Herrliche Unterkunft mit sensationellem Frühstück und sehr freundlichen und engagierten Vermieter.

Das Frühstück war einfach excellent mit ganz frisch gebackenen Kuchen, Törtchen und Omelettes, dazu noch Müsli, Säfte, Kaffee, Tee, Wurst, Konfitüre - alles äußerst appetitlich und reichlich, sodass wir 2-3x davon hätten genießen können! Sensationell! Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und enorm engagiert. Er hat uns sehr gute Tipps für Pistoia und die Gastronomie inkl. genauer Wegbeschreibungen für gleich mehrere Möglichkeiten gegeben. Mit dem Pkw ist Pistoia Centro in ca. 10min. zu erreichen. Beim Frühstück war er konstant anwesend und hat etliche weitere Ausflugstips für die Umgebung gegeben! Molto grazie! Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!!

Es gab für uns nichts zu beanstanden! Lediglich noch folgende Hinweise: 1) Die Topper der Betten waren für unser Empfinden etwas weich, ansonsten sind die Betten super! 2) Die Zufahrt über die Brücke ist seeehr schmal und für breitere Pkw schlecht geeignet. Die Abzweigung erfolgt von der Hauptstraße direkt mit einer kleinen Steigung auf die sofort sehr schmale Brücke (Pkw-Wendekreis beachten). 3) Für Kleinkinder könnte es vielleicht "etwas kribbelig" (gefährlich) werden, da der ansonsten sehr schöne Garten mit netten Spielgeräten und gepflegter Rasenfläche offen an einen zu unserer Reisezeit (Anfang April) recht reißenden Bach (kleinen Fluß) ohne jegliche Uferbegrenzung angrenzt.

Oasi bucolica accanto al torrente Bure

L'edificio si trova all'interno di un piccolo nucleo abitativo immerso nel verde ed allietato dal piacevole scroscio di un torrente. La vegetazione è rigogliosa ed il prato curato è provvisto di lettini per rilassarsi e prendere il sole e di una variegata serie di giochi per bambini. Gradevolissime ed eleganti le stanze arredate con mobili perfettamente restaurati del primo Novecento. Presenza di fiori ovunque a rallegrare le finestre ed il giardino. Lorenzo, il titolare, è molto dinamico e si adopera per rendere piacevole il soggiorno all'ospite Variegata la colazione costituita da opzioni dolci e salate di fattura artigianale. Una struttura che rimane piacevolmente.nel ricordo

Consiglio questa struttura, è come essere a casa!

Tutto!!!! La dimensione della stanza, la pulizia, la colazione, le parti esterne (che purtroppo non abbiamo potuto utilizzare vista la stagione) e il proprietario Lorenzo super gentile e disponibile.

In questo agriturismo ci siamo trovati benissimo, Lorenzo, il proprietario è una persona alla mano, gentilissimo, attento alle esigenze e sempre disponibile per ogni evenienza. La camera era molto pulita, fornita di tutto e accogliente. L'esterno è un paradiso di tranquillità, molto ben attrezzato per i più piccoli che si possono divertire tranquilli e per gli adulti che si possono godere la pace che dona questo posto. La struttura è a qualche km da Pistoia ma con 10 minuti si arriva. Ci ritornerei.

Beautiful accommodation

The accommodation is in a beautiful environment. We really liked the possibility to sit in the garden. The place is also excellent for families with small children. We also used the option of breakfast.

Don't forget mosquito repellent - it's not the host's fault though

A relaxed stay in the Tuscany countryside, good facilities and a great hosts.

We had an amazing stay here! We loved our apartment, the bed (very good mattress), the facilities at the property, our breakfast, etc. The room had everything we needed. Outside you will find chairs for sunbathing or a set for cozy lounging. The babbling brook next to the room is very soothing. Away from all the hustle and bustle, a quiet holiday in the countryside. However WiFi is available, it’s not very fast. The same for mobile data (mostly 3G only). Time for digital detox…! Lorenzo and his family are wonderful hosts. He is always available to answer your questions and knows a lot about the immediate area, the history of Pistoia and other places in Tuscany. You will find a comprehensive guide in the apartment. Breakfast is served in the lovely garden and consists mainly of sweet foods, supplemented with savory items on request.

