An excellent place to stay to see Harrogate - good value and comfortable.

The property is full of character, spacious and clean. The location is in a pleasant suburban street within walking distance of the town centre.

The coffee machine was faulty (a minor quibble) Parking was slightly difficult at first but the host arranged a parking permit

Small niggles

Looked good, very modern, trendy, boutique feel.

Couldn't open windows. Bathroom lacked flat surfaces to put toiletries. Very small towels.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location! Loved Harrogate and surrounding area!

Location

Although no fault of the owner, the shared lobby fire alarm went off constantly from the moment we arrived on Friday to the time we left on Sunday! Although she was very pleasant and apologised about the situation I feel this could have been dealt with sooner as unfortunately did affect all the families sleep both nights of our stay.

Perfect family stay for my Mums 80th Birthday.

The property was very spacious and comfortable- the kitchen bar was very well used and comfortable and i liked the industrial fittings and Art work. The apartment was well equipped and the location was perfect for 15 minute walk into town. Although there was no parking space, i easily found a space in the next road (no need for permit).

I hesitate to mention these points as only minor and didn’t spoil or effect our stay but in case you want to consider .. * Lack of tea pot but every other utensil was there. (Apologies if we missed it!!) * Would have preferred curtains or blinds in the living room similar to bedrooms to add some privacy. * Found quite a few cobwebs especially inside Tv cabinet unit.

A lovely stay despite a few niggles in the apartment.

Excellent location: Peaceful and easy walking distance into town. Apartment was tastefully styled. very comfortable bed!

The bathroom needs an upgrade. The lack of ventilation is leading to condensation and mould. The bathroom also needs a good clean. The towels provided were small and only one hand towel provided. The fan provided was great but it would be better to be able to open a window. Oven gloves would be a useful addition.

Style and comfort in Harrogate

Stylishly furnished in a renovated Victorian school house, lovely and cosy and well equipped.

Not much.... Parking could've been a bit easier, but not a biggie.

Tasteful Central ish

Characterful, tasteful decor, central, 10minutes to centre. Good for parking. Comfy beds

Lack of privacy ( no curtains or blinds) in kitchen/living room. Not a deal breaker.

Completely delightful

Lots of wonderful detail within the apartment, beautiful decor, complimentary toiletries, washing capsules and even coffee pods! Also some beautiful little toys for children, a gorgeous touch. We ended up having to extend our stay due to illness and the host was extremely gracious in accommodating our needs

There is a bit of noise from people in other apartments going up and down the stairs but it can’t be helped and it’s very far and few between

lovely location in pretty street, well designed overall.

It can get noisy as you are at ground floor and there is nowhere to put clothes and bathroom wash bags, just a couple of shelves or set of drawers would help hugely as we had to lay our folded stuff on the floor, (only a small hanging rack).

Modern apartment, all mod cons, super comfortable

We loved the apartment, which is exactly like the pictures except with the high ceilings in the building it feels much more spacious. The beds were super comfy, the bathroom was large and we loved the refillable toiletries. Kitchen was well equipped, luxurious, quality utensils, crockery and cutlery and the dining and lounge area were comfortable. The location was excellent for walking into Harrogate so we didnt use the car whilst there, and it was very quiet neighbourhood. It was a great stay.

Don't like using (so we didnt use) the coffee pod machine - out of synch with the refillable toiletries and eco vibe.

This is a beautiful apartment in a lovely building. Two good sized bedrooms and a great open plan living area.

Had a brilliant time loved it.

Somewhere to put your clothes in the bedrooms. No drawers and although a rail and cost hangers provided no one wants to hang their knickers or bra's up. No shelves in the bathroom for make up bags or toiletry items.

Amazing and convenient

The apartment was beautifully designed and had everything you could need from hair care products to coffee pods. We particularly loved all the cool interior magazines and books. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Superb

What a beautiful place. The decor was just to our taste. The added extras made it extra special ie. Shampoo, conditioner etc...Felt at home n made it an enjoyable weekend for us. Would definitely recommend.

The fire alarm directly above the cooker...of course we set it off and took forever to go off.

A very enjoyable stay, overall a clean, beautiful apartment.

Extremely clean and well presented. comfortable furniture and beds.

The living room was very cold, only 1 radiator and no curtains.

Very comfortable, clean and well kitted out. Nice finishing touches and generally exceeded our expectations.

Hard to heat in lounge/kitchen (but extremely cold weather), better windows, some curtains or a portable heater would have helped. Other rooms were fine.

Lovely New Year's Eve weekend stay, with weather being kind too. The apartment was well equipped.

Self catered residence. Situated in a quiet area and very close to town. ( walking distance or £7-10, on New Year's Eve maybe other times it may be a dodfferent rate that is if you don't fancy taking a 10 minute walk into town).
