Great location in Riomaggiore, few narrow steps to apartment but to be expected in such a place.
Comfy bed, enough space.
We were expecting a working washing machine but it was out of order. Only 1 towel per person provided for 4 nights, a tea towel would be handy to have.

Great location, just up the street once you get out of the tunnel into the town center. We asked the host to send us the tourist resident card and he was able to send it to us within the hour. It saved us time and money to hike the Via dell'amore – without the resident card, you cannot walk back from Manarola so it was a huge benefit to get this card.
It's a basic apartment that has great potential if the owner spent some time to include some amenities that would take it to the next level. For example, even though the bedside table had lamps, there was no extra outlet. If you want to charge your phone, you have to unplug the lamp. Kitchen had one foam sponge to wash dishes, but no other towel to wipe surfaces or dry the counter. No electric kettle to boil water conveniently. The toilet seat cover was not secure and moved a lot. The room was not the cleanest, spider webs on the wall/lights. When it was hot, no AC and the fans were covered in dust – we are allergic so we had to clean the fans which is not the way to spend your precious vacation time. Someone had switched the fridge to "1" and it leaked water on the first day. There was no mop to clean up the water except for the bath floor towel. We eventually switched it to the highest number to prevent it from leaking more. Because the room faces the main street in town, it does indeed get noisy.

Location was great
Air con would’ve been a bonus.

Pleasant apartment, and a very helpful host, easy to contact with. When we asked for wine glasses, he brought them to our apartment in few hours. Location is perfect, cause you are still on the main street, but just high enough that you don't hear parties in the night.
Since it's located on the main street, you can be woken up in the early morning with the sound of trash lorry - especially emptying the glass containers. Of course it can't be changed and it wasn't a problem for us, but maybe if you are a very light sleeper or travel with small kids, consider different street.

We loved the village in which it was situated. On of the prettiest of the 5 villages. The dinning around the house was amazing. The amenities for the price was pretty good. The wifi was super fast.
Some of the cookware were missing lids or handles. The bathroom needs a few cosmetic touch ups. Since it situated on the main road it gets noisy early morning and late at night so when you want to sleep with the window open it’s a little noisy

Best location, right in the heart of Riomaggiore, literally a second from restaurants and all the stores they have there. Very good to access the trains and visit other cities.
At our last day the water for the shower wasn't heating.
