Right on the beach! Great to hear the waves at night. Clean basic room.
Wish there was a light at door entrance outside.

Location: right on the beach. Nice and clean unit with a view to the ocean & a balcony.
Shower head very poor pressure, no warm water. The two days I stayed there I got contacted asking me for the keys soppousely because I had left the unit - I was confused. But I guess because they didn’t see me all day they assumed I left with the key 🤷🏾♂️.

beach front property with everything you need.

Facilites with some problems but it's understandable after the passing of a hurricane.

Location at the beach and ocean view. Bed was clean and comfortable. Nice chairs to sit outside and relax.
Toilet area was too small. Construction work was noisy. Staff keeping baby turtles that hatch at nests in the property.

The room was clean and cosy, with a balcony and beautiful ocean view. There was no bathroom door, but it was more private than some reviews made it sound. Having a mini fridge and a fan was a big plus!
2.5 / 5.0
The view.
The room was pretty shabby. Bed sheets were stained and looked about twenty years old. The electrics were dodgy with cables exposed and very close to running water. Felt like a health hazard. Just quite poor. The view and location were the only redeeming factors.

Good sized room. Beachfront position supetb. Balcony view superb.
The stairsvupvto thev3rd floor very steep and narrow. Very difficult for an old man to carry a heavy suitcase, with nobody to help. When I arrived the shower head was blocked with cal and I had to clean all the holes to be able to shower, then the shower would.not shut off completely all night and I had a big pudfle under the bed. Next day a plumber came to change tge innards of the shower tap, but I still had the flood under the bed for two more nights until they found a problem with the toilet, and the plumber came again to fix it. After the first week the Wifi did not work for 2 days and thereafter was unreliable, which apparently was due to a fault with the Server. The windows were vety dirty.

It was clean, with easy access to the beach and a nice view.
The water supply is limited, of course, but anyway I didn’t have running water in my shower and I had to use the public shower. The sink was clogged. There was a leak that got the bed wet. The towels were smelly. The owner of the stay didn’t even try to make the things up and I even felt attacked by her attitude, she pretended she didn’t know about the problems but then she contradicted herself telling me that she was well aware of the clogged sink and the leak. The restaurant didn’t want to give us takeout food. I wouldn’t stay longer, one night was more than enough.

location, wonderful view
too little comfort and care from the owner, an annoying lot of mosquitoes at night

I liked it was in the beach, lovely views

Location is spectacular if you want to be on the beach (we did). No screens on bedroom windows, no AC, so mosquitoes at night are killer, even with the bed's mosquito net. Food and drink is great and inexpensive. Low water pressure (harder to shampoo) and no hot water (shower during the day). But a really great value for the location and service. Will definitely return, bringing wide painters' tape and mosquito netting to cover the windows for nighttime air. Also, the restaurants within 100m are all wonderful.
The mosquitoes at night. We finally found an electric tennis racket to zap them inside the netting before going to sleep.

The location of course is spectacular
The Wi-Fi was barely usable, the water pressure made a shower challenging.

The breakfast and the view
4.0 / 5.0
Very chill, great location right on the beach. Small restaurant on the property, hammoks to lounge in are provided. If you go with the correct expectations (this is not 5 star) you will love it as we did.
It is a beach bungalow, very spartan. No door on bath room as others have mentioned. We stayed for a week and the garbage was not emptied or sheets changed or floor swept of sand. Beds are double so a bit tight for us north americano.
