Great view to the ocean.
Could have some better curtains

View and location were amazing. So convenient, we just got off the train and the property is pretty much right there after taking the lift up. Our host Rebecca was so helpful and considerate and communicated with us to make sure we knew where everything was and even offered to help book dinner reservations if needed. Room was spacious and clean and even came with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco.
Unfortunately being so close to the train station came with a downfall. There are freight trains that run in the middle of the night/early mornings for every half hour for a what seemed like a couple hours. So if you’re a light sleeper this many be a problem.. or bring earplugs.

Rebecca was the perfect host for her very well located rooms. We had many conversation in person and online and the assistance Rebecca was immense and first class. It was 250m walk to restaurants and a lift straight to the train station. Just sitting on the balcony with a coffee watching the people and the magnificent outlook was pleasureable.

We loved the location, view and how clean the apartment was upon checkin.
No complaints! It was perfect

We will definitely be back! The location was great, easy to find getting off the train. The room had everything you need and Rebecca was very helpful giving us recommendations on places to eat

Location!!!! Right across the elevator from the train station. Can’t imagine having to walk any further. And Rebecca was so kind and took our luggage up for us!

Excelent location, just one minute from train station, clean, quiet place.

The location is excellent—right above the train station overlooking the sea. Check in and check out were painless. They gave me a bottle of Prosecco at check in.
The hot water in the shower was unpredictable. The shower was also extremely small.

The host of this property was so sweet and amazing. The location was perfect, just near train station, apartment was clean, all was amazing!

The room was clean and comfortable. It was right by the train station which provided easy and quick access to travel from village to village. It was also a quick walk to the main area of the town and port. There were nice amenities in the room. Rebecca even had a bottle of champagne chilling. She helped us get our luggage from the parking lot to the apartment as well. Rebecca also made us a dinner reservation at a fabulous restaurant! She was a wonderful host.

Super service and location. Lovely seaview.

The hostess, Rebecca, was really friendly and helpful. She welcomed us upon our arrival. The room had some coffee, tea, crackers, and jam. Really thoughtful. Rebecca responds really fast to messages. We asked for some recommendations for restaurants. After we selected one she made the reservations for us.
The guesthouse is conveniently located, close to the train station, city center, and different hiking trails. Certainly, a recommended to stay!

location, views and staff were amazing.
Very very small shower and no blind on the large door to the veranda.

Perfect access to the train station by the funicular / elevator.
Step up into the bathroom watch your bare toes.

Great location right up the lift from the train station. It was small, but clean. We had a room with no view, but we knew that when we rented. Hostesses were nice. Be prepared to climb stairs - 3 flights, but in Riomaggiore where do you not climb stairs?
Hot water in shower lasts about 2 minutes. Also, shower is extremely small and tight fit, but this is not uncommon in Italy, based on several AirBNB and Booking.com places that we rented.

owners were very accommodating. we had the balcony sea view room. the 2nd room has a little table and chairs outside with a sea view too.
owners replied via text to all our queries and were very helpful when a train strike was on.

Modern and comfortable apartment stay right by Riomaggiore train station. After the elevator, the 4 short flights of stairs are manageable if you have cabin-sized luggage. Owner met us in person checking in to give us keys and instructions. There are three en suite apartments with a shared balcony. Small hair dryer, mini fridge, and some shampoo / soap provided. Clothing line and pegs outside for fast drying of clothes. Surprised us with a bottle of wine - much appreciated!
It costs €2 per trip to take the elevator, which you want to do arriving and leaving with luggage. If you don't want to take the elevator, there are steps leading to the village centre and train station. There was a black out in Riomaggiore on our last day. Not any fault with the apartment or owner, but power outages seem to happen occasionally in Cinque Terre. Bring a power bank and have mobile data on hand. Towels changed every other day, €2.50/person for daily change. Bring your own beach towel.

Do not stay at this hotel. The property owner is shady. She blamed us for a broken fixture in the bathroom and charged us out-of-pocket and was very aggressive about the situation. Do yourself a favor and do not stay here since the property owner is shady and will blame you for things that do not work/are broken in the property.

The photos of the room were misleading as we got a room without the terrace and without the sea view. But the room itself was in great location, tidy and spacious. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

perfect location because the lift/elevator from the train station brings you right up to the entrance to the guest house. There are still about 2 small sets of steps to get to the room but considering this entire town seems to be made of steps it is really a huge help to take advantage of the elevator to get on the elevation where the train & tunnel to town are at. Rebecca and Elizabeth the hosts were so personable and just delightful! And the views from the seafront balcony are incredible!
There was a little mold on shower wall and the shower was camper sized. But considering how awesome everything else was this is a very minor issue! Everything else very clean.

Wonderful hosts that provided friendly advice.

Localization is perfect. There is elevator directly to Riomaggiore train station next to the house, for us it was an advantage. Sea view is beutiful, it's easy to go to city main street. I personally loved it!
In the mini fridge we found ice cold water and prosecco.
The host is super nice, I really recommend the place to stay in Cinque Terre.

Perfect location, very friendly, helpful host, complementary welcome drinks and prosecco, clean room and bathroom.
There are 3 rooms in 1 place and all the guests had to go through on our terrace in order to be able to get in to their rooms. Therefore, we did not have much privacy at all.

The property looked better than the photos, the view from the balcony was phenomenal! Rebecca the host was so quick to respond, very helpful, and so friendly and approachable. The apartment is just above the train station (which was no problem and not noisy at all), with an elevator literally taking you up many levels straight to the front of the apartment. The apartment isn’t in the classic riomaggiore harbour but was very good - incredible view and a few minutes walk into the harbour. The bed was very comfortable (at last, after poor beds in Rome and Florence). I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend it to others.
Nothing, we were so stoked!

had the best 3 days in Cinque Terre, the guest house location is perfect, got the elevator at the train station take you straight to the guest house, close to restaurants, bars and less than 5 mins by foot to the harbour, make sure you take the see view room, it’s all worth it !
