Stay here at your own risk

This property was an absolute joke we booked for 3 nights but only stayed for 1 night. Upon arrival to the property we noticed that all of the facilities were closed. The pool was like a muddy swamp and there were no staff at the hotel so no restaurant no snack bar nothing. We complained to the hotel and we’re advised it was not their problem despite it being their hotel, we asked for a refund but we’re advised it was not possible. We contacted booking.com and they advised they would assist us with a refund. This hotel is nothing sort of a hell hole in the middle of nowhere. Lol also watch out for the breakfast that’s not exactly breakfast a couple of dried up slices of bread in a packed with a jam!!! However on a final note despite everything being closed at the hotel, the bed was actually pretty comfortable

I booked at Templum for a business trip. The staying has been exceptional!

I really felt welcome at Templum. From the very beginning, the staff was very friendly and approachable. The area is easy to reach and very visible from the main road. The place looks very well looked after and extremely clean. I really loved the natural light in the rooms. The communication with the staff is exceptional and very fast. They are always happy to accomodate special needs or requirements whenever possible. There is space to park the car and access the property easily. For those with reduced mobility or luggages, there is also a very convenient elevator inside that access the rooms floor. I will definitely recommend this place and I will book again here. A spacial thank you goes to Luigi as well as he definitely went for the extra mile, making sure I had the opportunity to have a proper breakfast despite my very early leavings. Exceptional

The building is cozy and delicate, very clean, view of garden and the open fields was great. The best part was the nice people, very welcoming and helpful, and generously picked more than a dozen of fresh figs right from the trees in the garden for us before we departed, sweet like figs :) thank you for the wonderful stay even if we had to shorten it!
