Cleanness of the cabinet
Access to the bungalows, there were no stairs, property wasn’t in accordance with the reservation, WiFi not working, guide was not caring enough

Each day three large meals were served. The food was tasty and provided plenty of energy for tours and other activities. I was lucky enough to see a giant anteater, a king vulture, several caimans, a number of capybaras, giant rover otters, monkeys and numerous different bird species. The guide, Robert, was friendly and knowledgeable, with a great eye for spotting wildlife. The lodge itself was rustic but beautiful, tucked within the forest and providing a relaxing place to rest when not exploring the Amazon.

Beautiful peaceful location. White sand beach begins 400 m away. Rooms are spacious and clean, bed comfortable, kitchen remarkably well equipped, and great shower. Patio faces sea. Town of Las Galleras is 20 minute walk along the beach but there is a bar 100 m away and good restaurants closer than the town. Owner provides excellent smoothies every morning.

The service in the lodge. Robert, César, Domingo and Julia had done everything to make our stay amazing. Robert was a really good guide with a broad expertise of the rainforest and the animals.
Unfortunately, the costumer service (done by Silvia) is catastrophic and unprofessional. We had to ask several times and wait months for any information about the prices and about the activities.
They asked us to pay the half in cash and the other half online in advance but they didn't send the information to pay. Everyhing she had to take care of, went wrong.
The lodge has really potential, but the customer service needs to improve.

Very nice staff, our guide Roberth was very knowledgeable about the surroundings, and super friendly and helpful during our stay. The bungalows were of very good quality and felt very clean. Food was local and tasty. Was a very nice experience to go with Ecolucerna for most of the part.
Amazing hammocks!
As great the experience was, I believe the price is not adequate for this stay. It was uncomfortable to think that for 45 hours of our experience in the jungle we spent around 115% of the average Peruvian wage (2022). The accommodation is simplistic and so I would expect from the price.
Meal portions could be bit bigger, we dont have to introduce a gourmet cuisine into the rainforest.

Our guide and his family are super friendly and arranged everything for us. Our stay was super inclusive.
Service
We got picked up at peurto maldonado, they arranged that we could lunch there en took us with the boat to the lodge. Robert, our guide, arranged tours and knew a lot about the fauna and wild life. Without him we would have seen a lot less! He even came to warn us to see the sloth pooping next to our cabin!
All food is inclusive and it was the best food we ate in the whole of peru. Amazing breakfast, to go lunches on tours and big dinners. Everything Three courses. There is free water at the main cabin, but the beer and wine are not expensive.
The lodge is a small family owned operation with a lot love for the amazon. We were there with newyear and they made sure we would Feel welcome to have a small party with them.
Tours
We took a tour to the lake, a night tour on the boat(those stars!), a tour around the lodge, and to the animal rescue center where we climbed the trees.
Lodge
We had a big lodge with an Lovely bed with a big mosquito net on it. The lodge itself is pretty insect proof, it has many insect screens, but you are in the middle of the amazone so you will see some insects. The shower is Amazing and the other facilities are great.
The location is 1,5 hour from peurto maldonado by boat, it is really in the amazone. You can hear the monkeys.
The animals we saw on our tour and in the area of the lodge: monkeys, sloths, caymans, macaws, a lot of tropical birds, lizards and a tarantula.
Nothing, we loved it so much!

No one else around! Quiet!
No view from bungalow, a little pruning of the trees would help!