The access bridge is indeed not wide, but not a very complex hurdle. Our car (a regular SUV) was certainly not too wide. Take a good right angle turn and you'll be over the bridge without any problems.

Relax in a picturesque home without a care in the world!

Charming room with beautiful surroundings. A family of ducks living on the property (in a sweet little stream running through the property) greeted us as we ate our perfect homemade breakfast! The bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to leave!

Highly recommend!

Lorenzo and his family were amazing hosts. We loved every moment of our stay here. The room had everything we needed and Lorenzo was always nearby if we had any questions or needed anything extra. He also put together a great guide of the area with lots of suggestions for day trips which we otherwise wouldn't have known about. The breakfasts each morning were delicious and it was a lovely setting out in the garden.

The internet was a bit slow, but it's to be expected in rural areas.

Lorenzo and his beautiful family make you feel at home in Pistoia!!

Lorenzo and his family are so incredibly kind and they make you feel at home directly. This place is simply amazing when visiting Pistoia by car and has everything you need. We really loved the beautiful green environment and river right aside the house. Really makes you feel that you are on holiday!

The entrance bridge looks small, but we could easily pass it with our Nissan Qashqai!

Peaceful place surrounded in the nature even though it is just few min driving from Pistoia downtown, very relaxing and very clean. Staff is very friendly and polite and gives you all best tips you need to make your local trip fantastic. Surely a place to stay in Pistoia!

A very quiet location, perfect place to visit Florence and its surroundings

Lorenzo is an excellent host, he helped us with lots of tips of what we could visit in the surrounding area. The bridge that everyone is afraid of is not that narrow, we crossed without any problems and we have a pretty big car.

Exceptionally clean. Quiet location outside of the city center. Comfortable and tasteful rooms. Beautiful gardens and grounds. Very good setup for the COVID-cautious. We ate breakfast under the mulberry tree!

This is a driving destination that only works if you have a car and are willing to drive 5 minutes to town or 60-90 minutes to to Pisa or Florence. We were passing through so it was perfect. There is a narrow bridge to the property, so bring a smaller, sensible car.

. Beautiful country accommodation

The place is beautiful with a garden and stream outside. Both the hosts were extremely helpful and sociable and it was very interesting to hear how they have renovated the farm and the buildings by themselves.. They gave us a recommendation for an excellent restaurant out of the town, just 800 m. walk up the road. The house is beautifully designed.

There is a very narrow bridge over a stream leading to the accommodation that was very nerve-wracking to cross when we arrived! It is easier if coming from Pistoia to pass the entrance, make a U-turn and approach it from the other side of the road. We were happy we had a small car. 2

We loved it !

Very nice, beautiful little property with only a few rooms, very warm and welcoming hosts, homemade breakfast - we truly felt the vibe of a private guest house in countryside Tuscany, a lot better and warmer than a usual hotel. We found the room beautiful and comfortable, even cinematographic, which added to the authentic feeling of staying in a beautiful countryside house where you are not just another traveler, but a warmly welcomed guest.

Accommodation is located in calm village nearby Pistoia, in huge garden with olive trees. Room was very nice, new and clean. Private kitchen was superb with everything we needed. Breakfast take place in the garden, consisted of sweet pastery and some cheese-ham cakes. Delicious, but not a sport suitable. Owner(s) was very friendly and helpful, with good level of english.

Memorable.

Lorenzo and his wife always do their best to make you feel comfortable. He made a book of things to see in Tuscany some of them can't be found in travel guides. Don't forget to ask for their self-made olive oil and honey you won't regret. ;) The house is cosy and clean and has a really nice view for the garden. Highly recommended in Pistoia!!
