Good neighborhood, friendly staff, separate living room and bedroom is nice. Unique Hotel.
Very dusty under the bed and on the legs of the chairs. Stains on furniture. Air conditioning unit blows straight down and had us both coughing and experienced sinus drainage at night.

Nice. Good location. I liked that they had bikes though I didn’t have a chance to go for a ride.

Excellent location for sightseeing.....very safe neighborhood both day and hight.
A few cosmetic repairs needed. No night stand. Wood floor had a spot with water damage. No towel bars for wet towels and NO washcloths in the room.

The hotel is nice and got a good location with a lot of good places in the area. They gave me back all my money when I asked to leave. That was good but also what I had expected.
After travelling 20 hours to get to the hotel I only wanted one thing. A quick shower and then hit the town. The room had no water. Went down to the lobby and they said it would be back in a couple of hours. Ok. I thought but after meeting my mates they said it had been out of water for whole day and They should have told me when I checked in. They did not. Day after when I woke up the water was not on. I checked out and got my money back. YOU SHOULD CLOSE IF YOU GOT WATER PROBLEMS.

Location is very good. You are on one block from Av. Chapultepec which has many restaurants and bars. Most of employees are friendly and helpful during our stay. One afternoon staff (a man) has tried to help us arranging a day trip to Lake Chapala. We are very thankful.
We stayed in a deluxe junior suite for one week. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable with just springs (no foam based mattresses). It does not support your body when you sleep on it. The room light is very dim. We have to use iPhone flash light looking for things. Shower has limited water pressure. Our breakfast is included, but they only offer one choice (a small fruit plate or juice, two fried eggs & some beans/chips). After two days with the same breakfast, we stopped going. Generally, staff are friendly except one staff (a man) working on the front desk on one night. He is very rude to us when we asked for help. He is one of the main reasons we did not like this hotel.

location is great, room was quiet, the staff was very polite and helpful
the finishes in the room look kind of old and a little damaged. At times we got a drainage smell at night, probably from the shower. The lights were hard to figure out, too many switches. The bed was surprisingly uncomfortable for a hotel, a spring mattress that sinks as soon as you lie down. The towels looked clean but smelled funny.

The hotel is great close to restaurants and bars. This was my second time staying there and everything went well
