A slice of Heaven in God’s Own Country.

This property is beautiful and located in central Harrogate. The rooms offer beautiful views of Harrogate’s iconic landmarks and is less than 10 minutes from the train and bus station, movie theaters, most restaurants, bars and clubs. Even the iconic Turkish baths is just up the road. Next time I come to Harrogate, I will be staying here again.

I loved everything about this property and would recommend it to anyone.

Very pleasant short break.

Good welcome when we arrived. Access to the apartment was via lift. Despite the fact that they were pretty full there was no noise. Apartment was well equipped even including things that are often missing such as washing up liquid and tabs for the dishwasher and washing machine. Plenty of places to eat, M&S, rail and bus stations all within an easy walk. Also, the sun came out for 3 of our 4 days!

Comfortable superior accommodation

The whole experience was very good overall. Clean and very comfortable Excellent range of kitchen facilities

We booked a 2 bed luxury apartment. We were asked to change to 2 x 1 bed apartments which we were happy to do. However we were given a studio and a 1 bed lux apartment which although both were very nice, one couple felt a little let down in the studio.

Good central business hotel with a potential for loud nights

Wonderful, historic building in a very central location. Rooms all nice and clean and the staff friendly. Close to the train James Street.

Perhaps I was unlucky the first two nights I stayed there, the club next-door had very loud music until midnight, or even longer. So loud that earplugs didn’t help and the bed vibrated. Supposedly they have a license to make as much and as loud music as they want to. To call it a boutique hotel. I think it would need a bit more special personality.

Lovely modern accommodation in a central location

Everything was great - central location, comfortable apartment with everything we needed, friendly reception. Parking wasn't a problem - the possibilities were clearly explained and we had no problem finding spaces.

Excellent stay, would definitely come again.

Really convenient location, reasonable price and plenty of space for two of us. Liked the kitchen facilities available as well so didn’t have to eat out all the time, even though there are plenty of restaurants around!

Only tiny thing was that you couldn’t get Netflix on the bigger TV in the lounge, could only watch in bedroom.

Lovely Appartment

Had everything you could think of, we took tea/coffee etc but had no need, it also had mini shower gel, soap & a shampoo. Cotton buds & cottonwool balls The appartment was spotless & very modern. Lots of local information in the welcome book. Perfect location. Wouldn't stay for 1 night due to cost (understandable considering the turnaround process) but works out well staying for 2 or more as it was £10 extra for us to stay for 2 nights. Great communication & instructions. Easy check in. Highly recommend.

Just a suggestion Maybe a mirror over the drawers in the hallway would be handy for putting makup on, there was a great mirror in the room but had to move make up from drawers and back, not that im lazy, it would just be easier - especially if there are 2 ladies getting ready!!!

Great location, apartment was.qell looked after and presented. The staff went above and beyond in every query, from finding me EV parking to sending me paint colours we liked in the apartment. Highly recommended

The staff at the property, Sarah, was excellent going the extra mile to make our stay great despite the last minute booking due to late cancellation of original property. Remaking beds checking details etc. Property was excellent clean well equipped and great location for our short stay.

Very picky but could of done with plugs in front of mirrors, had to move the bed to access a plug socket.

despite terrible weather we had a very comfortable stay, really cosy and sound sleep.

Staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly and as weather was poor they got our studio ready early.

Lovely, relaxing stay in this secure building - with a nice view of the city scape!

This was a wonderful "self serve" stay. Being the holidays, they were very generous to give us a complementary upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment, which was great. Everything about the stay was very relaxing and nice. The extra security in the building was also a plus for us.

I honestly can't think of anything that I didn't like. It was a lovely stay, and I would stay again.

Would and have already recommended

It was raining heavily upon arrival. No parking on site and zone parking or pay carparks are the only close options. We found a non zone but it was about 10 mins walk. We were soaked when we arrived and the host was really sweet and let us go straight into the room which was earlier than we should. This was great so we could get everything unpacked and suitcases dry. We also asked about extra towels and they arrived immediately. Super friendly and great service.

Only niggle was that could have done with a bigger mirror on the desk in the bedroom to use for putting make up on and drying hair.

Comfortable room good location and clean. However the room was too small to accomadate an en-suite.

The size of the en-suite. I’ve never seen a bathroom sink as small. It was almost unusable
