It was the perfect location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like that we had to leave early before the buffet breakfast 🙁

Not worth the amount charged.

The bed was comfortable.

- cleanliness of room was poor - requested additional items in the morning which never came - construction next door completely disrupted my sleep, I was placed right in front of it. - check in was poor, it says you are 24/7 however when I got there, it was in darkness with no instruction that you had to call to get access. - just overall lacking for a Peppers hotel.

Value for money stay near Marvel Stadium

The perfect location when going to a late night game at Marvel! Staff were friendly and accommodating and the buffet breakfast was delicious!

Wonderful staff, great location, amazing breakfast and comfortable bed.

Location was fantastic for what we needed to do. A big shout out to the staff, who were wonderful especially one gentleman who was covering the desk during our stay (I didn't get his name unfortunately). He couldn't have been more helpful with directions and his sense of humour was great. Breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice.

Our room had noisy water pipes! Which gave us a fright when we first heard them but it didn't spoil our stay.

Very good location for what we needed and comfortable hotel

location was perfect for a concert at Marvel Stadium.

Unfortunately our kettle wasnt working, but as it was the weekend, we didnt bother following up for a new one.

Suited our needs whilst going to see the Rugby- Go Melbourne Storm

Dylan & his SW ( support worker) had a wonderful time - the room was comfortable as were the beds.

There was no kitchen working but guess it’s hard to find people to fill these spots at the moment.

Staff were amazing very friendly and happy to help

The TV remote didn’t work well and made the TV lag and we couldn’t find a menu anywhere for room service, if it wasn’t so late though I’m sure we would have asked the staff and they would have helped we were just much too tired so ordered door dash. The staff brought it up though which was so lovely!

Access for booking in was not straight forward. 24hr reception had no one around at 5am for checkout..

The breakfast was nice, and the bathroom was well-designed.

It was very noisy (especially at night) as I could hear the water running from the other room, as well as the housekeeping. This made it difficult to sleep.

Very comfortable and easy access to everything

It was the perfect location, there was a tram right out the front that can take you into the city, but also very close to Marvel Stadium which made it easy going to the footy. The staff were lovely and very helpful. A fantastic amount of space in the room and the bathroom was also nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location nice and close to the city and we had a tram stop directly out the front door. Staff were friendly and accommodating. It had everything we needed for a short 2 night stay.
