Loved the stay!

The check-in process was quick, which was good after having travelled for 28+ hours! The staff was courteous and accommodating. The room assigned was clean and had a queen bed which was sufficiently big and comfortable. The lighting was soothing. We were offered a complimentary breakfast because they did not have the room I had earlier booked and it was an excellent experience. The breakfast spread was amazing and the food was excellent. It has everything from toast to eggs to pohe and upma!! So a real feast for varied travelers.

I had booked twin beds but got a room with a queen bed instead. It wasn't uncomfortable because I was with my mom but could be awkward if this was a business trip. There was quite a bit of noise through the night of some other rooms flush going off and people talking loudly which made sleeping a little difficult, especially because we checked in around 2.30 am.

Airport hotels? Bad choice

The location is the only thing what's good.

Guests needs to realise that airport hotels have no windows, so rooms feel damp. Guests come and go all night, so a lot of noice, they have no consideration. The same for house keeping, as soon as guests leave their room to take the night flights, cleaning starts. So if you want a quite night, then better choose a hotel nearby. At not even 500 meter there are several better choices. By the way, need sheet had a hole!

Angenehmer Transitaufenthalt

Man muss den Flughafen nicht verlassen Freundliches Personal und alles was man braucht vor Ort . Sehr viel günstiger, wenn über die Webseite des Flughafens gebucht wird.

Es ist sehr schwierig, diesen Bereich des Flughafens zu betreten, wenn man zB early check-in möchte und kein indisches Handy hat, um das Hotel anzurufen und such abholen zu lassen. Das Problem ist aber das Sicherheitspersonal, nicht das Hotel selbst.

Buena ubicación pero puede que no te hospedes dentro de la terminal del aeropuerto

En general el hotel y la habitación estaban bien. Además estaba limio

No me gustó que la persona de la recepción me dijo que me había equivocado de propiedad, siendo que yo había seguido las indicaciones. Además no me gustó que tuve que salir de la terminal y al día siguiente. volver a entrar a ésta y pasar por el filtro de seguridad. Si el hotel te dice que vas a estar dentro de la terminal dos uno tiene que estar dentro.

Excellent Location, Great Staff, Nice Room

Staff is very professional, efficient, friendly, helpful & kind. My room & the hallways are very nice, designated by a sign stating, "Quiet Zone" (if I remember correctly). My room was nice looking & updated. The room service was fast & actually good quality reasonably priced selection. The breakfast buffet is actually excellent. Really great selection of European & Indian foods & mostly high quality.

Some guests clearly don't understand, care about or respect the "Quiet Zone" signage. At all hours the night I stayed there were people speaking loudly in the hallway, slamming doors, kids screaming... In a way typical India I guess. I could also hear the neighbouring room conversation. The walls seem thin.

Clean

Staff at reception only interested in selling and making money. Toilet flush not working and can hear it all over hotel. Paid one night extra but demanded payment again next day.

Es waren zu wenig Handtücher da, hätten aber von uns jederzeit nachgefordert werden können

Good stay in great location for flights

Great location within airport for morning flight. Evening meal was to a good standard. Lady from the hotel (sorry forgotten her name) was really helpful and guided us through the airport and through security to check in.

Made it so convenient to stay as the hotel is right in the airport.

The Niranta Transit Hotel is conveniently located in Terminal 2 of the Mumbai airport. It was perfect for a quick overnight stay as our flight to Mumbai got in late evening and our flight out the next day was late morning. The rooms were good size with a nice shower and bathroom. It was quiet and we got a good nights sleep. Will defiantly stay there again.

Perfect for what we needed , would definitely use again if transferring flights at Mumbai

Convenient location and away from the bustle of the terminal building, just a 5 min walk and elevator and you are at check in. The staff were excellent, very helpful, particularly when we had had a very stressful day with flight being cancelled, they gave us the help and space needed. Food excellent at the restaurant

A transit hotel worth only for a few hours and when you feel lazy to leave the airport

I have been staying in this hotel since 2019. the best thing is its location. If you are transiting, this is probably one of the best choices you may opt for a few hours. They have nice internet and Air conditioning, but the rooms are noisy, you may hear your neighbours very clearly :)

Lately I have seen a huge degradation in staff attitude. The receptionist at checkin counter was not welcoming and non cooperative. Since I came an hour before the usual checkin time, she refused to park my luggage and very rudely showed my the way to Cloak room. helplessly, I had no choice, but to spend extra money for the cloak room, which could have been avoided.

Lage perfekt für Weiterreisende. Personal mehrheitlich sehr freundlich. Wasserkocher und Tee / Kaffe im Zimmer

Frühstück als Take away nur auf dem Zimmer, hatten in der Nacht keine Lust, im Restaurant zu bedienen. War aber aufgetischt und zwei Kellner da. 2 Toastbrote ungetoestet, Butter, abgestandener Fruchtsalat. Kein Smoking room, man kann mit Hotelschein durch die Security und im Park- Taxideck rauchen. Stinkt nach allem, nur nicht nach Luft.

Not as expected

The ease of not having to travel back to the airport

The toilet flush stopped working in the night. The water went freezing in the middle of the shower. No apology just we will look into it. No help as I was checking out!

Room was booked "included taxes and all extra's" at 88 €...but at check-inn this became 103 € so called because of "exchange rates. Staff was and unfriendly and slow at check-in

Priced very high, but easy connectivity, so good.

Located on airport. Don't need to spend on travelling. Easy to find and access. Very good connectivity for your next flight.

Compared to price, the room size was too small. No proper ventilation except room AC. No window.

Not our favorite stay at all.

This was not our first stay at this hotel and up until this point it has been very good. Generally Mr. Denver has been there to assist us and we have never had any issues. The Restaurant as usual was great. The Chef's and the staff deserve a round of applause for the great food and catering to the customers needs and food requirements.

This visit a Mr. Shannon helped us. From the start we did not feel comfortable with his approach and questioning when we would check out especially after just giving our departure information. The room was small from what we usually get and the TV and Internet didn't work. for both we had to call reception to get some assistance. For the internet it was like they had forgot to turn it on. For the TV a technician came and had to move a sensor around just to get it to work. As I said earlier this was the first time we had any issues and we believe it was do to the staff that was on at this time only.

Perfect night for a late arrival in Mumbai airport

It was a perfect place to sleep safely because our flight was arriving at midnight in Mumbai. It's very easy to find and quiet even if it's right on the airport. The washroom and shower was a wonder after a long journey flying. The breakfast buffet was really tasty.

Our basic room had no windows but fir one night it was ok.

Exceptional

The hotel is inside the departure zone of the airport. I was at 5 minuets from my gate. Very clean, nice, good insonorization, you dont imagine that you are sleeping inside the airport.

No spa, no massage, this service is closed by some way.

Because of the convenience of this hotel I will go back if I have a layover that doesn’t allow me to explore Mumbai. It’s easy to find and the room is comfortable and new with fresh linen.

The food I ordered wasn’t edible. I tried to eat at least one chicken finger but had to spit it out and toss the rest as it didn’t look fully cooked, tasted weird and I didn’t want to get sick before a 24 hour travel day. It’s ridiculously expensive. Walls are thin. I was kept awake by the guy in the next room just typing.

Poor rating mainly due to the hotel's use of dynamic currency conversion without my approval.

The location was good for an airport transit hotel

No where to hang clothes and no room safe. Very annoyed to find the hotel used dynamic currency conversion when processing my credit card for payment without my authorisation to do so. This meant I was charged some £16 more for the room than if I had paid in the hotel's currency as I had expected.
