Comfortable, happy. calm, value for money

Rooma are quite spacious, very clean. the whole hotel is rather small, cozy and homey. Staff are very friendly and helpful. better if they provide "halal" food anf process an make the guest knows. Example, provide food non port, but also inform thet it is cook separately.

Would definitely return

Great quiet location and excellent staff. Comfy beds and pillows and super clean, cool and quiet rooms. Free bicycles to ride around Sanur. Loads of restaurants and shopping nearby.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft hat alle Versprechen gehalten. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Sanur. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das nette Restaurant bei dem man herzlich bedient wird und zu guten Preisen essen kann. Positiv war zudem, dass einige Liegen am Strand bereitgestellt werden, welche kostenfrei genutzt werden können.

Ein kleines Upgrade wäre, wenn ein Wasserspender zur Verfügung gestellt werden würde. Damit könnte man den Abfall reduzieren und müsste nicht ständig Wasserflaschen schleppen. Wobei auch der nächste Supermarkt direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite lag.

Fantastisk betjening, hyggelig og fint hotel.

Fin beliggenhet. Kort vei til alt. Betjeningen var fantastiske og servicen veldig bra! Veldig hyggelig bassengområde og restaurant. Veldig koselig å spise frokost ute på terrassen.

Great stay, lovely staff and good location

The staff were so friendly, and made you feel like family. Everyone was so attentive and helpful, and loved hanging out with our baby. The room / facility is just as we expected. Really new, modern and comfortable.

Breakfast option can definitely need some facelift. Quite bare and by day 3, we were exhausted with all the provided ones. The room is clean and well maintained daily, but somehow I feel the floor a bit sticky, not sure if that's from humidity built up from high temperature outside and AC inside.

Great value for money hotel and the staff made it very enjoyable.

The staff were very friendly especially the staff who greeted me each morning for breakfast.

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows, they were very firm. I know this is minor and personal preference.

Hidden Gem this Boutique Hotel

Hidden Gem this boutique hotel that has 36 rooms. The staff are amazing can not do enough for you. Breakfast was great you pick off from the menu. 5 mins from the beach. Great restaurants around this hotel. Great pool plenty of lounges!!! Rooms with balcony overlooking the pool. Free bikes to ride the broad walk along the beach. Will be coming back here!!! 10 out of 10!!!!!

Besvike. Blev sjuk av den dåliga luften och möglet i rummen.

Mögel och fukt genomgående i rum och korridorer. Blev sjuk av att bo här och personalen var ej villig att hjälpa mig eller kompensera mig för detta.

Great stay - Great location, good value for money

Very good value for money in great location, rooms were awesome, location fantastic - breakfast included and it was amazing. Free bikes to loan - 6 in total but first in first served basis

Rooms were very dark, everyday we stayed we had to ask housekeeping to replace handtowels and facecloths - unsure why but it always seemed a bother for them to supply, tricky latch on bedroom door out to balcony, be careful as the latch hooked behind us and we were both stuck on the balcony!!!

well located comfortable hotel with excellent friendly staff

excellent location, super staff, nothing was a problem,met with a smile and a greeting from all of the staff. waitress service for breakfast rather than the usual buffer which was a refreshing change.

limited choices for breakfasts, many choices not available for the later customer. pool cold as it was often in the shade. staff always passing by you as their domestic storeroom was close to the pool, a bit of a busy highway at times.

really good value for money and close to good restaurants

staff were amazing and super friendly and helpful. always wanted to help.

only thing that we didn’t like was sometimes the sun didn’t hit all around the pool area, but the beach is like a 2 minute walk away. Other than that it was great.

Safety is ignored, no handrail, To the steps, my husband fell down, No handrail to pool, slippery steps.

where do I start, there is a lot of misleading information No shuttle bus to beach as advertised on website, no beach umbrella at beach allocated area , chairs out in blazing sun, No alcohol in restaurant, if fact seen staff place water in a bottle and mix a drink with it .. 8 day stay not once was there top self alcohol.

Great value, beautiful rooms, friendly staff

The rooms were very comfortable and the open air bathrooms are a lovely experience.

The bar facilities at the restaurant were very sparse. Not great knowledge on drinks either.

Bit disappointed

The breakfast wasn't to bad for very little hotel

We stayed in pool access room 107,it smelt like mould towels had stains bed sheets had stains the roof in the semi outdoor bathroom was broken so when it rained the bathroom was flooded. everyday the power in our bathroom went out so staff had to come every night to fix fuses cause we had no bathroom lights.on our last night the air-conditioning stopped working said we had to wait for someone to come and fix because they couldn't get it working. We checked out early and left

Pleasant

The property was clean and the pool area was nice.

We had booked a poolside room with a bathtub, to celebrate our engagement that day, however upon arrival we were downgraded to a basic room with no bath, but charged the same price as the poolside room. As compensation the hotel gave us a voucher for a snack from the restaurant, which they then refused to honour on the basis of a technicality they had not told us about until check out.

cute place and nice location

I spent only one night so unfortunately I haven my check around but the area is full of restaurants and close to the sea. big choice at breakfast really good, clean rooms and the staff very nice
