The location is unbeatable.
The facility is amazing
The staff was available all the time always trying to help always with a smile
the food was tasty
The weather was cold for the season which made the rooms terribly cold and to top that there was no hot water. (hot water are in the process of being installed)

The food was excellent and felt well looked after. Everyone very helpful and place very clean. Good place if you want a real jungle experience. Fantastic for photos and guide really helped make sure I go those I wanted.
Not recommended for solo traveller as not able to take the trips. Really missed out on seeing the clay lick as no other guests staying the same time.

This was such a cool experience to be able to spend a few days away from civilization in the Amazon jungle. The service we received from the staff running the lodge was very personal and they were extremely accommodating. The food was amazing. We had fresh fish, meats, fresh fruit and vegetables and authentic Peruvian cuisine for every meal. The lodge is deep in the jungle and you are living with the rainforest...all the sounds, animals, insects and weather...which we loved. It was extremely authentic. We also liked disconnecting from Wifi for a few days, as there is so much more to look at then your phone! Our guide, Lucho, was incredible and very passionate about the rainforest. He knew so much and could answer any question that we had about literally anything. You could tell he really loves what he does. I would definitely recommend doing as many activities as you can, as that is the way you will see and learn the most about the jungle. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Awesome location 3 hours outside of Puerto Maldonado by boat. The lodge itself was lovely, and the trails and surrounding area were full of wildlife. The staff went out of their way to make our stay amazing.
