L’emplacement
La douche, pas d’emplacement pour la trousse de toilette , la chasse d’eau fonctionne pas bien🚽, pour ce prix les conditions et équipements doit être plus satisfaisant.

View was good, room fit our family of 5. We didn't have breakfast there, so can't comment on that

The hospitality was very good!
Unfortunately was very dirty our room. And water was cold even we leave it through. Probably some issues..

We booked a sea view room, so the view was amazing. The room was clean and the location of the hotel is very good! It's near Coral beach, supermarkets and it's easily found. You can walk around the area and to the beach.
The balcony doors/windows could not open easily. They were heavy and couldn't slide easily. The wifi was not working (could not connect with the password provided) and the signal was low. The TV cable was not plugged in and the plug was behind the TV, which you couldn't reach to fix it (you needed an extension). We didn't bother to call the reception because we came to bed late at night. We were at a wedding so we came late and wanted to have a shower but there was not hot water. There must be a clogged drainpipe because the water in the sink was overflowing (also in the shower). The breakfast was cold (beans, eggs, bacon) and there was no elevator in the building. We had to carry our luggages up to the second floor. Definitely not worth staying there again.

Good price and close to the beach
Apart from the city, old fashioned, basic breakfast. Has a power outage on our last night and had to sleep in a different room.

Its a very nice old hotel. It would need some renovation, but hey the price tells it, you cannot expect splurge. But otherwise I loved the architecture - when it was new, it must have been super posh. The view is amazing. So is the pool. The breakfast was superb. And the matress was very very comfy. Staff are nice and helpful.
Also, some of the reviews I read mentioned there is no hot water - there was and always when needed. You just have to run the water a bit longer before the hot water gets to your pipe.
The rooms with mountain view are next to a busy road and you can hear tha traffic quite a lot, but that's not the hotels fault. Towards the night it fades away anyway. The wifi is quite slow.

Location
- dirty, seems like they change only bedsheets
- Not equipped kitchen besides a kettle
- no cutlery, no mugs, pans, pots etc. What’s the reason for offering a kitchen without it being equipped?
- poor customer service

Location and nice staff
Would appreciate some dishes when it was almost as an apartment. But this isn't really something as disliked. Rather sugestion for improvement

Having in mind good price we paid, we got large apartment with wonderful sea view. I think they even gave us a bigger room than I booked, as lady estimated our family size :) Breakfast was good, although food quality was not superb. With staff, it was strange. Upon arrival I felt like not to be expected at all, but on following days staff was friendly and welcoming. Seside is just behind the corner, it's just a path that could be cleaned from high grass..
Despite fresh outfit and wonderful surroundings and views, inside is rundown, oldschool, smells a bit like old sanatorium. This was so much conflicting with general feeling about the place, so I'd define it as high potential that has not been used here. Also, our flat had spacious kitchen area and even water boiler, but not a single cup or spoon - this was very confusing.
Generally - I agree with earlier comments, that this is fine place to overnight and be close to seaside, but it would not make me feel very comfortable to spend halfday in the room with bad air.

I did not have breakfast, the state of the kitchen was disgusting to eat from
The hotel as a whole was very dirty, hallway had dirty mob buckets and towels on the floor. The apartment where we stayed was unliveable and smelled horribly. We couldn’t stay in the hotel, we had to checkout to another hotel in less than 12 hours of a 6 days stay.
Very rude staff, damage cabinets in the apartment and damaged walls, bath towels were dirty. As a whole the hotel should be shut down or demolished.

The only good thing was the location but i wouldn't stay at this place only for the location.
1) no hot water during our stay. Asked the receptionist she said live it running for 10 minutes. I said i already did. She knew it was a problem but she didn't say anything. The morning receptionist confirmed it was a problem.
2) the room and generally the place is very dirty
3) plugged my phone to charge and in the morning i saw the battery was dead. The specific plug was not working
4) didn't touched the breakfast. The toaster was so dirty and it was full of white paint. Someone was painting a wall and nobody cared to clean it. I showed the toaster to the receptionist and she was the one said to me to complain to you.

No tea/coffee facilities in room.. Ran out of bowls at breakfast and when asked the staff member just shrugged her shoulders as if to say 'so?'
For a studio appt with simple cooking facilities
nothing at all was provided. Disappointed.

Was a horrible experience . We arrived late and tired , nobody say hello on the reception. Just ask for the passports and the money . And then when we finished the payment the man’s reception tells us that we have to move to another hotel without and explanation. Treat us very bad and the other hotel was not near , also because we have to call a taxi to go there . Those things has to tell us first .
