overall a bit tired but clean and tidy. Not really any breaky on offer so that is a bit disapointing

ease of access relevant to the cityscape. reasonably good facilities inside the rooms

The door locks are a bit of a pain, obviously someone sold them a system but it means you end up carrying a tag and a piece of metal around with you and the locks dont work at all if you have allowed even a slight bounce as you slide the door closed, so you could leave thinking you locked the door but actually you did not.

Heating , comfortable seating, room set out , location , parking , nice units , quiet area no road noises .

Reception gentleman, ddnt smile at all , ddnt feel like he was happy we stayed at Randolph, Fridge froze all food and vegetables , had to bin all, as ruined , went to office to tell him he said sorry 😑 people staying in units change stuff , really ? No offer to reimburse. Not at all sympathetic when I asked for a late check out off 12 o'clock, as I had had surgery the day before and couldn't attend a hospital check up untill 2pm that day , He said no as cleaners are finished at 12, not correct on the 3 days I was there and observed ? so latest could be 11am , place was not even quarter occupied ?. We had stayed 3 nights $600.00. Compendium stats a paper to your door , ddnt happen ? Regard Di

Definitely try here, worth every penny

Facilities to wash and dry clothes, very roomy, great cost for what you recieve. Has been kept updated. Everything well thought out for short or long term staying from baggage areas to location and comfortable outside deck. Exceeded my expectations have been before and will always go back

brilliant best motel on our holiday

beautiful has all been refurbished. we have stayed before and love it so close to Merivale and just so well appointed. very pleasant operator we highly recommend

Have stayed here for many years. The high performance has been maintained throughout that period. So much so that other accommodation is never considered. Highly recommend.

warm, comfortable and a quiet place to stay ( especially if you come from out of the city)

Adequate, something fishy with the wifi tho..

When a business decides it will happily burn off a prospective customer for a short term financial gain without considering the downstream financial consequences, its what they call a "Customer Moment". Asking to cancel a second night booking at 5pm on the first night is not unreasonable, especially when the owner admitted to "turning lots of people away" because he is so popular... Cynical and bogus.

The apartment is located within a 15 to 20 min drive from the airport. The place was spacious, immaculate and had all the amenities that we required. The host was extremely helpful and there is a cafe a short walk down the road which has great food options for breakfast. We would return.

Comfortable stay in a good location

Really appreciated having a newspaper delivered to our room. Reception helpful and friendly. Very nicely appointed and comfortable unit. Great kitchen facilities.

Reception forgot to call a taxi for us but he remedied it very quickly. Would have been nice to have two pillows each- there were no spares.
