From beginning to leaving Eco Palms House Team don’t make us disappointed. We booked 02 different trekking tour with them, both are spectacular even weather during our stay is cold and some time mist. It’s worth to do.

There are Infinity Pool but it’s cold, however there are a Traditional Bathtub in our room with supper hot water for deeping my body in there for relaxing.

Just visit, you'll love it.

We loved being out in the country side. The views were amazing and the boys loved the pool. The food was amazing at Eco Palms!

We visited during the cool season and the rooms were a comfortable temperature, but could get very warm in the summer.

we had the most amazing stay here. Ivan and his family and team are wonderful hosts. We had amazing food, a truly fantastic view dangling our feet over our balcony looking over the valley, and brilliant hikes through the mountains - bamboo trees, rice fields, villages, with a fun and friendly local guide. we cooled off in the pool, and soaked in the views. this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed

Gorgeous Resort

I stayed at Eco Palms and had a terrific experience. The lodge overlooks a large valley, and the rooms all have that spectacular view. The rooms are spacious and have a nice balcony to stare at the view. The food is outstanding, with lots of choices (including vegan options, which was great for me). The lodge is about 15 minutes outside Sapa town, so you have some distance from the "action" in town. And the staff were all great - friendly, gracious, and made sure that I had a nice time. Strongly recommend this lodge.

Quirky accommodation with fantastic views.

Quirky and homely place run by a lovely family. We were upgraded to a lovely room with fantastic views. The owner helped us book a great trekking guide, Su, who spoke english very well and we had a fun day with her walking through the valley. They have a lovely new pool which was awesome after a day trekking. The food was really good too.

A private, cozy small resort owned by a lovely, friendly couple. Great great view from right on top of the rice field, if you don't wanna get tired traveling in town, you can definitely spend a whole day sitting on the patio, having a tea and staring outside of the room. Room interior is very unique, traditional structure. There is not bed frame, the mattress is just placed on the ground, but very comfy. Food is slightly a little more expensive than outside but very nice. As advertised, there are a lot of insects, esp. in the night when the lights are on. But there is mosquito net around the bed. Shut the door in the night and for extra protection, please bring mosquito repellent.

The bathroom could use a little showerhead mount on the wall. we always had to hold it with a hand during shower.

In the heart of Sapa, spectacular views, and friendly hosts, we could not ask for more.

Breakfast was included, and we could order off the menu multiple choices, which was really enjoyed by my family. We had dinner at Eco Lodge for the 3 nights we were there, and there was a great selection, and it was delicious.

more loungers round the pool, there were only two, and they were very contested.
