What a beautiful setting and lovely B&B. Friendly staff. The best big cup of tea ever at breakfast!
Perhaps some info left on the breakfast tables of what and how to order hot food.

What a gem of a place. Such a beautiful area and the Plume of Feathers was exceptional.
Lovely room, clean and very comfortable. Our evening meal was delicious and the full English breakfast was just perfect. Lovely lady on the bar when we arrived and the host was very accommodating during breakfast. Just can't recommend this inn highly enough

Extraordinarily beautiful location and surroundings, decent food and of course cider. A pool room and awesome breakfast.

I stayed here as it was close to a wedding I was attending. It was a perfect stay - the bed was really comfortable, the bathroom spacious and clean. I had a lovely cooked breakfast - served by friendly staff.
Thanks for a great stay.
Slightly tight parking spaces - you might struggle with an oversized vehicle!

Friendly welcome from the get go and super location from which we could head to the airport in the morning. Loved sitting in the outside tables and soaking up village atmosphere. The morning chef even made my breakfast into a smiley face!
Parking a bit tricky, ok for us but on a busy day I imagine it’s not easy to find a roadside slot.

This is the cutest hotel in the cutest town I’ve ever been in. The staff was exceptional. Both breakfast and dinner were amazing! Room was bigger than I expected, and the bed was very comfortable.
Be aware that there’s no AC in the rooms. For us it was no big deal, we just opened the window. There’s also no elevator, so be prepared to carry your suitcases up a flight of stairs.

We stayed in room 1, a decent sized room with the largest bed I have ever slept in. The bed was comfortable, the shower nice and got, and we had a nice view from our window. Staff were lovely, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We had dinner and a drink in the pub in the evening, a nice pub with good ambience and a great selection of drinks.
There isn't much parking, and the junction to get in and out is a bit tricky.

We had dinner on the day of arrival which was very good. We sat outside the pub because it was sunny and warm and the parking for the car was alright.
The service at Breakfast could have been better.

Nice comfortable clean room and great to be able to have a good quality meal in a decent pub, thank you. Nice hamlet, good for an evening walk too.
Initially not a very responsive staff welcome but did improve. Guest access areas could do with an update, this would improve the overall b and b stay

Bit too much self service at breakfast but it was overall all great

Very comfortable room, friendly staff, pleasant location of main road. Enjoyed my evening meal.
I didn't have the cooked breakfast so can't comment on that. Range of cereals limited to Kelloggs, no muesli.

Beautiful location. Lovely pub. Bed was very comfortable. Good food.
Shower was old and water pressure not great. Water was hot though so it did the job.

Nice and quiet. Great food. Staff were all excellent. Rooms were nice and had everything you needed. We are definitely coming back!
Only tiny thing is that there was no dairy free alternative milks. We were told if we asked in advance we could have had some. Just not used to asking as it’s usually just expected everywhere these days. But definitely not put off!

Had a very good stay for work. The bar and food were great and it’s in a fantastic location. Will be considering visiting again for leisure.
Breakfast was a bit too self service …. but may well suit some.

lovely traditional inn , charming location and excellent value for money.

My email indicated a price of £70. I hade to pay £90 as it was a double booking. On reflection, I don’t think the added £20 reflected true value for money. It was still just 1 bed and 1 added breakfast essentially. £20 is a wee bit steep for a breakfast I think.
