Großartig

Sensationeller Ausblick. Und Salvo als Vermieter, der wirklich versucht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen und jederzeit ansprechbar ist.

Das Frühstück ist eben ein ortstypisches (also ein süßes, fettiges Teilchen) - und damit nicht ganz unser Geschmack.

Central location. Easy check in. Helpful host.

It’s above a promenade which has night-life. Expect some noise. It didn’t bother us.

Great location and comfort

Comfortable bed, A/C is in a perfect spot. Overall this property is great. Location is amazing.

The noise from the street below can get quite insane at night. My first night there the music didn’t stop till 1a so beware of the weekends if you want to go to sleep before 1a

The view and the interior is beautiful

centrally located, very nice apartment with sea view. We even watched the new year eve fireworks on the balcony. close to restaurant and main streets. the host is very nice, welcomed us on the street and helped us with luggage.

spacious well located apartment with seaview

The seaview from both the bedroom and the kitchen/living room is a treat. Located right next to the main square. Host was very helpful and friendly.

FYI the apartment backs on to one of the main roads in Ortigia marina so can be a little noisy at times in the night if you are a light sleeper. I put ear plugs in and it was fine.

Superb

The host was very, very helpful. Salvo went out of his way to make sure that we had what we needed. we were limited because our phone service did not work and he made sure we were able to communicate with him

Close proximity to the centre of town view of the Marina from windows/ small balcony was beautiful Salvo was fantastic picked us up from the train station on arrival.

Small item …if you want coffee - coffee was old and cafeteria was un- usable

Exceptional location next to the piazza duomo. Amazing sea view. Spacious and confortable apartment with two bathrooms.

Lack of reactivity of the host, we had trouble finding the apartment and the host was unreachable. The drawback of the central location is that the apartment is very noisy on a Saturday night, it seems that there is a nightclub nearby. The amiability of the cleaning lady who knocked on the door at 11.05am since the check out is at 11am and while we were running 10min late.

Amazing location and apartment. Ruined our arrival by no parking and indifference to it by the host.

No parking! Closest car park is 2km away and then had to walk back with luggage through town. Was surprised and disappointed as it said “on street parking” in property description.

Great place to relax with thousands of years of history on the doorstep

Delightful apartment - sunset over the water from balcony, out of the front door into cathedral square. And surrounded by delicious food

Ortiega is a bit of a maze. Must get better at using google maps. Once you're settled its easy to find your way around.

Great location, wonderful flat

Wonderful location just next to the Piazza de Duomo, the flat had an amazing view on the sea. Well equipped, clean and a very helpful host. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Ortigia.

Excellent property, Centrally Located, Great Hosts

Nice clean apartment with a good sea view. It is centrally located being steps away from Piazza Duomo so close to several attractions. The hosts are superb - representative met us to hand over the keys and they were very proactive in answering any questions we had on phone/messages.

The breakfast was quite basic and was arranged at a nearby cafe (overlooks the Duomo) via breakfast coupons. One can opt for a paid valet parking service else self park at the nearest parking which is 10 mins walk from the property.

One Night Stay in Nov 21

Brilliant location, just meters away from Piazza Duomo, where the cafe that we received breakfast tickets for was located. Nice view of the harbour; we had fun on this particularly windy day, watching a cruise ship being brought into the harbour. Two French style balconies & two bathrooms. Very welcoming and helpful owner.

It wasnt possible to park outside the apartment; we had to park at the square for a few minutes whilst we checked in and brought our luggage up to the apartment. There weren't many people around, but I'd imagine it'd be more difficult during high season. It was challenging driving out of the square through the narrow streets and alleys (hubby thought it was really cool though, me driving not so much, LOL). Public parking quite some ways away.

Amazing host, wonderful apartment with the sea view +you can watch sunsets straight from your window, great location, kitchen that we used to prepare breakfast

Sweet breakfast in the Cafè close to the apartment - typical for Sicily, not for Everest if you got used to eating salty breakfast

Wonderful place near Piazza Duomo of Ortigia, just 35 step :)

The apartments are in a really great location, next to the Piazza Duomo of Ortigia, just a few steps away and we were able to feel the baroque space right here. And the sea view right from the balcony was amazing day and night. Owner Salvo was very helpful and friendly. We will come back here and recommend to others.

Everything was very good for us. Wonderful apartment in a great location.

Great location with lovely views, friendly staff and a BnB full of character

This cute little BnB has wonderful sea views. IT's location is fantastic and the staff are welcoming and very helpful.

Not a negative but it was slightly tricky to find due to no obvious sign. Follow the address and you will find it.
