Overall we had a good stay

The staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was nice and bed was comfortable

That our bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and the balcony felt unsafe. Need to get rid of the glass and have a rail. The shower needs updating for the price

Handy location, clean rooms. But it’s low quality fittings etc, everything feels like it will break off in your hand. Much too much chlorine in the pool.

Restaurant and it’s staff were not worth a 2nd visit.

Perfect accommodation for four friends!

Our third stay was another great one with our friends. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, great views from our room and fantastic location for our little getaway!

Kitchen area just needed a little extra clean.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable & clean stay.

Clean, comfortable, great amenities, nice views, spent lots of time in the pool & accessing Southbank restaurants & the Botanical Gardens easily walking with young children, friendly staff encountered constantly throughout our 2 night stay.

The mantra is a great spot for families.

the elevator was placed in a very efficient place. Car, reception and room where so close to each other.

We didn’t partake in the breakfast. It is laughably expensive. It doesn’t matter if it matches the prices of similar hotels because $60 for two people to eat breakfast is ridiculous. We walked two blocks both days and got ourselves both a coffee and a very generous Toasty/croissant for a total of $20. If you offered both good coffee and an option for a very small breakfast at a reasonable price we would’ve happily used your breakfast space, especially since we had an 18 month old child with us.

We enjoyed our stay but wouldn’t stay here again.

The swimming pool was fantastic. The kids loved playing in it.

It felt tired and not particularly clean. Bedrooms very noisy with traffic. Breakfast was basic compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

A great place to stay for the Australian Open

Location, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher

Hand soap in bathroom needed refilling, despite raising this with reception this wasn’t rectified during our stay

The location is great, very close to everything. We had a fully self-contained 2 bedroom unit with a balcony.

We had a blast.

The breakfast buffet was really good. We loved the pool area, and sauna. Our room was clean and tidy, all furniture was in good condition and clean. Our bed was comfortable, the fold out couch where our son slept, was not so comfortable. Would dop a two bedroom next time to get him a regular bed.

The unit was very unclean. Faeces in the toilet, chips between the cushions, couch very dusty with long blonde hairs.

Will try closer to the casino next time.

The view and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were well equipped but for the apartment I stayed in should have another shower/ensuite.

The cleanliness was not great and we needed more towels and bedding. The breakfast was definitely disappointing. I was expecting croissants and muffins, more fruit and the pancakes !! That was rubbish! At least have them normal size not the size of a 50cent coin! I was looking forward to the breakfast since I booked months ago. Definitely won’t recommend the breakfast to anyone. And the fact that my room deposit takes 5 working days to return to my account

It’s a well set out compact space. Perfect for 2 people. I also like the safety with the doors shutting at a certain time and only guests can enter with a card
