Great stay altogether!

Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean room, quiet neighborhood. Restaurant and grocery store nearby with a great vista over the Adriatic sea. They even have homegrown tangerines (depending on the season).

It is a bit pricy but you get what's being advertised, which cannot be said for most other accommodations in Portorož or Piran. You do need a car to reach the nearest beach though. If you're off-season, that's fine because you can park for free.

The breakfast was really nice, the view was great and I felt really welcome there.

It is not that great to get there by bus and you have to walk uphill the whole time by foot

Good choice for stay in Portorose

Nice owners, cozy room and tasty breakfast. Bed is comfortable and it's quiet here. We enjoyed stay here and we can recommend.

lovely little short stay in Piran area

Owner and family were lovely and very helpful. breakfast in morning was really nice too, a brilliant touch. apartment was clean and beds very comfortable, but could do with a little spruced up.

very nice owners apartment really beatiful with all neccessary equipment\kitchen and super patio to east breakfast the very close location no such attractions as: Piran, Fiesa and Potrtoroz

Really nice time in Portoroz

The owners are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast simple but tasty and home made. The location you in the middle of Piran and Portoroz, so easy to move around walking. And the house is in a quite neighborhood.

Perfect place for a couple of nights!

It is a really nice place, maybe not in a modern style, but it definitely has a charm! We just loved the terrace and garden. The breakfast which was brought in a basket by the host was delicious. And there is a free car park just in front of the house and a shop where you can get in 3 min.

The localization is just fine for us. Although keep in mind that the house is on the hill. It means that you need to go up around 30 min when you come back from Piran or the center of Portorož and it's quite tiresome.

The apartment is near Piran with seaview. Hosts are really friendly and helpful. They served us great breakfasts. The parking is small but fine for vehicles. there are restaurants and a supermarket in the vicinity.

Great for the few nights stay.

Great value for money, clean room, nice house, very friendly host and an excellent breakfast. Great view from the balcony!

Everything was great so can't really critique. Location is a bit challenging to go to on foot, it is on top of the hill, so if you are an old person or have health problems, perhaps it is not for you. For me it was actually great to burn some extra calories :)

Very pleasant stay with a short walk to the sea

The owners were very nice and everything was well prepared. There was also small kitchen with a fridge. Every morning they left us rich breakfast in the basket on the terrace, so sweet :-) Also hair dryer with diffuser was a big surprise, even though I already had one with me. Very close to the supermarket.

There was an unexpected problem with a fire alarm, which started to ring at 4am without a reason. It could be caused by a low battery. Anyway, it's no one's fault, it can happen. We took it as a little adventure :-)

Best place to stay at Slovenian seaside: clean, friendly and beautiful with great hosts and breakfa

Property exceeded all expectations. It was super clean, room was very spacious and nicely arranged with beautiful atmospheric paintings, there was working AC and we had breakfast included in the price (very nice breakfast: brewed coffee, cake, fruits, yogurt, some marmalade with bread). It was quite at night (also during the day). We liked it so much that we even stayed longer. Hosts are more than friendly and just amazing. Location is perfect, sea 15 min walking, nearby towns too. (house is located on the hill , so consider that if you have any mobility problems. By car nearest towns and beach is maybe 5 min away Really recommend
