Wir würden diese Unterkunft für einen nächsten Kreta-Urlaub wieder wählen.

Die Lage des Apartments ist traumhaft schön! Der Service, die Freundlichkeit und Betreuung durch die Angestellten war grandios. Es empfiehlt sich einen Mietwagen für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes zu haben und die Ankunft im Hellen zu planen. Bei Dunkelheit ist das Apartment nicht leicht zu finden.

Durch die Lage in der felsigen Steilküste ist der Aufenthalt mit Kleinkindern schwierig. Liebhaber von Sandstrand kommen nicht auf ihre Kosten.

Wonderful people, wonderful location, would love to have stayed longer.

The location is fantastic, right on the cliffs with a path down to the beach. Incredibly relaxing away from the busy resorts but within 15 mins of the nearest town. The owners and their team make you feel incredibly welcome and really go out of their way to assist you, without being intrusive. Wonderful people make this a wonderful place - one that will be hard to equal, let alone beat.

Superb

If you are looking for something authentical, this place is very good to visit. The place is quite and calm, the views are stunning. The staff was helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

WIFI was very slow and most of the time it didn't work at all, though I believe that lack of internet connection makes the place even better :)

Stunning, exceeded all expectations

What a stunning place! Exceeded all expectations. The view from the downstairs studios was better than any photo showed. The studio was perfectly suited for a couple to have a great time and prepare your own food, if desired. The private beach (cove) had the most incredible water and views and while the Libyan Sea in this general area is breathtaking, this place seemed like a special kind of heaven on earth. Vassilis and team were most accommodating, and didn’t even mind our belated arrival. Wonderful hosts all around. It‘s the kind of place you can’t stop talking about or taking pictures of, and the kind of place you hope stays a hidden gem for a bit longer, so it won’t be too crowded when you return.

Exactly what we were looking for, not busy/overcrowded place. Apartment was nice and clean, parking was at the premises. Each apartment had its own detached leisure places stuffed with 2 sunbeds and shower with warm water. We went to private beach every day. The sea was clean and water was warm.

Great stay to enjoy a quiet area, swimming and snorkeling.

Excellent location, with very friendly owners and great services. Communication was good and we really enjoyed the appartment and its accomodations. Nice swimming pool, with beautifull garden and private beach with a rocky (cool) road to go there.

We absolutely loved the beach at Ferma Solaris. By far the best beach we swam at in this part of Crete and some days we had it all to ourselves. Joy!

Lovely calm place, great Hosts!

Great little getaway! Everyone was super friendly and helped with every question and wish we had. The pool area is really nice, the small private beach quite easy to access taking the steps down ~5 min. Kitchen and utensils were good enough for us to cook during our stay. Restaurant Alatsi a 10 min drive away was also recommended and worth a visit. If you're looking for a busier area this one is probably not yours but if you're looking for a place to recharge away from mass tourism you'll love it!

Soooo beautiful!

A bottle of wine and grapes on arrival. Really nice. The bed is amazing. But most of all, and why you need to go here, is the view and the private beach. It was unbelievably beautiful!! We had a private terrace with an outside shower, amazing. Lovely snorkeling at the beach, we saw a lot of different smaller fish and a even a lionfish! WOW! Go here if you don't mind the older interior and bad wifi! Best location and view we had in all our Crete stays.

The interior is old. Needs some refurbishing. The faucet was loose. The bathroom small and old and had to go down a flight of stairs to get to it. And the wifi was not great, inside no reception.

Very recommendable.

Very nice, calm place with a beautiful view. The appartment was very clean and all room features as described were available. Well-kept natural and green garden. Professional management, very friendly and supportive, we even got delicious guest gifts :-).

The only minor point for improvement in our opinion is the bathroom.

Apartments are amazing and in quiet place. Wonderful view of the sea from the terrase, private beach with crystal clear water available for snorkeling and private swimming pool. Location was suberb and Lefteris and his son Vassilis are great and friendly hosts. I hope I will come back in the future.

Place was in a lovely setting with the wonderful view overlooking the sea. it provided the perfect environment for a fully relaxing holidays. Yolanda and Lefteris were fantastic hosts for whom nothing was too much trouble. the little details like the olive oil and bottle of wine as welcome gifts were a great example of their hospitality. There is so much more we could mention. ( swimming pool, private beach...) Definitively we will come back. We highly recommend this place to anyone.

Just gorgeous - the place and the hosts - we did not want to leave - fabulous!

The location was superb! Stunning view of the sea from our apartment and terrace. You just HAD to immerse yourself in the serenity of the place looking at the view immediately on waking! Our 24 and 20 year old sons loved it too. Lefteris and Yollanda are wonderfully friendly and welcoming - couldn't ask for more. We didn't want to leave! On our night of arrival Lefteris, one of the owners, actually came to find us (and this was about midnight!) - because he thought we should have arrived already and was looking out for us! In actual fact we had pulled over to check the directions at the exact turn off we needed to make - and he was there looking for us! And sooo welcoming :)

A sign on the main road indicating the turning to take down to the property would have been a great help.

Perfect place to calm down. Good starting point for exploring the South-East of Crete.

Great studio, perfect for one, with a private Terrace overlooking the Lybian Sea, no hotels obstructing the view. Family owned and operated. Only11 units all together. The hosts are very friendly, always accessible and helpful. If you don't want to go on an excursion, you can enjoy the on-site swimming pool or climb down to the private beach.

No critique, just for information: you need a car to get to a Taverna or the next supermarket. The climb down to the beach is steep, and not for everyone.
