Returning back from last trip in May , did not feel great. Location is great for airport vicinity , Will look out for ot

Rooms need uplift , not at all worth for the amount I paid for the room for 2 nights. Was looking forward to the much talked about Club Kitty Su - but surprisingly said it’s closed when went there at 11 pm ! So had to make other plans for night. We were staying here just to try this club and with no notice it was closed .

Pleasant stay

Loved the lobby, room was comfortable, unfortunately I stayed only one night and left very early in the morning so we couldn’t enjoy a proper breakfast and rest of facilities

Take away breakfast was very poor. It was prepacked for us and quantity and variety of food was minimal

Staycation with luxury

Clean and spacious rooms, breakfast is just great , service is good.

The property is located exactly opposite to T2 terminal of Mumbai Airport, unfortunately not great view from rooms but some clumps of T2 terminal and flights taking off and landing.

Perfect location for international transit

The location is quite close to the airport. The breakfast was excellent, so was the room service. The beds and pillows were comfortable.

I would consider it a tad bit expensive, if not for the offers. Overall, costs are close to any 4 star hotels in western Europe.

Helpful staff members and proximity to the international airport

The quality of food, portions in every serving, taste. Lacking pleasant surprises which most of the competitors embody in their services including complimentary fruit platers, spa coupons, happy hours etc.

The experience was Good ..but always scope for improvement!!

The staff was superb and helpful from the reception to the restaurant staff all very eager to help excellent customer service Kudos to them ..the breakfast spread was fresh and delicious...

Rooms need deep cleaning once a while ..Given the price paid for premium category expected more value ...

Muust enjoy the awsone dinner buffett at the coffee shop

Location

There was a typical smell came out while we entered our room as if it was closed for couple of days. No room fresheners were used. Also the staff at the coffee shop restaurant were very casual in their approach.

There few goods but more not so good experience. I would give a second thought for my future stay

Room was big and comfortable. Airport was at 5 min drive.

Staff need more training. The front desk staff was not very informative. Was expecting to provide information to the guest about Restaurants in the hotel, Breakfast timings etc. We had to ask for very basic things. Breakfast was average. Though there were plenty of options but being a 5 star restaurant I was expecting it to be good taste wise. Had Pav Bhaji for dinner, honestly it was very disappointing a simple Mumbai Pav Bhaji was not even close to what you get anywhere in Mumbai. Had lunch in Baluchi found salt content was high in the food.

SERVICE QUALITY IS TOO POOR.I HAVE ORDERED TEA,IT CAME AFTER 1 HOUR,SAME WITH DINNER HAD TO WAIT LONG FOR GETTING THE FOOD, ALSO THE QUALITY OF MUTTON WAS RUBBISH.

Close to the airport. Rooms are decent size

Staff is very poor and not well trained. In restaurants they have just trainees and no one to answer for housekeeping
