Perfect Villa for families

This villa is perfect for families. Really big and spacious, great kitchen. They also provided a good cot for our 7 month old baby as well as a high chair. The pool is exceptional. Comfortable beds, good air con, spacious bathrooms.

excellent location, very spacious, lovely property. very well maintained property and very clean pool, especially as someone came to clean the pool a couple of times while we were there.

it would be good if there was some literature about surrounding areas and general information about the Villa. having said that it had no impact on our enjoyment of the property.

Owner was really helpfull and give us a lot of good tips where we can eat, good restaurant and beautiful places to visit. I really recommend this amazing villa and you can enjoy your holiday on 100% percent. Villa has grill, pool and everything what you need. 😍 BEST accommodation 👍💪 we will be back next year 👌

Spacious villa, very close to the beach with perfect pool and views!

Excellent location for relaxation, very close to a pretty beach and gorgeous views. We loved our stay! The spacious villa has everything you need and the owner was really responsive to any questions we had. Great for families (although if you have small ones note the pool isn’t sloping and no fence around) - the downstairs area was great for our adult son to have quiet and privacy while the younger nosier family members were in the ground/first floor! Beautiful garden to relax/children to play in. Would definitely recommend. (note cash deposit paid on arrival and then repaid at end of holiday)

Nothing! Everything was perfect however you definitely need a car as no shops nearby but the Papantoniou supermarket in Polis had everything needed (including lots of dietary alternatives/vegan/wide range of goods).

Amazing stay with friends!

The villa is very modern and has everything you need! The host was very welcoming and helpful, made lots of suggestions for things to do around the area and replied very quickly if we had any questions! The villa is 2 minutes from the nice pebble beach with very clear water.

The one downside of the location is the lack of supermarkets within the walking distance.

Superb villa near the beach. Loved the swimming pool. We couldn't have asked for more. Thankyou

Meals not included. We enjoyed going into Polis and the supermarket. Great eating places nearby. Everyone so friendly.

There was nothing we didn't like.

From when i booked the villa, the communication from the host and his colleague was fantastic, i run my own business in the UK and this is how i like to teach my staff to behave when dealing with customers. The host went above and beyond the call of duty, even arranging for an extra camp bed for one of the children. The short walk to the beach was brilliant, we had a bbq on the beach a couple of nights, and swam in the sea at 8.00pm. My wife hates sandy beaches, she fell in love with the beach and said it was the best beach she had ever been too and we have travelled the world, to some amazing beaches. The Villa was spacious as we have a large family the beds were comfortable, the whole property is cared for, the garden was very tidy and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and the oven worked, we ate in most nights, the bbq in the villa was brilliant, easy to work, every one said it was the best ever holiday they had had. My daughter flew in from Brisbane, Australia and they loved everything, the people were so friendly and we made friends with the locals who made our stay so good. I would book again if there was space.

Nothing, everything was as it was said and more.

Loved the house, the huge spaces and the pool which is huge! The house has everything you need for the perfect holidays. Alex and Evelyn are super friendly and they try to assist in anything you may need!

Villa Riverside

A open and spacious living room and bedrooms. Great view of the sea and a beautiful pool. Stunning upstairs patio. Good A/C.

Small blanket on the master bed, had to take another one from a different bedroom for 2 people. A small shower with a ridiculously small shelf for shampoos. The downstairs shower sometimes did not have hot water and also did not have a shelf. The host also did not bother to leave more than 3 rolls of toilet paper.

Highly recommended

Location of the villa is amazing. The views are exceptional. The swimming poll was very clean. Amazing gardens. The villa was very clean in general.

Maybe the beds could be a bit more comfortable and the basement was a bit smelly.
