The extras ( spa etc) good, but stay elsewhere.

Spa was excellent, some of the staff were wonderful, food & cocktails were good. Room very comfortable and very well appointed. Italian restaurant was excellent, the food was great and the service spot on. The staff in the bar making cocktails were excellent and very good.

The customer service from reception/concierge was awful. Kept sending me triplicates of messages through booking.com (I had booked 3 rooms, but no need to send multiple to the same email account) asking about flight number, arrival time etc. I told them this info both via email and the platform several times and they still kept sending me the same messages and not acknowledging my responses or emails. I had requested Spa info so we could all make an appointment at the same time (again this is through concierge), which was ignored, meaning we couldn't then all get what we wanted due to the advance notice required and lack of reply from the team. On check out, I had someone knock on my door 45 mins before to remind me, then minutes later, 2 phone calls reminding me check out was due. Leave me alone!!! I do not expect to be harassed out of a 5* hotel room before the time you state is check out. Very poor. I have business again in Mumbai, but I would rather pay twice the price and stay at the Sofitel next door than this service. Breakfast was a farce - I had no place laid for me on our table, my coffee didn't arrive in over half an hour, and I had a meeting to get to so really didn't get to have anything for breakfast. One of my friends opted for breakfast in bed, but was charged more than stated on the in-room dining menu. My other friend had a Spa appointment at 11.30, asked for late check out (so he could change in his room before we left) and was rudely told no at reception, not even the option to pay for late check out. I spent over 100,000 rupees for one night for 3 of us (rooms, meal, spa, cocktails.) , and I really did not expect to come away feeling so drained by what should have been a good experience. I won't bother staying again.

Enjoyed the short break.

Breakfast spread was Excellent. Enjoyed the Happy Hours at the Bar. House Keeping staff was very supportive. At Dinner time, food was excellent. Prompt service. Excellent ambience at the Dinning area.

The service was exceptional for both dinner and breakfast in Trident at the main restaurant next to the Lobby. The choice of items in the breakfast menu catering to diverse tastes was very good. the restaurant has a a very welcome ambience.

Fantastic Experience at the Trident!!

Breakfast was he best I’ve had at any 5 star hotel in India! Excellent service! Rachael in the spa is fantastic! Ranit, my housekeeper, did a great job. The management should commend these two for such expert customer service! So so happy with this experience!

Please get bath rugs with rubber backing - they slip annd slide anround just from walking on them and someone is going to break their neck! 😵‍💫

I liked the staff support. We needed to store medication and staff was very supportive. Also we needed to extend the room and yet needed to move out of the floor due to scheduled maintenance. Sunaina duty manager was very helpful.

Everything was immaculate, the service was spot on, couldn’t ask for anything more.

We had a club room and had access to the lounge, the food choices available in here could have been improved, the timings were restricted and if you went outside of these hours there wasn’t much available, a selection of all day snacks would be a nice touch.

Fab staff, great service and a very nice and spacious room. Great VFM

Fabulous staff. As a frequent traveller, I have stayed in many many hotels over the years. But the Oberoi experience shone through even though it was a Trident. Despite being full up, and having a wedding and the LIFW going on in the hotel, we were upgraded to a club room. Enjoyed the lounge. No shortage of staff and all very well mannered and trained. Compares with the best - namely Maurya in Delhi and the Oberoi. The room itself has a funny curvature but has all that one would need. My wife slept like a baby. The private lounge killed it for us. HAve stayed here before. That was on business. Got to experience it more this time

One problem - but a big one. Our neighbouring room had people chatting and laughing till nearly 5 in the morning. They were doing nothing wrong I guess, but the sounds travelled loud and clear to our room. This meant we got not much sleep on the first night. Guess the room was vacant the next day, so we were in peace. This is something the hotel will have to do something about. Not acceptable. This is the reason, my rating isnt higher Minor issue - Safe in the room ( a necessity for my wife) didnt work and despite many visits by the staff, never got fixed

Will never stay here again

The property was good

I was supposed to stay for 3nights but had to cut it down due to some family issues and then the hotel personal had charged me for three nights in spite of telling the same during my arrival itself so neither the amount was reimbursed nor did they respond properly. Very poor in taking responsibility.

Best property to stay at BKC

The ambience of the property is very relaxing.The staff is very courteous and helpful. Special mention of Mr.Arithra at the reception who was very efficient and prompt during check-in. A good staycation, in the heart of the city

Good breakfast spread. We enjoyed just staying in, going for the buffet dinner and enjoying the swimming pool. Good fun

The entry lobby is a bit anti climatic. Nothing to cry over. And we had requested specifically for a bath tub and said tub was broken which we discovered close to midnight. Simple check could have been done especially when we specifically asked for this.

Room was nit up to the mark, the size was too small, and also after communicating to allot King size bed they did not manage to provide us.

Should have alloted a king size bed to the family. Also could have manage to take the payment during checkout, the guest was waiting for 2 hours for checkin.

The location within a 2 minute walk to the NMACC was a dream. We went across multiple times to watch the Broadway show The Sound of Music and the Art and Fashion exhibitions. They also provide you good cars for free to and from any location in BKC. Staff were very courteous. Manish Mahesh the Front Office Duty Manager was exceptionally helpful.
