The facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks at the restaurant and sports bar were amazing. Also, the gym was very clean and had a variety of great quality (Life Fitness) equipment 🙂, but the AC was off ☹️.
We reserved a king size bed, but were given a double bed upon arrival. I explained we needed a king size, per our reservation, but were told none were available. It was too uncomfortable to sleep in a single (full size) bed. So, my wife and I slept in separate beds during our stay 😒. Also, the AC had an auto-shutoff when we would leave the room. So, we would come back to a hot room.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There are lots of coffee shops and restaurants around and zone was very safe.
We tried the buffet on a weekday and food wasn’t that good. Also there weren’t a lot of food options.

I liked everything, just like the last time I was there 3 weeks ago.
It's not that I didn't like but I rather noticed a couple of things could be improved. First, the service at the restaurant was not as efficient as the last time, i mean, it was necessary to request for things 2 or 3 times to get them. And secondly, the water in little swimming pool didn't seem as clean as had liked.

EVERYTHING
This hotel was beautiful, clean and friendly! The staff went above and beyond everytime even with small things like asking about the nearest pharmacy, they would print a map and draw the directions for us. The rooms were beautiful, we were able to get a room on the 10th floor that had stunning views over the city of Guadalajara. We had a few injuries and family members who required wheelchairs and the hotel let us borrow the wheelchair our entire trip. Breakfast had fresh fruit and eggs and beans and an assortment of other delicious veggies and goodies and was great for the price each morning! The pool is quite small however it was still fun to sit in for a while and the gym is very nice and has great equipment for use! Bathrooms are so spacious and have hairdryers, lotion, shampoo, razor etc! It was about 15 min from downtown Guadalajara but you can walk around the hotel down a few streets and find a whole strip of restaurants and ice cream shops and parks to relax at. Such a great stay!
The pool was smaller and a little dirty but that can be overlooked and is minor compared to the rest of the hotel!

Clean, spacious room, nice view and very good hotel location
Noisy neighbors with very loud music in their room until 1AM, called 3 times the helpdesk and they said they cannot do anything about it. Asked for fresh towels, took 8 hours and 4 times requesting (2 in person, 2 over the phone)

They overbooked and many of us were at lobby searching for alternatives.
Did not honor our reservation. overbooked.
most likely since they were charging more than double per night (of cost that we reserved on booking)

I loved the rooms and the view, the a/c was great, wifi was okay, and the restaurant was good.
I didn't like that there was no one at the front desk at night, not a soul to be found. When we checked in we wanted two rooms on the same floor and staff said they would have another room available shortly and we didn't get our room until 3 hours later. Paying for a room we hardly got to use after traveling wasn't pleasant. Also they asked us to leave a deposit which we have yet to receive!

the hotel is very nice outside of the noise and crowded centro de Guadalajara. The staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way possible.
The food at the restaurant is not that great but a good alternative when you arrive late or an early morning trip. There’s not much food variety.
The rooms very comfortable and very clean. In general we had a very good experience at the Baruk. I will stay there again.
Nothing! .We had a very good experience at this hotel !
