My second visit to Paphos. I fell in love this time. Already planning my return trip and will book the same location.

Stunning property in a perfect location. Just up a hill enough that your out of the hustle and traffic to and from Coral Bay. Oh my the views of the sunsets. You’ve never seen such an explosion of colours.

Lovely relaxing holiday, property was spacious and had everything we needed.

Peaceful location, friendly service and staff. The pool and sunbathing area was lovely.

The rear garden area was perfect for eating from the BBQ at the property, just needed some additional lightening to improve things a little. There was also a large tree dropping seeds which got messy very quickly. That said it was brushed and hosed down for us regularly.

Beautiful views, quiet and safe location, great villa

We loved this villa, quiet but not too secluded. Plenty of room for 6+ guests. 4 of us rattled around the place :) Gorgeous sea and sunset views. Three huge dining tables (one inside, two outside) and a breakfast bar. Well maintained property, beautiful plants (a lemon tree in the back garden!). Lots of cats reside on the complex, some will come looking for food, if you ignore them they leave you alone. This may bother some, but not us. The complex manager / rep was very friendly and helpful.

The noise from the neighbours guinea fowl, pretty much on an off all day. The pool is small (not an issue for us). The beds could be more comfortable, but there's nothing like your own bed, so anything less will always be a criticism. There was no maid / cleaning service during our 8 day stay, but we cleaned up as we went along and used the washing machine ourselves. Unable to connect the TV to Netflix, it was cold during the evenings (mid April), so we weren't out late, we would have liked to watch some TV on those nights.

Come if You plan to stay long and willing to bring Your dishwasher tablets

Further up hill from other houses and flats, more privacy, non standard house

Photos are much better than reality. Host should try to stay in the house with kids for 5 days to find all the small things, that are missing or broken: peeler, blankets, toilet seat, kitchenware, pots, grilling stuff and so on... A fine for leaving electricity on while You're away is total nonsense - 90 EUR!

Place is very nice but price issue

The place and pool is very nice

There is a base price for 6 people. Any person less is still the same price on booking. So we paid for 6+1 kid in booking even if we specified to be 5+1 kid. I asked in booking to add one more adult. When we arrived two people came and insisted on paying for two extra people taking advantage that we said we will be 5. And they wanted the money outside of booking.com. When I insisted they said your kid is not really a kid so you need to pay full price, which was a lie. In general staff was rude and they were entering the place any time while we were sitting, without greeting or informing us that there would be maintenance happening. One day at 2 am while in pyjamas some guy just passed next to me. The parking is awful, we scratched one car

The pool was great!

Hello everyone, Thanks for hosting, the stay was nice. Swimming pool was the best- rate 10, otherwise for the house we rate 8, because: an air did not work, attention to detail is missing - towels, bedding, used and untidy furniture. And the host is not exactly involved in the relationship with the clients. The potential of the house is not maximized, although it has a big potential. Best location for relaxing!!!

The location was great! With great view of the sea! The pool was amazing and very clean! Every day the pool guy cleaned the pool every day!! The stuff was very helpful with anything that we wanted. All the lights and electronics was working perfectly!! The barbecue was great!! We were very satisfied!!

The main bathroom with the shower upstairs didn't have curtain or big glass to cover, some water was spilling out. And the Internet wasn't fast enough for 4-6 people. The location was great but we couldn't put music or speak freely at night, because of families around the house. But is understandable.

Superb

The location is perfect, quick and easy access to kiosks/supermarkets, the beach etc. We really liked being in the pool and enjoying the sunset. The property is very comfortable, providing all facilities.
