Pleasant

large bathroom and kitchen. The dogs and cats were friendly and fun.

Hot water was inconsistent. That is the big one. A bit far from central Rosareto and no Beach withing walking distance. I think the photos were bit misleading.

Over all had a great and wonderful experience.

The breakfast was excellent and tasty. The ocean view was wonderful. The property was magnificent and Kathleen was super hospitable and nice. Over all had a great experience.

Kathy was the most nicest lady ever , the place was phenomenal!! i would recommend it to anyone going to Rosarito !! Great place to stay

Very good

Location was perfect. Felt safe as this is a gated community. Kathleen was a wonderful host. The room was clean. The view of the beach was amazing.

The restroom was a shared restroom. Thanfully nobody was staying in the room next store so we had the restroom all to ourselves. The water temperature in the shower kept switching from hot to cold. To cold from hot. Ended my shower with cold water.

we paid for two nights, left after one night when we woke up in the morning and didn’t even want to see her.

extremely dirty. bathroom was disgusting, moldy, dust and spider webs everywhere, torn towels, leaking and rusted faucet, extremely dirty mattress, filthy refrigerator. the room was not cleaned or opened before our arrival.

Recommending to everyone who asks!

The best feature was the private beachfront. I loved being able to have my coffee overlooking the sea & cliffs. Kathy was so amazing & helpful. The breakfast was top tier! Close to everything & very secure.

The shower was a little hit & miss with the hot water but not terrible

Great location , improve lighting

I liked the remote location from the main road which promoted a quiet environment. The facilities were clean and well organized. The morning meals were prompt and always warm. The staff was available to make the stay friendly and to answer any lingering questions.

The Lighting around the residence can be improved. Evening arrivals, especially in the first night of one's stay, can be difficult.

Beautiful Ocean view from the backyard... Gated community I also loved the interior flooring

Patio/ outdoor lounge and BBQ area was filthy so no lounging in patio for the outdoor fireplace, patio furniture was covered in debris, I did not take pics of patio. There is no pool but we knew this when booking..The grounds are not kept so it's infested with spiders which my husband was bit twice and had a scary reaction Sun night.The coffee is kept on 24/7 so if you'd like fresh coffee you'll need to make it yourself. Breakfast is not good. No fresh juices offered, pre packaged OJ only. While loading up to leave, our water we prepared with ice for the road was already dumped with no apology. Bedding comes apart easily and TV is Spanish only, firestick offered was not compatible to our TV..No screens 9n window so lot of bug bites.

Disgusting

That was nothing to like we left 2 days earlier

First we arrived earlier, and the owner had to clean herself the room so she didn't want us to wait to much. I don't think is a good excuse for the dust everywhere, the bed was broke something under mattress and the dust bunnies every corner, also the bed cover had few stains looks like was not washed for long time, plus you don't have a private bathroom you have to share with the room next door. The rug had dog hair everywhere plus we find food under the bed. Balcony dirty lots of cobs and dirt everywhere. The towels are so old they look terrible. You don't have a close beach, you have to drive 25 min and parking was a problem. Breakfast was bad too, frozen waffles heat it in the microwave , broken eggs and some bacon, cat was allover the kitchen when she was cooking jumping on the counter. You don't have English channels on tv First, she needs to take care better of the place with details on cleaning, she needs some screen at the windows doors, place has a lot of flies they bit you ,suck your blood when you sleep , I looked around to clean my room , not one disinfected spray in the cabinets, we still living on Covid era, but she seems that she doesn't care.

Very good

I didn’t get the breakfast at the place woke up after serving time. The location was beautiful and the service was great everything was provided to wash our laundry or reheat our foods.

Amazing time

Kathleen our host and owner was amazing. The view in the patio wonderful and eating breakfast even better. I like that is a bit away from the main city’s which make it quite and peaceful.

That we have to share a bathroom with other guest I will prefer that each room had their own bathroom.
